The Anne-Claire At The Waters By Villa Real Escapes

Welcome to The Waters and the Uptown Lofts on Bridge Street in our Townsquare. The Anne-Claire loft is a very comfortable European flair loft on the second floor of our Townsquare building in a resort-style neighborhood and has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (queen bed) 1 Bunk room (2 adult twin beds), and 1 Bathroom, central heat, and air, washer/dryer, 3 flat-screen TVs making it a wonderful place to spend a weekend, week or month. Enjoy coffee in the shop downstairs, a stroll by the lake, kayaking in Lake Cameron, relaxing by one of two swimming pools, play tennis on the lighted courts. The Anne-Claire is a private space we live across the street and are available for whatever you need.
The Anne-Claire is built to comfortably accommodate NO more than 4 guest
There are 6 stair steps leading to an elevator that takes you to the second floor to the outside entrance marked "No 9" , once you enter the foyer and select the door marked "B" you will enter the Anne-Claire loft through another flight of stairs. If you prefer stairs over the elevator there are stairs on the side of the building that will take you to the outside entry on the second floor as well.

BY BOOKING THIS UNIT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING:
1. NO SMOKING in or ON the property at all.
2. IF YOU ARE NEW TO VRBO AND HAVE NO REVIEWS WE WILL ASK TO VERIFY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO CONFIRM YOUR STAY!
3. NO EVENTS, PARTIES, OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND OR FOR ANY REASON ALLOWED AT ALL!!
4. THE LOFT CAN ONLY BE USED BY REGISTERED GUESTS. CANNOT BE USED AS A STAGING OR PREP SPACE FOR EVENTS OR PARTIES
5. We have one actively recording camera overlooking the building entry and driveway area which records video and audio.
6. The loft is part of a commercial/residential building with other residents who enjoy a quiet and peaceful living place. HOWEVER, as with any multi-tenant building, each loft in the building is surrounded by other residential lofts and all sitting on top of commercial spaces as with any building life you may hear neighbor movement and sounds and other noise from the commercial activity on the bottom floor
7. NO PETS ALLOWED AT ALL
8. NO MORE THAN 4 GUESTS
