Emerald City Cottage

Remodelamos por completo nuestra encantadora cabaña en noviembre de 2016. Es una ubicación central: a pocos pasos de la playa # 1 en América, el famoso Hotel Del Coronado, Ferry Landing, Village Restaurants, conciertos en el parque, paddle, surf, vela y compras.

Relájese y disfrute de la espaciosa (800 pies cuadrados) llena de luz, elegante casa de un dormitorio / un baño con amplio patio para descansar y tomar el sol. Es un plano de planta abierto con cocina, comedor y sala de estar. 2 claraboyas, aire acondicionado y lavandería. Privado y seguro, estacionamiento para dos autos.

El pan recién horneado esperará su llegada con algunos artículos para que pueda comenzar en la nevera. ¡Disfrutar!

Wonderful cottage on the island of Coronado. Better than advertised. The hostess Sherry was gracious and accommodating. Was able to meet us for check-in which was very easy. The unit's air-conditioning was wonderful. Was centrally located and was about a 15/20 minute walk to most everything. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful place to explore Coronado

Sherry is a great host. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Sherry left us a treat and cold beer as well when we arrived after our long drive from Phoenix. We relaxed on our private patio and read a lot of info about Coronado that Sherry left us to help with our planning. The cottage is furnished nicely with plenty of room for a couple. There is also a nice size kitchen which we used often. We were in walking distance to many restaurants on Orange Ave and also to the beach. All week, we found it very convenient to drive in the morning, park right at the beach and then expend our energy just walking barefoot to and then along the ocean. No shoes needed! On Sundays we enjoyed outdoor concerts at nearby Spreckels Park. The cottage is also a very short drive to Balboa Park where went to several excellent museums and the San Diego Zoo. The Coronado Ferry is a very convenient way to visit Little Italy and not worry about parking. We picked a wonderful day to visit friends in Little Italy at a great restaurant. It was hassle-free buying ferry tickets online. We spent a full month exploring Coronado, San Diego and trips to San Clemente and Carlsbad. The cottage has a dedicated off-street parking spot and access to a 120v outlet which was great to keep our Tesla charged up for local driving. There are many Tesla superchargers in San Diego, but not in Coronado. Sherry is a great host, her cottage was a great place to call home for our month of vacation and I highly recommend.

Delightful month in Coronado!

Just absolutely perfect for a single person or a couple! This lovely cottage has all you will need to feel right at home. Sherry had thought of everything to make our stay so comfortable and was so accommodating and catered to our every need. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beach toys and chairs are provided, and bicycles are available if you’d like to ride around the beautiful island. This lovely home is centrally located to the beach, the park and all the great restaurants. We had our own private laundry and lots of storage. The quiet, private patio was perfect for our morning coffee time or to grill up some steaks for our evening meal. We are already talking about when we can possibly return. If you can book it, do it! You won’t be disappointed.

Superb property and owner!

This one bedroom cottage is perfectly situated in Coronado with access from the alley and plenty of parking space, and in a quiet neighborhood. It is exactly as presented and the attentive on site owner is a delight. It has everything you might need for cooking meals, super high speed Internet access, smart TV, washer and dryer and more.

Perfect Coronado Cottage

Great cottage in a quiet village neighborhood location. Size is perfect for two people. Walkable to beach, bay, grocery stores, and shops on Orange Ave. Star of the cottage is a comfortable private shaded courtyard. Private washer and dryer. Comfortable bed. Clean. Private off-street parking. Great attention to detail, including fully-equipped kitchen. Sherry is a perfect host, made us feel at home, and shared helpful information about the area. Looking forward to returning! Thanks for a great month stay.

Our go to place

Exceptional. Private Very comfortable. Bright and airy with a very pleasant private patio. Has everything you could possibly need. Sherry is friendly and helpful and willing to provide for our needs. Location is central and within 15 minutes walking time of all restaurants, beach, harbor & ferry landing. Will be back as we now are spoiled and think this has to become our go to place.

Great Location & Accommodations

Wonderful updated cottage that is very clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and furniture. Easy walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Very nice to have designated parking space. Highly recommend this location!

Absolutely Perfect!

This lovely guest cottage was the perfect spot for our getaway from the Midwest winter cold. It’s spacious, clean, well-appointed with everything needed for our month-long stay. The outdoor space is ideal for enjoying the sun and barbequing dinner. The location is perfect, a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach and everything Coronado has to offer. Sherry was a wonderful, welcoming host with recommendations for restaurants and activities, along with being available to answer any questions. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay again!

Perfect

I was in Coronado for 7 weeks for work. Absolute perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery store and beach. Dedicated parking is a must, especially during summer. Sherry is awesome and even let me use the 120v outlet at the parking spot to charge my EV. Prefect place for an extended stay.

No stone left unturned

I can only describe this cottage with one word: AWESOME. If there was something missing, I have no idea what it could be. The cottage is spacious, everything looks new, there are plenty of windows to open for fresh air and the yard has lots of room. There is a really nice BBQ in the yard. The owner, Sherry - gracious, generous, funny, accommodating and made us feel like we had been neighbors forever. The neighborhood is quiet. The cottage is close to stores, the bus and the beach. If you like being outside, this location is ideal. I would highly recommend this cottage over a hotel any day!

Sherry's cottage is roomy, well appointed and in a perfect location for walking the island. The beach and downtown are only a few blocks away. The outdoor patio makes the perfect place to catch some sun or cook something on the grill. Sherry is available for recommendations or to answer questions. She's a great host . We would definitely stay again.

A wonderful home away from home. Comfortable, clean, and convenient to everything in Coronado. Beautifully decorated, a true treasure to stay, enjoy, and relax at.
