Ocean front corner unit with quiet beach

Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Beautiful updated two-bedroom two bath condo located on the 4th floor. Beautiful updated two-bedroom two bath corner unit condo. Master and guest bedroom both have king size bed. Living Room sofa is a sleeper sofa. Balcony is located off of Master bedroom and Living room. TVs located in living room and in both bedrooms. TV Content in each room is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. Balcony is located off of Master bedroom and Living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. There is also a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grill, and a car wash area. Linens are provided including beach towels. Each unit has at least two beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The view from the balcony is unobstructed and great to see shuttle and/or rocket launches. We look forward to you visiting us.

We are located just 8.7 miles and 19 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, serviced by Delta Airlines and US Airways.

Lovely Condo

Check-in was flawless. We were allowed to check-in early. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes/pans etc. NOTE: There are no spices, not even salt and pepper so be prepared for that. They do leave supplies for a couple cups of coffee (don't think there was creamor or sugar), along with dish soap, a couple dishwasher pods, trash bags, and a couple laundry pods. Decor is very nice, ref is large, ice maker works well. Everything is pretty much just like the photos. Love that you don't need a key for anything and there are only 2 different codes you need to remember. One for your door and one for pool bath. Views are amazing from the corner balcony. This isn't the area I normally come to but if I were to return I definitely would look at this rental again.

The most amazing week! Nice upgrades to the condo that weren't disturbing at all to our stay! We will be back again soon. Everyone is surper friendly, beach is quiet, unit had everything we needed plus more.

Awesome time

The property was a gem, and the location is quiet and truly relaxing. Tons of things to do, and the views from the unit a delightful benefit. The manager was incredible, what a nice person to deal with. We hope to stay with you guys again!

Great stay! Even when a problem arose, communication was great and problem fixed in timely manner. Only advice id give is to provide updated beach gear. Chair, umbrella, etc. We flew in so we couldnt bring it ourselves.

Quick 4 night stay for Vietnam Veterans Reunion

The condo was located on the ocean with magnificent views, it was clean however a little dated. Being in my mid 70’s I enjoy watching tv. This being a really nice condo the tv’s are really small for a vacation rental. The mattress in the master should be replaced for the comfort of your guests. Wasn’t a fan of the couch, but the recliner made up for it. It was a great stay would recommend this property to friends and family. The pool was great😂👍

quick trip

I thought the room we stayed in looked even better in person, the view was spectacular! We got in 6 hours late and was able to locate the keys at 1:30 am quickly. I just wish there would have been some coffee in the room (as we had a late night), but I would definitely stay there again.

Nice beachfront location

We had a great time, the beach was quiet and peaceful. There were times we had the pool and beach completely to ourselves. Enjoyed our time. The corner unit view was very nice. Plenty of space. We had everything we needed. Our family had a great time.

Perfect family getaway and able to recharge.

We were looking for a nice family getaway vacation to make memories with their family we have a teenager and two small children and the property was perfect nearby shopping places grocery store but the most important part to us was being able to wake up and go to the beach which was right there and absolutely loved the fact that the beach wasn’t over crowed and at times had the beach just for ourselves. Definitely coming back soon!!

Fantastic location on the beach

This is a clean, functional condo with a great beach view. The condo could use some fresh paint. It has nearly every kitchen item and beach item that you could want. It's within walking distance to ice cream. I would stay here again. The beach is very clean with soft sand. The waves were fun for boogie boarding, but small children might get overwhelmed by the waves.

RelaxIng and fun vacation at Indian Harbor Beach Club

The unit was clean and the fact that it is a corner unit gave us an excellent view of the beach, we also saw a launch from our balcony and the Blue Angels flew right in front of the building at the end of their show in Melbourne. This complex is located near good restaurants, grocery stores and shopping centers. The unit itself does need some cosmetic attention, it needs repainting and the ceiling has defects which will be taken care of later this year. The beds are comfortable and the furnishings nice. We look forward to returning again soon !
