Al ingresar a la casa, se encontrará en la cálida y acogedora sala de estar con estufa de leña, sofás cómodos y un televisor de pantalla plana. Al entrar en el comedor, verá asientos para 6 personas, mientras que la cocina se abre con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable que permiten a los huéspedes cocinar y entretenerse mientras aún interactúan con todos en la casa.  

La luz del sol de la tarde brilla en la sala de estar, prometiendo que incluso en los días más nevados no se sentirá encerrado en el interior. Esta casa ofrece una terraza en el segundo nivel para su café de la mañana y un espacio al aire libre cubierto de buen tamaño con una mesa grande en la planta baja. Loved our first time in Sunriver

We had a great stay here. Loved the location close to village and SHARC and right on the bike path. House was super comfortable and had everything we need plus bikes. Would definitely stay here again, thanks!

Family trip to Sunriver

This house was great for our family. We loved the location, quick walk to the village which is something we love to do!! Well stocked kitchen which was a plus, everything was as expected based on our booking. We would stay here again!!

Hare 11 is comfortable and well appointed. The location very good too. Walking distance to the village and the SHARC. The property is a couple sliding glass doors away from a 5 star review. The only knock on the property is that it felt a bit dark and overly enclosed. We felt a sliding glass door from the kitchen to the side porch and a sliding glass door from the living room or even the second bedroom out onto the back porch would do wonders to open the place up. To be clear, we would stay here again, so it’s not a dealbreaker. But opening the place up a bit would take it from good to great.

Fantastic location

The house was as advertised. Dog friendly. All amenities. The great aspect is the location. It is so close to the village, but in such a quiet area. We had a very relaxing time. The hot tub was great on the cool mornings. We all enjoyed our time there.

Convenient, clean and comfortable.

We loved that there are no twin or bunk beds in this 3 bedroom. Instead, one bedroom has 2 Queens. Very nice for adults vacationing together. The home was very well stocked and organized. The 2 decks gave nice options for enjoying the outdoors. There is even a nice smaller deck upstairs. There were plenty of bikes for us to enjoy. We were very comfortable.

Perfect getaway.

We had a great time. Great location. Plenty of room, pet welcome and a hot tub. Only warnings are TVs are smart TVs so you’ll need to stream. That can be tough to figure out for some. No Shark passes. We knew that when we rented but hat could disappoint some people. And there were a few piles of animal waste in the front yard and driveway. My daughter found out the hard way. But that’s on renters and not the house. Overall a great value based on price, location, and amenities.

House is nice, but not the property management

Days in advance we emailed Bennington Property Management whether an early checking will be possible. They said: "Check around noon on the check-in day". At that exact time we SMS-ed and the response was: "the house is still being cleaned. Check around 2pm". Later we messaged again and the response was: "the house is still being cleaned. Check later". At 4pm the response was the same. At 4:30pm we drove to the property since it was getting dark and our young kids were getting upset. The house was locked and no one was inside. We called Bennington and they told us the house is "still being cleaned". We tried to open the door with the access code but it didn't work. After several messages and phone calls back and forth, we were still in the dark about whether we will be able to check-in today and stay in this house or need to urgently look for a hotel. Around 5pm the cleaning team showed up and explained that this is not their house to clean. They came because they were told to. It wasn't on their to-do list. They opened the front door and the house was a mess. Somebody checked-out long ago, yet beds, towels, and everything else was dirty. The cleaning team had a lot of work ahead of them. Thankfully by 6pm they managed to get it done. We got in, unloaded the car and went to bed tired and exhausted. 5 stars to the cleaning team and 1 star to Bennington "property management". To be fair, at the end they refunded us $150 for a "less than stellar check-in".

Great, Family Friendly Cabin

We enjoyed our time in Sunriver, especially because of this cabin. Our girls had fun playing with the included toys and reading the books. The cabin is close to the Village for shopping and meals out. We even ordered pizza delivery because we were comfy and didn't want to go out. We will definitely book again.

Loved the place, love the location. We enjoyed biking, hiking, swimming, and drifting on the river. The place had everything we needed. A couple things weren't working and the deck badly needs refinishing, but we would still love to come back.

Great location near the village, clean property, hot tub, movies, games

This house was in a great location just a short walk from the Village, it was clean, had a nice hot tub, and had plenty of games and movies. Only negative was most of the TV's had multiple remotes that batteries were an issue and there was some basics missing from the kitchen like Zip lock bags or Saran Wrap. We have stayed at Sunriver at least a dozen times and we would stay here again if available.

Family Getaway

Nice house for 5 adults. We liked that there were adult sized beds for all. BBQ grill needs some repairs but is usable. Kitchen is well stocked. Location is great! Very close to the village…10 min walk, great for getting that morning coffee fix. We all had a good time!

Great location. The house, specifically the deck needed updates. Appreciated having bikes at the house, but wish SHARC passes were offered. The home did not have enough supplies available like soap, paper towels, etc. We also wish there would have been a binder/book with maps, house info, and restaurant/store info for Sunriver. Overall, was okay but not great.

Birthday trip!

Perfect location with quick and easy access to everything! We were even able to ride bikes to dinner! Plenty of space for 5 adults. All around great place!
