Esta hermosa casa estilo loft de techo abovedado cuenta con tres habitaciones (loft en el dormitorio principal con vista a la sala de estar); dos baños completos; Sala de estar del techo de la catedral con ventanas de dos pisos, del piso al techo, insonorizadas y pisos de madera; cocina completa, comedor, sala familiar (TV) con pisos de madera, porche de pizarra y gran cubierta trasera con parrilla de gas, mesa y sillas y vegetación.

El mobiliario es una buena combinación de piezas nuevas y antiguas. Se encuentra a 4 1/2 cuadras del famoso paseo marítimo de Ocean City ya una cuadra del centro comercial y de restaurantes del centro de Ocean City, entre las calles décima y undécima en West Avenue.

Este 'centro' es una visita obligada para las familias que buscan alquilar un hogar GRANDE asequible para las vacaciones, pero todavía tienen la comodidad de caminar a todas las atracciones de Ocean City. Este no es su alquiler típico. Es un hogar lejos de casa. Esta propiedad libre de humo se alquila rápidamente durante la temporada de verano.

Steve is a very gracious host, and was quick to act on a couple minor things that occurred at the beginning of our stay. Overall very nice place to stay. Master suite is a loft, and open to downstairs living, which needs to be put into his add.

We liked the size and location of the home. It is next to Asbury Ave., we sat on the front porch a lot, Steve is very nice & told us about the fireworks from the bay which we watched from front porch, the walk to beach is good, there is a restaurant called Cinco de Mayo 3 houses down that is great. The home is decorated nicely too. We would stay there again. Steve is a pleasure to work with.

Steve was a great host. A huge home. We certainly enjoyed staying there Loved the 2 Living rooms. Out the back door and onto Asbury ave. Lots of neat shops and good places within walking distance for eats. A little walk to the boardwalk but certainly doable for us. Would like to come back again

We had a nice stay. The price was fair and the owner was very nice and helpful. They don’t charge a cleaning fee!

We enjoyed having you as guests and appreciate the positive review. For future guests reading this review's headline: The house is professionally cleaned and turned-over within the short, 4-hour period between check-outs and check-ins each week. We are pro-active with the cleaning staff when we receive comments such as the headline in this review. We host approximately 30+ families throughout the year - weekly and weekends in the off-season. That's a lot of people and furry friends. The carpets and furniture are professionally cleaned each spring before the season begins. Obviously, there isn't time to have carpets and furniture cleaned during the season, since there would be no time for drying. We are a pet-friendly home, and we provide a spot cleaner for our guests to use for any pet mishaps. The bedroom carpets will be replaced in the Spring of 2020. All other floors in the house are hardwood with "oriental-style" area rugs (cleaned each spring). Unlike most all other "pet friendly" properties, we receive great reviews and comments about the cleanliness of our home as seen in the other reviews on this and other listing sites. I am always available to our guests should they find something not to their standards. We aim to please and will do everything we can to make sure our guests are happy and satisfied with our home. They just have to communicate any issues that aren't quite right for them, so we can have an opportunity to make it right. Thank you and we look forward to hosting your family and your furry, house-trained friends.

Wonderful Place & Neighborhood

I stayed at Steve’s place with 7 other people for my 26th birthday and we all had a BLAST. The space was not only huge, but beautiful inside. We enjoyed lounging around, playing games, having breakfast together, all throughout the stay. Plus, the area is a short walk to the ocean city boardwalk which is 10x better than Atlantic. Would stay again!!!

MS City to Shore Ride

Stereo’s home was a great location to cheer riders on close to the finish line of the MS Ride. The house was spacious for our group of singles…:it’s rare to find a shore home that has twin beds that are not a part of a bunk bed. The kitchens and living areas were great, with two separate living room areas…something I had not realized in the photos/description.

Truly Home Away from Home

The pictures of this home do not do it justice! The house was larger than we were expecting and it would more than perfect for our vacation with our two large dogs! The house had everything we needed and was well taken care of. My husband and I travel a lot and Stephen is by the far the nicest and sweetest host we have ever had. We would definitely come back! :)

Excellent place to stay!

