Nuestro condominio está perfectamente ubicado en el privilegiado piso 15 de la esquina este con vista directa a la piscina al aire libre en Phoenix Gulf Shores con increíbles vistas panorámicas del Golfo. También tenemos una cerradura de puerta de entrada sin llave para que no tenga que mantenerse al día con las llaves durante su estancia. Puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular del Golfo desde el balcón o desde las ventanas del piso al techo de la unidad. Con más de 1,980 pies cuadrados, la unidad es muy amplia, recién amueblada y nueva en el mercado de alquiler.



Las comodidades son abundantes en este condominio Phoenix Gulf Shores: la unidad está equipada con electrodomésticos de tamaño completo, minibar con máquina de hielo, televisión de alta definición de pantalla plana de 65 "en la sala de estar y una pantalla plana de 55" HDTV en el dormitorio principal y segundo y 43 " Televisores inteligentes en las habitaciones 3 y 4, lavadero con lavadora y secadora grandes. Hay una cama King en el Master, un King en el segundo y tercer dormitorios, y dos camas Queen en el cuarto dormitorio junto con un sofá cama en la sala de estar para dormir hasta 12.

Beautiful condo - spacious - incredibly clean & organized - the corner windows made for a wonderful view from the living room - my son & daughter both enjoyed having a beach view from their individual bedrooms - beach is beautiful - conveniently located in Gulf Shores. Parking area is convenient to elevators. This was our first time to Gulf Shores & we will definitely be back, hopefully to this very unit.

Great condo!

The condo was well worth the money. The indoor and outdoor were perfect. The beacj was great; except the jellyfish! The kitchen was stocked woth everything and anything you would need.

Family Vacation

We had the best time stay at this condo. The views were amazing, the beds were all comfortable, and there was enough room for 10 of us. I would definitely recommend!!

Great!

We came off season, but loved it. Great location, and nice waking up to a beautiful sunrise over the water on the balcony. Everything worked great. Appreciate the vacuums to clean up sand. Also, no issues w elevators (likely bc off season and not busy). Definitely coming back!

Excellent Stay

We have searched for 5 years to find a place that can be our vacation every year. All 13 of us agreed that this place is where we will try and stay every year. From the check in to check out, we didn’t have a complaint. It was the nicest condo we have stayed in and the most polite staff we have ever dealt with!

Great place for a family getaway

Very nice condo and had no issues during our stay. That said I prefer VRBO rentals where you can have contact with the actual property owner after the reservation is confirmed to ask any questions about details of the property that you might have rather than having to deal with an agent from a big corporation. This system was efficient but very in-personal.

Beautiful condo. Would rent again in a heartbeat!! Everything we needed plus more.

This condo was perfect for our needs. We all wanted to stay longer. Very clean and just as pictured. Kitchen has everything you would need plus more. Balcony very spacious. With 4 adults and two teenagers we had all the space we needed without being crowded. Would rent again without hesitation!’

Beautiful Condo, Excellent Location!

My husband, two daughters (14 & 17) and I stayed here for the Sand In My Boots festival. We loved this condo! The location was amazing, it was clean and had beautiful views! They provide luggage carts for luggage and groceries which was helpful. The girls enjoyed the pool and waterslide. We loved that it was steps from the sand. The ice maker was definitely a bonus! The only thing was, that the condo only came with enough soap for one load of dishes and one load of laundry. They only provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and the kitchen doesn’t have anything other than dishes and pots & pans. We had to go to the store twice to buy things like salt and pepper, extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc.. Just a heads up. Otherwise it was wonderful and I’d definitely stay there again! I’ve added a couple of views from the balcony, but I forgot to take photos of the inside. It looks exactly like it does in the listing.

Beautiful condo

Had a wonderful long weekend trip. Condo is beautiful and very clean. Very nice furnishings. Beds comfortable. Really large space and huge kitchen so does not feel crowded even with big group. Easy check in and quick responses from management team. Beautiful views from large patio. Nice indoor and outdoor pools with large water slide the kids loved. Close to beach with easy access. No complaints. Highly recommend.

