Lovely ski vacation

Condo has everything you need and is in an excellent location. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. Beds are comfortable, the manager responded quickly to any questions, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our 2nd time to stay in this unit - and hope to make it a 3rd in the not too distant future. Location really can't be beat! Jeff has the condo nicely stocked with kitchen essentials (coffee filters, dishwasher detergent, etc) He also provides ample dishes, glassware, and coffee mugs - not all places do these days! Beds are comfortable, love the updates he has made to the condo. We had a great ski week!

We loved our stay at this house. It was so convenient to the lift and restaurants in Mtn Village. With young kids it was so helpful to be able to go back and forth from skiing to the house for lunch (or forgotten mittens) ;) Would highly recommend.

The perfect spot

The host was super helpful, and very responsive. The space was clean and cozy. Location is great, very short walk to the gondola and restaurants.

We’ve stayed here twice now. Excellent apartment and location. Owner is very communicative. Always our first choice, just sorry it’s already booked for our dates next year.

Perfect Winter Getaway

Perfect location to get kids to ski school in the morning and get to/from lifts; Comfy beds, very clean home, accurate listing/photos. Owner was so nice and accommodating and extremely responsive to questions. Loved the hot tub! We were able to cook all meals for 10 days as the kitchen was nicely supplied. Overall a wonderful stay for a family of 4, would absolutely stay again! Highly recommend!!

Great stay - already booked for next year!

This was our 3rd year staying in the same complex - and this is our favorite unit. It felt more like staying with good friends than a rental. Kitchen was well stocked for us to cook our meals, beds were comfy, showers were great. Heated floors were a nice perk! Jeff was very available for us as needed - he even arranged for incredible weather our whole week. Location cannot be beat!

great location

The only complaint i have is that check out is at 11am. We left the condo to put our stuff away to our car around 9am. We noticed how the cleaners came right after we left. we came back to the condo saw the cleaners so we couldn’t stay till 11am. Im wondering how did they know to come around 9am as if we were being watched. everything else was great and i do recommend this place.

Disappointing

The location was excellent, close to everything you need for summer fun. Loved that there was an elevator with a cart to help with loading supplies. The grill is new and it had a hot tub. That's it for the positive comments. Overall we thought the condo was in disrepair and not well maintained. For the amount of money we paid I would expect that there would be screens available that were not ripped, tubs that drained so you aren't standing in ankle deep water while showering, a working fan for upstairs would have been super as it was quite warm and the floor fan did not work. There was 1 or 2 washcloths for a 3 bedroom condo, towels that looked like they were washed with rags, master bedroom faucet was broken, jacuzzi did not work, kitchen sink cabinet panel was falling off so we just taped it shut. There was 1 working table lamp for 3 bedrooms! If you would like to read before retiring you must leave the ceiling lights on and then get up to turn them off. The piece de resistance came when the hot water tank went out and there was no hot water for showers. The owner was responsive but it delayed our plans as we had to wait for the water to heat up. Pretty lame for the amount of money they ask. I would not recommend this condo. Instead maybe look at another one and the same building.

2nd Time and Hope to Stay Again

We have been coming to Telluride for years and have stayed in at least a dozen VRBO rentals. This is one of our favorites! The location is great, the layout of the unit is wonderful and it is easy to stay there (smart TVs, basic cooking supplies, washer/dryer and more). There were a couple of minor bumps: (1) The unloading of the car was a bit of a process from the back parking lot, but we knew what to expect and once it was done and the car was parked, we didn't need the car again for the rest of the trip. (2) I think there were pets in the property at some point prior to our booking even though the listing says no pets. We have encountered this before in other VRBO units - some people just don't care about rules and they bring their pets anyway. We picked a few pieces of pet hair off of our socks/sweaters and my daughter and hubby were sneezing non-stop the entire time we were there. This is not a reflection on the property management; they can't babysit every renter to be sure they are pet-less. I fear this is becoming a common occurrence across the short-term rental industry. (3) The pots/pans are getting a bit tired with very scratched surfaces. A new set of pans with some silicone scraper/spatulas would be a welcome addition! These (3) bumps were minor inconveniences; I wanted to mention them in case they are of greater concern for other renters. Overall, honestly, my whole family likes this unit a lot and we would definitely stay here again if it is available on our travel dates.

Telluride Visit for upcoming wedding

We are 2 sets of parents (mother/father of the bride and mother/father of the groom) who planned this 4 day trip to Telluride because our children are getting married there next year. This condo was located in an excellent location in Mountain Village, just a short walk away from the free gondola up to San Sophia overlook and then down into the town of Telluride. It was quite spacious for a party of 4 and close to numerous shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Time

The property is everything as advertised. We would book it again in a heartbeat. Our toddler has a tough time walking in ski boots. The condo came with an equipment wagon. We pulled our toddler to the chondola in the wagon, which made getting her to ski school extremely easy. Only good things to report from our end.

Worked out great

We booked this last minute and were pleasantly surprised. Location was great and condo worked perfectly for our family of 5. Would recommend and would stay there again.
