¡Se trata de la vista!

Oceans SXM es un hermoso apartamento de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños con vista al mar en el Rainbow Beach Club. Como unidad final, ¡hay ventanas en 3 lados de la unidad! Disfrute de una hermosa vista al mar y la suave brisa del Caribe a medida que los barcos navegan, desde su propio balcón o la terraza de la piscina. La comunidad cuenta con 3 piscinas, dos de las cuales tienen vista al mar, así como una pequeña playa aislada accesible por la escalera de caracol en la propiedad. En un día claro, se puede ver la isla de Saba desde el balcón. Si busca una playa más grande, a 10 minutos a pie encontrará la playa de Mullet, una de las más increíbles del Caribe.

La unidad de 1500 pies cuadrados con aire acondicionado tiene tres dormitorios completos que tienen ventiladores de techo: un rey en el principal con baño completo adjunto, una reina con baño adjunto (también se abre al pasillo para compartir con el 3er dormitorio) y la habitación con dos camas gemelas sobre literas, cómodamente durmiendo 6. Una lavadora y secadora se encuentra en la unidad, así como todas las sábanas y toallas para su estancia (playa y baño). También tenemos un paquete y juego (cuna portátil) para bebés. La cocina está bien equipada con encimeras de granito, estufa y horno de tamaño completo, gran cantidad de utensilios de cocina, horno tostador, microondas, licuadora, cafetera, platos, vasos para la piscina y un refrigerador para uso de los huéspedes.

La unidad tiene Wi-Fi en todo, una mesa de computadora con impresora y teléfonos que pueden hacer / recibir llamadas gratis a los EE. UU. Hay dos televisores, uno en el área principal y el otro en el dormitorio principal con reproductores de DVD.

La comunidad se encuentra a 10 minutos del aeropuerto, a poca distancia de restaurantes y supermercados, y cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas en las instalaciones. La unidad está ubicada en el segundo piso, con estacionamiento techado cubierto directamente enfrente de la unidad. Paige has been one of the best hosts on this site! You really can’t get much better! Not only is her place amazing with great views but we got caught in hurricane Erin so we had to stay an extra week! Oh bummer right! lol we enjoyed every minute of our stay! Amazing!

The rental was perfect for our family. Beautiful view, lots of space and our kids loved the pools and private beach. We walked to mullet beach almost every day. Fat Tony’s was a favorite. There were lots of kitchen and beach supplies which helped a lot and the market being just down the block was very convenient. We also loved the recommendations. We hope to be back soon. Thank you!

YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST!

I don’t even think words will do justice for just how perfect this condo was! Not only was Paige incredibly pleasant, responsive, and kind, but her place has it ALL! I mean from beach towels to sand castle toys to stocked spices, laundry and dishwasher detergent, all the appliances and necessities, it was just beautiful. One large beautiful room with bathroom and at the other end of the hall another large room with large bathroom right across the hall from the kids room! The view is perfect, steps down to the pool, very clean and well decorated and the access was so easy. The location is PERFECT. Private beach is breathtaking and the market across the street is fantastic. Jordan village is walking distance and has some great restaurants. I can’t say enough amazing things about our stay - it was truly 10/10!!

Amazing Stay

The property was even better than what the picture show. It had absolutely everything we could possibly want for our vacation. Our kids love the three different pools and easy access to the beach. We hope to stay again in the near future.

Exceeded All Expectations - Gorgeous Property!

Everything about our stay at Oceans SXM was absolutely perfect! Perfect accommodations and best location on the island. The pools and ocean access were SO close! We loved the spiral staircase down to our private beach. Paige makes sure you have all the comforts of home during your stay. Our rooms were clean and the VIEW!! Just wow! Can't wait to return. :) SXM is my new favorite island.

Everything was perfect! The accommodations were exactly as advertised. The view was excellent and the facilities were fabulous. The condo had everything you could possibly need. The entire property was beautifully maintained- there was always a gardener working on the landscaping. The owner was wonderful. You won’t regret staying here.

Great Stay!

We really liked the location of this property - beyond the gorgeous view, it’s within walking distance of a little market and some great restaurants (In and Out pizza was amazing!). We found Paige’s restaurant recommendations to be super helpful and delicious and we enjoyed exploring beyond Maho Bay. We rented a car and getting around was easy, despite long traffic lines and roads that have seen better days. Overall, a great stay!

Absolutely wonderful

Paige was the best host ever….. always available with answers to any of our questions. Rainbow Beach Club is the BEST place to stay on SXM. It is walking distance to restaurants and shopping and a wonderful French bakery!! Out two grandchildren, ages 2 and 4 1/2 loved swimming in the pools and playing at the private beach. We highly recommend this condo which was superb.

