Tower 4 en Long Beach Resort-Hermosa unidad de piso bajo con excelentes vistas! Conocido por el mejor plan de piso en la playa, nuestro condominio tiene vistas a la playa desde todas las habitaciones, sala de estar y cocina.

Nuevos muebles y ropa de cama, pisos de baldosas en todo, y encimeras de cocina de granito.

Hay casi 1400 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable en este condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños, ¡eso es mucho espacio!*** ¡Disfruta de Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad gratis en nuestro condominio!*** ¡Un conjunto de sillas de playa / servicio paraguas viene GRATIS con esta unidad! (Marzo-octubre)

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King, reproductor de blu-ray de TV de pantalla plana y un vestidor. El baño principal tiene dos lavabos y una gran bañera / ducha. El dormitorio de invitados tiene 2 camas Queen, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD, walk in closet y una vista de la playa también. El baño de visitas tiene una gran bañera / ducha y dos lavabos.

La sala de estar cuenta con TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y cama extragrande. El comedor tiene una mesa con capacidad para 6 con 4 asientos adicionales en la barra de la cocina. Nuestra cocina está totalmente equipada en caso de que desee cocinar, comer y disfrutar de la vista del atardecer desde el balcón. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito. Incluso tenemos una nueva lavadora / secadora si la necesita.

Long Beach cuenta con seguridad privada y estacionamiento en el lugar. Estamos a poca distancia de restaurantes, tiendas y actividades. (Pineapple Willy's, Shipwreck, Ripley's solo por nombrar algunos)

Esta es una unidad para no fumadores (ni siquiera en el balcón) y NO se permiten mascotas.

Great place to stay on the beach

It worked perfectly for us, especially with young children. First floor was great, we could easily take the steps if we wanted. The view was still beautiful & we loved the balcony area. There was plenty enough room for us. The beach area was great! There was room to spread out instead of everyone on top of each other. We’d definitely stay here again.

Spectacular Spring Break

By far the best VRBO rental we have stayed at. The condo was clean, plenty of room for our family of four, and had everything we needed. Fantastic location to beach and pools. The view was fantastic from the balcony and both bedrooms.

Clean, updated and spacious condo with beautiful beachfront view. Location is very short and easy walk to the beach. Parking was easy, and all communication with condo owner was very responsive and positive. We had a great trip to PCB when staying here!

AMAZING! Highly Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Brad was very responsive, the location was amazing with a Walmart a block away, beach chairs with umbrella available right outside the condo if you get them reserved promptly, and pictures of the condo are very accurate. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely recommend to others and will book again next year!!

Perfect Condo!

My family really enjoyed staying at this condo. Very spacious, clean, perfect views, HUGE balcony, and so much more! We’ve been coming to the beach for many years, and this is by far the best condo we’ve stayed in. Bonus that you don’t have to use the elevator if you don’t want to. Will definitely be back!

Very nice condo

Property was clean and had what we needed for a nice week in PCB with our family. Kitchen was stocked with the necessities, they had extra beach chairs for us to use, close to the beach access/pools and comfortable for our family. Darin reserved beach chairs and unbrella for us and had parking pass and wrist bands ready upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this condo again.

Great condo close to everything

We loved our stay at this condo on the beach. We got chairs and umbrellas reserved for us so we didn't have to take any to the beach. We booked for a travel ball tournament. We were a great distance to Publix field. Lots of updates to this condo. Check in instructions were super easy and communication to host was very prompt.

A Great Vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this unit. Communication from Darin was excellent, prior to our arrival and during our stay. The condo was beautiful and the furnishings/decorations were immaculate. The view of the ocean was so amazing from the balcony. Loved the balcony furniture. The kitchen was well stocked, even had an air fryer! We hope to return soon.

Fantastic property!

We loved this property! Long Beach Resort has the best condo units layouts in PCB - every bedroom has floor to ceiling windows viewing the ocean, not just the master bedroom. Also all bedrooms have balcony access doors. This unit was so clean! Plus the furniture was in excellent condition - it was NOT worn, stained, dirty or uncomfortable. The kitchen was stocked so well with all the utensils, small appliances, and supplies. Loved the first floor for this time of year! Mid-80’s for end of Sept to beginning of October with less crowds. Water was beautiful and the unit was perfectly positioned for amazing views from bedrooms and living room.

Relaxing Vacation Week

This unit was exactly what it looked like on the VRBO site, their were a few minor things, but the good things far outweighed the minor things. the unit was for the most part clean, there was a little sand on the floors and the counter, but you are at the beach and its hard to get that off everything, the lounge chairs on the patio had no cushions, so we had to use the long pillows from the bedroom as cushions, again not a big deal, but if not used you could not lay in them very comfortable. So with that being said it was a very nice week of vacation, the pool was very nice, a little crowded but to be expected this time of year, great little bar at the pool for food and drinks and they had music on Friday-Saturday-Sunday while we were there, not sure if that is all the time. We loved the being on the first floor, never had to use the elevator, but when we did use the elevator we never had to wait or had any problems. We would rent this unit again and most likely will do so again next year.

Comfortable beach living!

My family of 4 had a great time spending Easter/Spring Break overlooking the white sands of the Emerald Coast! The overall property was very well maintained and consisted of 4 towers right an the beach with multiple pools, a poolside bar/snack shack, direct access to the beach, and ample parking. Well located near shopping and multiple restaurants. Super Walmart about 1/4 mile away to help you stock up on food and anything else you could need for a beach trip. If you’re flying in, it is about 20 minutes from the airport. The unit itself was very well appointed. The kitchen has just about every gadget you could need, ample glassware/wine glasses, plenty of pots, pans, and skillets as well as serving bowls. You can actually cook real meals and not just pasta. A nice Keurig brewer that can do single k-cups or a full pot of coffee using traditional filter and ground coffee. The stackable washer/dryer in the closet off of the kitchen washed and dried quickly. The bedroom was set up well for families that have teenage kids that refuse to share a bed and the mattresses were comfortable. The rooms are very similar so if 2 couples are going together, one couple won’t feel like they got the short end of the stick; the master bedroom has a king bed, private soaker tub and water closet, dual sinks, and direct access to the exterior balcony. The 2nd bedroom is the same size and has 2 queen beds, a soaker tub, dual sinks, and direct access to the exterior balcony as well. The exterior balcony is very large with a table for 6 and 2 reclining sun chairs. The Owner was very gracious and made sure we had all of the information we needed for check-in, beach access and reserved beach chairs for us. They communicated very well and quickly to any questions we had….the made it easy to get the vacation started. I highly recommend this unit.

Spring Break 2022

Loved this unit! Our first time at Long Beach Resort and we enjoyed the property and felt safe. Property is gated with 24/7 gate staff. The unit has great views! No need for high rise. The property manager Darin is great at responding and did his best to work quickly at a couple issues that were resolved! We would definitely stay here again.

Long Beach Resort is so clean, so well maintained and such a long long stretch of beach that there is so much room to spread out and get all the enjoyment that beach life should be.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

My condo is on the end of tower 4, so it is quiet. My balcony is such a wonderful place to watch the sunset. Low floor allows easy and quick access to the beach' pools, hot tubs and parking lot. I've had the same maintenance and cleaning staff for several years that I contract with. They are friends. Any needs that arise they provide 1st class service for us and you.