From the minute we walked in the door everything was perfect, just like the pictures. Cannot find anything to complain about. The owner and his family live below and we're always there but never in the way. I was happy to meet them and they also spent time with my two dogs. My dogs also found the house to their liking especially the front porch. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home to anyone. The home is convenient to everything in OC.

The property was lovely and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need to make a meal!! The home is walking distance from many restaurants, shopping on Asbury, and grocery stores. If you have small children, it may be a little too far from the beach. But for families with bike-riding kids and older children it’s fine. Steve’s communication throughout the entire process was top notch!

We actually were in town for a swim meet in Atlantic City. (25 minutes away) so we didn’t want to stay there with 3/14 yr olds & 1/12 yr old. So this place was a great find! Accommodation were wonderful with all the space! Location was fabulous walking distance to restaurants, shopping and OC Boardwalk. We enjoyed Mexican Food @ Cinco de Mayo (recommended by owner Steve) we also enjoyed breakfast at Hooked on breakfast excellent as well! We indulged in the fun over at the boardwalk with food drinks caramel popcorn & Kohr Brothers Ice cream. Definitely would recommend anyone looking to stay in OC NJ

Wonderful place to stay

This is the second time my husband and I stayed here and it was just as nice as the first time. The place is exceedingly clean, the furniture is comfortable and it was a pleasure interacting with Steve. You would never know you were in a vacation rental, it truly feels like a home away from home. Loved the proximity to the shops and restaurants on Asbury, the keyless entry and the quietness of the area. Great having a reserved parking spot out back. We were able to spend time on the front porch and back deck this time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Being able to bring our dog is always appreciated. Highly recommend this place. Thanks Steve!

This is a MUST STAY property!

From the time I booked this property, the owner, Steve, was proactively communicating with me to help me prepare for my visit. I received helpful pics and videos that were super helpful for the check in process. He stayed in touch during our stay too, to make sure everything was ok. White glove service for sure!! The property was at a prime location, within a short distance to lots oof local shops and restaurants and a short, walkable distance to the boardwalk and beach. The property was very clean, and LOTS of room (there were 6 of us and 2 dogs.) Everything we needed was there. We only stayed a short time, but this place would be IDEAL for long stays where you want to cook and entertain yourselves "at home" while on vacation. There are even 2 living rooms and TV's in all bedrooms so everyone has space and individual entertainment if you want. HIGHLY recommend this property!! Thanks, Steve!

Home Away From Home

Steve was an attentive host who literally fixed a small item that needed replaced (a hallway light bulb so we could see going up the stairs) within minutes. The house felt like a home away from home and was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need in the house from kitchen items to beach items to games & books, as well as starter items like toilet paper and paper towels. The location is perfect as it is close to the boardwalk and Asbury Avenue which has all of the best shopping and an awesome new restaurant called “Hooked On Breakfast”. Steve’s recommendations for restaurants were great - the Mexican restaurant a few doors down, literally has the BEST Mexican food we’ve ever had and always had a line for takeout as well, so you know it’s good! Thank you Steve for the great communication about everything and for being there when we needed you! We had a fabulous, memorable vacation and can’t wait to come back!

Over the span of my career, I have managed Broadway and family entertainment shows including the 'Grease' National Tour starring Frankie Avalon, 'The Will Rogers Follies' National Tour starring Larry Gatlin, 'The Color Purple' National Tour, 'Sesame Street Live', 'The Wiggles', and many more. That's a picture of Frankie Avalon and me in San Diego.

My Grandparents owned a summer cottage in Ocean City. We spent our summers 'down the shore.' When it came time to buy a home, I chose Ocean City. My friends in show business can easily visit from NYC, and its a great location to host friends and family.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

One of the things that I love about our home is the fact that there are TWO large living areas separated by French doors. Most properties in Ocean City only have one great room. The place just has a good, comfortable vibe. Not your typical OC rental.
