This our 3rd time staying at Splash house, always very enjoyable time! The house is perfectly placed on the beach! You can see forever from the deck & watch the dolphins & shrimp boats all day! The house is always clean & has more than enough room! We will be booking our 4th time staying there soon! Oh it's also east end of the beach not to busy!

Weekend for mom

Mom got a horrible cancer diagnosis and will start chemo next week - we needed one last hoorah. Was accommodating for our cousins and her brother (6 total). Everyone had a great time. A lift-elevator wld be great for older guests.

Fantastic Splash

This was our 3rd time at Splash! We enjoyed our girls only trip. The owners have added to the beautifully decorated house and have all the extra items needed for the kitchen. What we love most, is the very short trip down to the water. Thanks for a beautiful stay! The Dunn Girls- Wortham, Texas

Needed Vacation

We wanted to stay at the beach for the holiday weekend. As a wife and mama of 4 boys we need room! This place was perfect. It was beautiful, spacious and beach front. Worth the money!!!

Cozy and Relaxing

The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had a very welcoming vibe that made it easy to unwind and enjoy our stay. The rooms were generously sized and comfortable, giving everyone the privacy they needed. The kitchen was a big highlight for us – fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, from pots and pans to utensils and appliances. It made preparing food for the whole group a breeze. We had a wonderful time! Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a relaxing beach retreat. We'd definitely come back again!

Just exactly what we needed!

Great View

We really enjoyed our December stay. Weather was not perfect but the beach house was. Property has a wonderful unobstructed view for miles. The light filters into the main living/kitchen area providing a bright and cheery atmosphere. The deck is fantastic but we really couldn’t use it due to inclement weather. Worth noting for Summer stays! Beds were comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. Location is right off the HWY with great parking. Great property!

Getaway for 2

We haven't had a "get away" alone for quite awhile.....no kids, no grandchildren....just us. It was a beautiful, quiet, and well- appointed house. We had wonderful, peaceful time. The "Bolivar" has yet to disappoint us. We shall return! 👍

Perfect!

We went for a girls trip, with my best friend and her daughter, and my two daughters. This was our 2nd time staying at Splash. It's a perfect location, and not crowded, so we felt like we almost had the beach to ourselves! Seashells galore on the beach for those that like to beachcomb. The beach is literally steps away from the house. The two king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and the bunk room for the kids with a separate bathroom for them, worked out perfect! TVs in all bedrooms and the living room. The beds are comfy, but an update would make it amazing. We made a trip to The Big Store for groceries and cooked in while we were there. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more, as well as a gas grill out on the deck. The house and bedrooms are nicely decorated, and we always feel at home there. The A/C is nice and cold and felt great after coming in from the heat! The view of the beach/ocean from the deck chairs is so nice and relaxing, as well as plenty of windows in the house to view from inside since the house is positioned parallel to the shore instead of perpendicular. I highly recommend renting a golf cart from one of the many places that rent them nearby (they deliver and pick up). We had fun riding up and down the beach checking out our surroundings. We also did dinner out one night at Tia Juanita's Fish Camp. Such a neat place! The decorations there are so fun and the food was really good! We stayed 4 nights, but wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back next summer for a 3rd visit and plan to make Splash our annual beach vacation spot! Until next year Splash!

We had a fantastic time. The beach house was right on the beach, everything was perfectly clean, grass mowed, with beautiful interior and exterior. Only of note was the 10 am checkout time, which is too early.

Exceeded Expectations

I have high expectations and they were easily exceeded. The property was spotless, the grass mowed, and the interior and exterior are beautiful. There's a short sand path to the beach in front of the house. Nothing in front of you; the house is on the beach. Just at the end of the miles of beach houses, so it's not packed with people; it's almost secluded. Checking out at 10 am is too early so that would be my only suggestion for improvement.

We stayed at Splash for our 23rd Wedding Anniversary. We were greeted with a wonderful little anniversary gift from our host. The house and views were amazing. We always get amazing service from this host. Thank you again for a wonderful weekend.
