This is our 4th year staying at Michael’s property and have signed on for our fifth year. The property is ideally located with an unobstructed ocean view and one block off the historic district of Seal Beach. The property is well stocked and very well maintained. I am sure any renter will be pleased with the property and have a pleasant stay.

beautiful ocean front home away from home

This is our 4th year staying with Michael. As usual the condo was spotless, well stocked and the wonderful ocean front view is spectacular. We have booked again for next July and August.

Home for a month

We had to find a place to stay while our home in Downey was being worked on. Michael's place came up on my screen, and I knew I wanted to stay there. The apartment is comfortable and very upscale. But the best part is the view. It is not exaggerating to say that this is the best view in Seal Beach. You have an unobstructed view of the park, the pier, the ocean, and even Catalina. It is a great spot for people watching, since the whole community seems to pass by at some point during the day. Families and friends are in the park, musicians on the pier, surfers in the ocean. Michael was very welcoming and responsive to any needs that arose. There are also friendly neighbors who add to the joy of the stay. I would absolutely recommend this place 100%

Seal Beach Condo with Ocean Views!

We had a very comfortable stay while we were remodeling our home nearby. It was nice to wake up to coffee with ocean views enjoy hazy strolls early morning to the Pier and grab a breakfast burrito right on Main Street. The unit had comfortable beds and everything you needed in the kitchen. Everything seemed to be well maintained and best of all, our hosts were quickly reachable each time we had questions. Highly recommend a visit to Old Town Seal Beach.

A wonderful beach experience

The condo, with its full unobstructed ocean view, is nicely furnished, fully stocked, very comfortable and ideally located. It is only steps to the main street and the beach. We have already put in our request for next year.

Amazing place and top notch owners!

This place was fantastic. Great view, super clean. Close to restaurants. Very quiet area. Nice, family oriented. The house was awesome and had everything we needed. The owners were also so nice and helpful. Very responsive to our needs and questions, even while they were on vacation!! Highly recommended and I’ll be checking with Michael to see if the house is available next time I’m in town.

This is our third stay at this property and we love it. Michael as always is very helpful. The condo now has central air and it came in handy in Sept. We have booked our two months stay for next summer

A return visit to our happy place.

This location is prime. Restaurants, gym, beach all within walking distance; shopping areas a short drive away. Simply sitting on the long porch brings total relaxation. The owner/manager is immediately responsive to whatever needs might pop up. I would like to give this property SIX stars!

A wonderful place to stay

Property was spotless, fully stocked with linens kitchen equipment and beautifully decorated. Beautiful full ocean and park view. Pictures of property are absolutely accurate. We have booked for next year.

The Perfect Getaway!

This home is pure perfection. The hosts are as wonderful & accomidatiing as can be. You will not be lacking for anything. They have everything you could possibly need to feel right at home, and it's all high end, and in excellent condition. Just pack your bags, arrive & enjoy! Guaranteed, unobstructed views of the nightly sunsets...they never get old :)

Fabulous holiday rental.

Perfect location for walking to restaurants, ocean access, all activities, or...just sitting on the deck and enjoying the day as it unfolds. The unit was well provisioned, and functional.

We LOVED staying at this beautiful condo!

My family really enjoyed staying in this lovely condo while we were remodeling our home. The owners take great care of the unit and were very responsive, professional and friendly. The location couldn't be more fabulous! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets every night and walked to wonderful restaurant on Main Street. My kids loved living across the street from the beach and surfing in the mornings. I would highly recommend staying at this condo!
