Casa de vacaciones Classic Ocean City ubicada a una cuadra de la playa y el paseo marítimo. También a dos cuadras del distrito comercial del centro. Cuenta con sala de estar y comedor abiertos con espacio para relajarse, además de un amplio porche frontal. Tiene 3 dormitorios y un baño, además de una ducha al aire libre con área de cambio para su conveniencia. Todos los electrodomésticos modernos más una cocina completamente equipada. Aire acondicionado central incluido para su comodidad en esos calurosos días de verano. También proporcionamos estacionamiento fuera de la calle para hasta dos vehículos pequeños o medianos o un vehículo grande. ¡Este alquiler en el primer piso es muy económico para la ubicación!

Amazing location! Karen is super communicative and the house was clean. The house itself is well maintained with enough room for my husband, our 3 teen-adult kids, and our dog. We loved the front porch and the charm of being in a historic home. The beds are comfy and the dining room table is huge! Awesome for eating and gaming. The outdoor shower was nice with hot water and privacy. We will definitely rent again!

Peaceful Getaway

The two of us, along with our dog, were able to unwind and totally enjoy our five-day getaway. Between the comfy front porch and the ambiance of this oldie-but-goodie home, we were in our glory!

Great location

We come every year and as our family grows, we needed a bigger place. First time here and it fit all our needs and the location is great! Short walk to boardwalk and right next to Playland which is key with little ones.

Great family rental

This property was perfect for my family. Nice layout and plenty of space. Everything was as pictured/described. Very short walking distance to boardwalk and beach.

Great beach getaway

Karen was a great host and available if we had any questions. Home is cozy and plenty of room throughout house. Had all the privacy we needed. Just steps away from beach and boardwalk (2 blocks) making it easy to go to beach, return and go to boardwalk. Also walking distance to OC street mom and pop restaurants and other shopping. We would rent this unit again!

Location is amazing!

This is a good house for anyone with young kids. It is walkable to the beach and boardwalk. Karen was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating!

Everything you need to prepare and serve meals, even for a crowd. We were right at home from the moment we arrived and didn't want to leave!! We will definitely come back again and again!

Great Rental for Families

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is great. It is very close to the beach and the rides. The amenities- driveway parking spot, outside shower, washer/dryer, and dishwasher-were extremely helpful. Karen was responsive and helpful as well. We would stay here again. Our kids want to come back next week!

Great location, hassle-free stay

It's a ground-floor apartment. The photos in the listing are a good indicator of what it's like. The unit has everything you need, and we had a comfortable stay. Easy walk to the boardwalk / beach, less than 2 blocks away. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Parking is in a little driveway out front. It was plenty for our two small-ish cars.

Girls weekend

Had a lovely stay with my mother and aunt (both 69) my sister and our daughters. Nice cozy place. Older home, but charming. Our own home is over 200 years old so we are used to the dated homes. Lovely stay. Would definitely come back.

Clean, great location!

This home was set in a wonderful location. Other than going to grocery store, we never had to get in the car. The house was clean, well decorated and had good amenities that we really liked such as a washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor shower and an outdoor place to store beach gear. Bring your own linens as none are provided. We didn't know this until we got there and had to go out and get some. Wish it had been explicitly stated in the description of the rental. My biggest reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 was that the master bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was too firm and I could feel all the springs.

Pros: The home was clean and neat and close to the beach. The owner is friendly and answers quickly. Cons: It is a older home, master bed mattress is to firm and the bathroom is smalL and needs updating.

Beach Time

The location of this property is excellent for walking to the beach. Just a few steps away. Karen was available as needed, but did not bother us. The property is older, but well kept and met our needs for the week. Beds not real comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We did a lot of our own cooking and everything g we needed was available and more. Only drawback for us, since it was mostly girls was that there was only one bathroom

Overall enjoyed it. Great location. Reasonably priced. Laundry area wasn’t fully cleaned. Pull out couch and sheets were a little rusty with some extra “lint”. Outdoor shower was great. Four beach tags were great. Would stay again.

Great location.

We had a very nice stay at this house. The location can hardly be beat for our young family. This is close enough to the boardwalk/beach we all can walk with all our gear and back far enough to be economical and with in walking distance to Asbury Ave shopping. The house is partially updated with more modern decor... bedrooms are a little dated. Pictures represent the house accurately. Karen was easy to coordinate with and friendly. We will keep this place in mind for future visits to OCNJ.

Cozy and clean!

The place was cozy and clean. It was easy to communicate with the host, Karen replied quick when we had questions or needed something. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Just bring your linens and towels. The apartment is 1 block from the beach and boardwalk, it is close to everything, really is in a great location. Thank you Karen.

Loved the apartment, spacious, bright, comfortable, short walk to beach and the boardwalk and Asbury Ave. shops. We are 7 altogether and we didn't feel crowded. We had a really nice stay.

I’ve been coming to Ocean City since I was just a few months old! I am now 61. I love Ocean City. It’s a place I have many memories with my family and friends. I was formerly a stockbroker, but left the business to raise my children. Instead of returning to that when they were older, I turned to education and currently work as a job coach for special needs young adults. I can tell you almost everything you need to know about Ocean City!

This home has been in my family for 58 years. We have rented to many families over the years and have had many repeat tenants. The home has been well taken care of. It is truly an Ocean City Classic and close to all the best of town!

This home is close to everything! The beach, the boardwalk, and downtown shopping are all in walking distance. The best thing is the front porch to relax on at the end of a long day of fun!
