Just what we needed!

visiting family in The Waters and staying here was perfect! walking distance or a short golf cart ride to everything! plenty of space, great beds, nice bathrooms, and most importantly in July- cool a/c!

Perfect Getaway Home!

This house is right in the middle of everything in the Waters. So convenient to the market stores and right across from the green/lawn area, pool, docks, and playground. Beautifully decorated, and beds were so comfortable. So many thoughtful touches- like high quality towels, little soaps and shampoos, even a Keurig with pods available. And the owner is delightful!! We absolutely loved our stay!!

Great place for a little R&R

Great location in the heart of the Waters on Pike Road. Right off the square with a beautiful view of town square, Very short walk to restaurant and beautiful, relaxing pool. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the front patio with our wine enjoying the view and meeting all the friendly neighbors and their pets. Comfortable home with plenty of room.

Relaxing and enjoyable for everyone. Great space for gathering and playing games and beds were super comfortable. Loved the pools! We brought our golf cart and thoroughly enjoyed riding around the BEAUTIFUL neighborhood! Loved the amenities and shops nearby! Everything was fabulous!

We rented this home for our youngest daughter’s wedding weekend. It was perfect! Great size for the flowers to sit (mother of groom did floral arrangements for wedding ) and still have room to walk. Spacious bedrooms with a bathroom for each ! We loved our stay.

Wedding weekend

Our family enjoyed a long weekend stay as our son was getting married at a local East Montgomery church. Kim was timely in her responses when we had questions. Highly recommend this spacious and comfortable accommodation in a beautiful community. We enjoyed the pool, walking the grounds, Hole in the Wall coffee shop and NYC Gyro. Would definitely rent again!

We were disappointed with this property and feel it needs significant updates before it can justify its current ratings. The couch is worn out and really needs to be replaced, the carpet is old and stained, and the walls are in serious need of fresh paint. There were visible cobwebs on the walls, which made the home feel unclean.We also had trouble operating the TV because there were three different remotes and no instructions anywhere—very frustrating after a long day of travel.I’m not sure how this place has received such high reviews, but it requires major work and better upkeep. With some attention and improvements, it could be a much more enjoyable stay.

Wonderful and spacious house for groups!

I was so happy to get to stay at Kim's property. I rented the house for my work team to have a home base during a long work weekend. It couldn't have been better for us. It was so nice for us to have our own group space and not have to deal with hotel rooms. There was nothing better than coming back from a long day of managing a large event to the most comfortable and well appointed beds ever. And the large bathrooms were a treat on their own. Thank you Kim for your hospitality and graciousness!

Wedding Weekend

The beauty of The Waters has to be experienced. It can’t be described. The lake , the scenery, the variety of birds to watch. It’s so peaceful and beautiful everywhere. The cottage was beautiful , comfortable and perfectly located near the town center which has restaurants , morning coffee, essentials to buy at the small store , And a new Spa! The wedding at the Chapel nearby made it the perfect place to stay and enjoy not having to drive. You can check in, park and never leave!! Everything is right there!

Beautiful neighborhood

Absolutely loved The Waters, The Chapel and the local coffee shop. The home is located on a lovely square and very convenient for wedding guests of The Chapel. However, it is in dire need of a deep cleaning and overall “sprucing up”. A few special amenities would have been nice (wash cloths, soaps, coffee pot, comfortable balcony/porch chairs). I would definitely recommend this rental - but not until it has been thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom and restocked with a few essentials.

Home away from Home! 💙

We stayed at this house for a week while my daughter was in a softball tournament in Montgomery. We absolutely loved this house. We would come back to the house after a long day at the ballpark and it was like going home. Beds are comfortable, showers are amazing and the tv in the living room was perfect for relaxing and watching tv. The pool is perfect! Kids had a blast in the large, infinity edge pool while the parents relaxed poolside gazing over the lake. The Cafe has amazing smoothies and the customer service was the best service we received (from any restaurant, even restaurants in Montgomery) throughout our stay. All of the neighbors and other members of the community, The Waters, were friendly and helpful. The owner responded quickly to any questions and even checked on us midstay. I would highly recommend this house. You will not be disappointed.

Stylish and Thoughtfully Appointed. Generous Host. Can't ask for more!

Stylishly and thoughtfully appointed rental. Kim has thought of everything and she has impeccable taste. The layout creates privacy for all parties. At the same time the living/dining room made for the perfect area to socialize. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft. My best friend has tasked me with finding out the brand of the bath mat as she liked it so much. There is a pool and a sandy beach area that would be great for relaxing with kids or without. We didn't have a chance to take advantage of them but they a block away. Also, on property was a lunch counter that sells provisions too. We came from the West Coast for the opening of the EJI museums (must sees for every American) but if we lived closer, we'd come back. I've stayed in at least 20 VRBO's and this rental is one of the best.

We rented the townhome for a weekend event for 6 people. 1. Upon entering the townhouse it smelled like dogs live there. The Downstairs rug looked like it was shredded by a dog. Pee stains all over the upstairs carpets. Animal hair all over the couch. 2. There were damp towels left in the washing machine that made the whole washer and towels smell soured. I’m assuming that the wet towels were intended for the downstairs bathroom considering we had to dig in the “catch all closet to find any towels “. Not enough towels provided for each bathroom to host 2 people per bathroom. 3. Many of the downstairs outlets did not work. 4. No forks, only 2 coffee mugs, ran out of toilet paper.5. Had to make a Walmart run for toilet paper, utensils, coffee cups. 6. Bugs under the downstairs bed. Huge dust problem. Lost shoe under bed. Refused to retrieve it.Toilet seats in full bath downstairs and the bathroom in the king size bedroom were broken. Every time you sat down on it the lid would slip off the tell and scare me to death. 7. Iron but no ironing board provided.8. The downstairs closet was apparently the catch/dump all. We had to move stuff before we could hang our clothes in there. 9. Side door to the kitchen was left unlocked. We did catch that until day two.10. Nothing provided to sit suit cases on instead of lying them on the groun11. Would appreciate instructions left on refrigerator on what to do with trash/garbage and dirty lines when checking out of the townhome.
