Very nice and literally steps away from the beach

The property was very clean and very close to the beach which is good because we had four children with us lol and the location was close to EVERYTHING. Diner across the street , Walmart nearby as well. I had no complaints !

No issues at all. Room was as advertised, great balcony to lounge on and super convenient being on the bottom floor. Super close to Pineapple Willys as well. Beds were very comfortable as well.

Great Place

The place was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of space, the balcony was nice. Parking was a breeze and no wait for an elevator was a plus. The building itself is getting old but the unit was beautiful inside. Beach chair service was a plus because the beach got crowded. Would recommend!

Great experience

Stayed for a month, condo was so comfortable. Beds, inside furniture and especially loved balcany furniture. Had everything we needed and then some. Will be coming back.

Had a wonderful vacation didn"t want to leave. Condo was great location was perfect. Would definitely come there again.

Great experience! The condo was perfect! Easy access to the beach. Beautiful views from all rooms! Parking was easy. We could walk to several restaurants. I love this place and look forward to returning.

Great condo on the beach

This was a really great condo that is right on the beach – perfect location! The condo is in a gated community and has its own private beach. It’s a really nice resort. The year we rented was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. We really felt at home. It was the perfect size for a nice vacation for our family at four. Kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed for our family vacation!

Beach Front Paradise.

The most relaxing vacation I’ve ever had. The ocean sounds and views were beautiful. The condo was very nice, clean and beautifully decorated. We stayed at the resort the whole week, walk out our door to the beach and pool! We only left to enjoy seafood dinners. We will go back!

This is our second time at this resort and would absolutely come back. The staff is friendly, room was just as pictured. We had a small plumbing issue and Warren Beach Rentals had it promptly repaired. We’ve been renting from them the last 4 years for our family vacation and they have been great to work with. Highly recommend!!

Annual PCB Trip

The trip and condo were great. The living room should have had blinds or curtains due to being on the bottom floor and the sun heating up the condo. Also the televisions were very hard to figure out. Overall, I would stay at this location again.

Great with a few downers

Great stay! This condo has a beautiful view and it’s very nice inside. The only problems we ran into was the sink in the master bath stayed clogged. The tv in the master would only let you watch Netflix (sometimes). Other then that it’s is amazing. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends!

Not what it used to be

Pool was only half opened. They are not checking on pool. I was hit numerous times with footballs in the pool, I almost fell trying to get from my chairs to the stairs because people had chairs all the way up to the edge of the pool because of crowding. Dishes were in dishwasher dirty and remotes would not operate TVs. I have stayed at this property for the past 12 years and have mostly been pleased or I wouldn’t of come back

Property was as advertised, mostly everything worked except the tv remotes. This unit is very accessible to the beach and pool area. One of the 2 elevators was broken 6 consecutive days luckily we only had 2 flights of stairs to deal with...and the stairwell door on the ground level has no dampner working...very dangerous.

We enjoyed our experience. It was relaxing.

We met some very nice people on the beach that were staying in the same building as we were. The beach accommodations were great. Beautiful views. Felt safe. Easy access and clean. Assigned beach chairs and umbrella was convenient so nobody took your spot if you went inside for awhile. Didn't really venture out too much. Not a lot of food choices within walking distance. The ones that were offered were mostly pizza and fast food type choices. Overall, good experience and enjoyable. We would do ths again with knowing what to expect.

Family Birthday Get Away

We loved the bottom floor location. It was easy to get to and has quick access from the beach and pool. Not to mention no elevator waits. This place worked perfectly for our family of 4 and we were all very comfortable here. The big windows and the balcony were my favorite parts. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bathrooms were good size with plenty of space. There could be a few more games for those rainy days, but that was our only negative thing to say. We love going to the beach for our vacations and this was our first time staying in a condo and at PCB. We would like to go back in the summer and take advantage of all the pools, not just the heated ones, and beach service, that is included with your rental but was not open this time of year. Not to mention everything PCB has to offer that was also closed for the off season. It was still a wonderful family get away that we all enjoyed with plenty to do and we had the beach, that's why we were there! We will be staying here again! It was a great place!