Perfect

I traveled to St. Martin for the week to enjoy diving and beaches. My husband, daughter, and mother joined me, and we had a fabulous week - we definitely made the most of it. Paige was fantastic in sharing recommendations regarding food and activities. We ate fresh local bakies each morning and alternated between dinners on the beach after a day in the sun and exquisite french dining on a few special nights. Our location was so conveniently located, and a few restaurants were within walking distance. If we are back at St. Martin we will book this place again.

Family vacation

I can't say enough positive things about this place! The location is perfect, right near the airport, it's on the beach, and an amazing balcony with great views of the ocean and pool. Security was always friendly when we would leave and enter. It's close to some tasty restaurants that we frequented a lot, and some are within walking distance. There's also 2 grocery stores to grab items to make in their fullly equipped and stocked kitchen. The layout of the condo is perfect, having 3 children, each child had their own private area. As for laundry, the condo is plenty stocked with soap and dryer sheets. The area is very quite, including the 2 pools we visited. It takes a lot to impress my children, and they were highly impressed. They are plenty of fun beach bars around the area, there is even a map of the owner's favorite spots. Pagie even recommended a great photographer that we used for our beautiful family pictures. I'm looking forward to our next visit there!

Amazing time at Rainbow Beach Club

Really loved this property and location! The unit was huge and had everything we needed. My littlest loved the bunk beds and the fun lights they installed under the top bunk. It was also nice and quiet due to it being an end unit (also more windows and sunlight). Favorite part was probably the patio in the morning with the view of both the pool and the ocean, with all the palm trees and vegetation. The property is great with 2 pools and the beach is beautiful and has a really cool cave that the kids also loved. Not to mention all the iguanas around the pools :) As for the area, there’s a market across the street which was really convenient and then just down the road from that was Jordan Village which has a lot of restaurants, bakery, bars, and cafes. Only a 2 minute walk. Mullet beach was one of our favorites and is also walkable (probably about 15 mins). Its a beautiful island and would highly recommend renting a car and exploring as much as you can! Paige was really helpful in sharing which beaches that were best for the kids. I’m sure she’d be happy to give you recommendations as well!

Heavenly!

This condo was wonderful! Corner condo with a beautiful view of the Cupecoy Beach. Paige, the owner, is very responsive & a joy to work with. The condo was fully & exceptionally stocked with anything you’d need from kitchen utensils down to chairs & cooler for a beach day. Excellent location within walking distance to markets, restaurants, bars/nightclubs, beaches, golf course, AUC campus and walking trails. We would definitely request this property again!

Our entire trip was amazing! The property is beautiful, clean, well maintained and has gorgeous views. The hosts are wonderful and the condo met all of our needs. Perfect for couples or families with kids. We can't wait to go back!

We are a very active and well travelled family. We love exploring new places but also wanted a base in the Caribbean. Paige has lived many places in the states and several countries but continues to come back to the warm water and ocean breezes of the Caribbean. After 20 years in New England it was time to search for a warmer winter retreat!. We have been exploring the Caribbean islands for several years– searching for the place that suited our family. The perfect place to recharge as a family would have: #1 warm water, easy to access from the US & Europe, tropical breezes, ocean sports, hiking and great dining options. What did we find? Sint Maarten!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The entire island is beautiful, however the Dutch side, with its 110v electricity, make things much easier for US Travelers, and as avid aviation fans, the location is idea for plane watching, with none of the noise. You can’t beat the views, the people, the food and there is so much to do on Sint Maarten. If you like to explore it’s easy to venture to another island via the ferry (you can’t do that in Aruba). We love our condo at Rainbow Beach Club for many reasons - unobstructed views from our balcony, beautiful pools, the private beach accessible only by our staircase or boat, the proximity to the airport, Maho and Simpson Bay - and we can walk to restaurants and the beautiful Mullet Bay beach!


Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Oceans SXM is our family condo and rental unit that we are delighted to share with other families. We have updated the 3-bedroom unit to include a newly updated family bedroom that has a twin over full bunkbed, the second room has a king bed w/bath and the master bedroom has a king bed w/bath. Although the dining options are amazing on the island, you will find a well-furnished kitchen with pans so that you can prepare a nice meal. Linens and towels are provided (bath and beach) so pack your bags and bring your sun screen, you will need it! We are thankful to have one of the very few coveted 3 bedroom units, and the only one that is an end unit which provides an additional wall of windows for incredible natural light an ocean breezes.
