Esta casa inmaculada, recientemente remodelada, privada, totalmente amueblada, tropical con acceso OCEAN es ideal. Se encuentra al otro lado de la calle del océano. Cerca de la pesca, el golf, los restaurantes, las tiendas, los parques temáticos, el Centro Espacial Kennedy y los paseos en aerodeslizador, esta ubicación es para ti. El complejo tiene solo seis casas adosadas. Es de dos pisos con 2 dormitorios y baños arriba con la lavandería. En la planta baja se encuentra la cocina, comedor, sala de estar y medio baño. Es un ambiente tropical muy privado. Hay un garaje para dos automóviles con bicicletas y bombas de neumáticos, sillas de playa, sombrillas y otros artículos de playa. Estoy disponible para responder cualquier pregunta y vivir a poca distancia de la casa adosada.
Tengo dos unidades en este complejo de 6 unidades. Están uno al lado del otro y ambos son alquileres a corto plazo. La caseta del perro es VRBO 1512402

Best in Melbourne!

Very convenient to the beach and walking distance to cute shops restaurants and groceries. House had enough incidentals and functioning kitchen to cook at our leisure. Beach is literally across the street and not crowded even during spring break. Lots of surfers which were fn to watch. Cozy rental with lots of bathrooms for teens and plenty of space for all. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect as always

This is our third time staying at this property. The host is attentive and the location is perfect. It is right across from the beach and an easy, pleasant walk to the river for sunsets. We can’t wait to return.

Great place on the beach.

This place offers basically 2 master suites, very comfortable for us and our adult son who popped in for a weekend. After crossing the street we were on a beautiful beach that was delightful to walk. Hosts were very responsive and every kitchen thing we could think of.

Wonderful, relaxing and perfect location for the beach!!

We loved our stay here. The townhouse was clean, kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, furniture was comfortable (very homey) and perfect location for the beach. There were restaurants within walking distance. We loved walking the beach every day. Shannon and Nova were very responsive and super nice! Would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful condo that was decorated nicely. Had lots of amenities. Garage, located across the street from the ocean, all ROKU TV's, nice linens, lots of cleaning supplies, condiments in the refrigerator. I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Sea Shanntie

The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Also, bikes and beach equipment were there for our use. It was very comfortable and just what we needed. We would recommend they add some sort of bannister for the lower part of the stairs, but the owner was very up front about that before renting us the property.

Lovely host

Even though there a couple of problems with faucet and dishwasher, our host was quick to get a handyman to fix everything. Very responsive to anything we needed as was her assistant. Already booked for next year.

Hidden Gem

I hate to give a review because it was perfect for us, but I know I'd like to have read this to have felt better when I did book. It was a last minute booking for us and there weren't many recent reviews. I loved that the walk to the beach was so close, the neighborhood was safe, the walk to the other side of the island was a 10-stroll to see the sunset, and you could walk 3-4 blocks to have a ton of family run restaurants and shopping. We loved not be on hotel row. The beach activity was not crowded and felt like we were a local and could easily walk in either direction for the perfect walk along the beach. The beach edge was nice soft sand. The condo was nice. I traveled with my 2 teenagers who don't want to share a bed anymore so one slept on the couch and there was bedding to accommodate (not a pull-out). The kitchen was perfect (filtered water, well stocked with dishes.). The bathrooms were great (loved the water pressure, had a hair dryer). I also liked that the owner didn't throw away items left by other people that are nice to have, but no one want to bring (shampoo, conditioner, items in frig/freezer that maybe someone else could use.). That's what I like about vbro is those little things to make your travel more like staying at home. There was a garage to use with some beach chairs, bikes, beach towels, even some beach bags, hats, sun screen, magazines, etc. There are 3 TV's which have access to Hulu and your accounts. The TV's are small for the room, but really not there for that. We watched shows at night and just camped out closer. Not a big deal at all and nice to have access to something else. I loved the 2 balconies. One was shaded with palm trees, which is great when it's hot and humid but don't need the sun and the other one is on the front perfect for needing sun. It was very windy and too cold to go to the beach, but sitting out on that balcony you would never know. I would definitely come back.

Nice little quiet property close to the beach. It has everything you could want and then some. The host was on top of things and communicated well making everything seamless.

a great location

the condo was very nice. the location is just a 3 minute walk to the beach. the beach area is great. not a whole lot of people. short walk to a local restaurant or two. short drive to many other s. i can't say enough good things. the property manager and owner are great people to work with as well. we will be back.

Perfect Home Away From Home!

This property is very clean, extremely well appointed, and in a quieter part of the island just across the street from the uncrowded beautiful beach. Having many food prep essentials in the well-equipped kitchen was a bonus. While there is some traffic noise, the thick natural growth ‘fence’ buffers the noise. We had no issues during our stay and look forward to returning. This is the first property we have rented where we were greeted personally and shown the ‘ins &outs’ of the home - a very nice touch!

We loved the place!

Very clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in and out, attentive and friendly property manager. Very short walk to beach, and short walks to the market, restaurants, and park for sunset over the river. Would stay here again for sure.

Excellent Location and Wonderful Host

My daughter and I enjoyed ten wonderful days at this property! Location: This condo is in the perfect location just across the street from the beach. Such a short walk, we took every advantage of our location! We were also able to walk to the grocery store, pharmacy and several restaurants. Condo: Everything was as depicted in the pictures. The upstairs guest bedroom balcony was great for morning coffee and the master bedroom balcony was great for the evening. We did have a problem with the internet service, which I needed for work. However, Shannon was on it right away and the issue was resolved. Our host, Shannon, met us and took us through the property upon arrival. She made us feel right at home and we took her up on her suggestions for local hangouts. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo if you’re considering the Melbourne Beach area.

Lovely stay and close to beach access

Townhome was roomy and clean. Shannon met us at the unit for our late check-in and walked us through the unit. Kitchen was well-equipped and it was super nice to have a garage. Beach chairs and towels were available. Shannon checked in on us after a few days and was attentive. Unit was just across the street from beach access and close to grocery store (and ice cream shop!). A few blocks away was the River for beautiful sunsets. Golf course within a couple of miles was fun to play.

This is my beach retreat. It is not suitable for children. The two car garage has women's golf clubs, bicycles, air pump, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and other beach paraphernalia. All of these things you are welcome to use.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The townhouse is across the street from the ocean crossover. You can walk to Ocean Ave which is the main street of Melbourne Beach. There you have multiple venues for eating and drinking as well as the grocery store and the town library. Across the street is our local beach bar located directly on the beach. Everything you need is in walking distance. You can walk to the Indian River and watch the sunset with the local town folks. It is a bit of a local tradition. Bring your own libation or you can purchase it at Dijon's outdoor happy hour.