First VRBO Vacation

Beautiful views, not too far to walk or drive to grocery stores, restaurants and fun. The condo was beautiful, clean and maintenance person was right there when we had an issue with the furnace. The oven had a heating issue, and the dryer could be replaced. All in all, we loved our place.

Our Annual Girls Trip

The room looked just like the pictures on line.The only suggestion we have is more kitchen towels and we had problems getting all the televisions on and of. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay . Definite will return.

We enjoyed the condo so much! The views were spectacular, saw dolphins daily! The ice make was amazing. Our family loved eating out on the balcony, the table was perfect. The beds and bedrooms were very nice. The pools, both indoor and out were a big hit with all of us. We enjoyed the waterslide very much. The only thing I would add if I was the owner would be beach service. It would have been nice to utilize chairs and an umbrella for the beach.

Gorgeous condo with a stunning view

This condo looks just like the online photos. It is designed and furnished beautifully. Quite spacious for 9 of us. The view from the living room and the balcony was worth the trip alone! The kitchen was so easy to work in. At one point, I realized 5 of us were cooking in there, and we never bumped into one another in the kitchen. The ground floor, pool and hot tub were lovely. Easy access to the beach. Michael, the property manager we worked with, was absolutely fantastic and so accommodating to everything we needed.

Spacious beautiful condo in a great location

This condo was very spacious and accommodated our special needs equipment for our grandson and still allowed plenty of room for our family. It’s beautifully decorated and has the BEST VIEWS through all the floor to ceiling windows. The beds were very comfortable and everything you need is there. I put 4 stars for cleaning because we had a toddler and the floors hadn’t been mopped and were dirty. But otherwise, the condo was perfect for our six person family. One bedroom has two queen beds instead of a king but it was fine. I would definitely stay here again. Lovely place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year to stay at Phoenix Gulf shores. First time for #1504. It's beautiful with nice comfy furnishings. Upon arriving, the floors were pretty gritty, but hey, it's on the beach. Also, the coffee pot had half a pot of cold coffee in it. Not sure how long it had been in there. But the main thing was the air conditioner. The two bedrooms on the east side were hot and the two on the west side were freezing. Don't know why that was. But, we all had a great time and will be back. Just not #1504.

disappointed / cleanliness is not a priority

I had no problems with this rental... until I arrived. I have stayed at the Phoenix a few times; when this East Corner 4BR was available we thought we would try it out. Few suggestions for the owners/rental company: when you pay what your charging I think you can at least supply a day of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, coffee filters that can be used on the coffee machine you provided, etc... you have a 4:30pm check-in and you have to unpack with 12 people and then run to the grocery store because you cannot make it till morning is not how vacation should start. House cleaning was just horrible, sand everywhere, no broom, dirty windows, not clean bathrooms, and an unfortunate incident when moving a bed over you find fecal matter smeared on the wall and on the back of the bed… is a mood killer and just disgusting! But wait you go to the grocery store and spend $750+ to come back to a nice note on the icebox door from the owners that named their icebox? "...it takes a while for the ice box to recover, it has to catch up… but it will"; 6 hours later we are putting food in coolers because food was in the danger zone for way too long. The next morning 15 hrs. later it was cool, but do not open too long or you will lose the chill? Buy a new fridge... in the span of a week over $1500 in groceries for a family of twelve and we kept meat and perishables in a cooler. Let us go to the pool...train wreck with no security, people from the beach using the slide and pool. We had to complain... to get someone to kick fifteen teenagers out. What is the point of the wristband if anybody can walk-in... ultimate chaos? OVERALL: beds were comfortable, bathrooms were sufficient, kitchen needs work in cleanliness, living room & kitchen table/chairs need a good cleaning. The outdoor grill area was clean and worked perfectly for outdoor BBQ, fantastic location... get the cleanliness, icebox and security under control and I would recommend to a friend.
