El Surf Shack es un estudio de diseño moderno ubicado en un complejo frente al mar. Your Space presenta toneladas de mejoras, como pisos de tablones de lujo, molduras de techo y paneles de paneles de cuentas. El condominio está ubicado literalmente a 75 pasos de nuestra prístina playa aislada, por lo que sentirá que toda la playa es suya. Para su comodidad, se incluyen WiFi de cortesía y TV de pantalla plana.
El condominio se enfrenta dentro de la comunidad y no se enfrenta al océano. Las vistas al mar están disponibles en nuestros 2 miradores frente al mar y en nuestro balcón comunitario envolvente, donde puedes tomar asiento y disfrutar de las increíbles vistas. Los restaurantes están a pocos pasos de distancia. Aproveche nuestra cocina completa, o simplemente haga una barbacoa en una de las parrillas de carbón al aire libre y disfrute de una cena al aire libre en nuestras mesas de picnic.

Escapada perfecta para un fin de semana romántico o un retiro familiar ... vea a los delfines chapotear desde la glorieta junto al mar ... no se pierda la puesta de sol desaparecer bajo las olas del océano ... pasee por la playa de arena ... construya un castillo de arena con los niños ... surf surf o pescar desde el muelle cercano ... ver a los surfistas colgar diez ... o simplemente relajarse en nuestra piscina cristalina.

SUPER LIMPIEZA: toda la unidad se limpia profesionalmente antes de su estadía. La unidad está equipada con 2 juegos de sábanas y 4 toallas de baño / paños. Hay una sala de lavandería que funciona con monedas dentro del complejo.

Ubicación y diseño de la unidad: Vea mi video en el sitio web. La unidad está orientada hacia el centro del complejo (Ver imagen satelital aérea). La playa está literalmente a 50 yardas de distancia. Puede disfrutar de las vistas al océano desde el balcón público envolvente y desde los dos Gazebo's con vista al océano (como se muestra en las fotos).

We've stayed at a few condos at Ocean Sands, but this one is our new favorite! Very clean, looks to be recently updated. Can't beat the location and promixity to the beach. We will be going back!

Perfect Place for a Beach Getaway

Great location right on the beach. Property was perfect for me for the week! Comfortable bed. Nice little extras provided...dish and hand soap, paper towels, beach vibe-shampoo and conditioner! Kitchen had everything I needed for my stay! Location is close to a few great restaurants, grocery store, and parks. Fort Macon is just a few minutes away. Happy I chose to stay here!

Pleasant stay

We were in Atlantic City for a conference at the Doubletree and decided to stay in a Vrbo instead of the hotel. The room was clean and cozy. And definitely more affordable.

Can't beat the location

This was our first family vacation and wanted to be close to the beach and it was everything we had hoped for in a vacation. The room was nice an cool and the permanent residents were very nice. The pool was great and clean. The floors are thin so recommend the second floor if you want peace and quiet. I would recommend to my friends.

Cozy and Clean!

The location is great...right on the beach and not far from shopping and dinning. The room itself is cozy and very clean! My husband and I actually got married in one of the gazebos! The other tennets and the manager were very friendly and helpful. Edward was wonderful and so nice. We would definately recommend this place to others!

Perfect for us

We were extending a business trip to have a little R & R. We have been coming to the Atlantic Beach/Emerald Isle area for 30 years. This little studio apartment/condo was perfect for us. Pictures online were spot on. It's super cute & all you need for a few days. Steps away from the beach, good parking, close to everything in Atlantic Beach & the area. It even has a nostalgic feeling that we appreciated. We will definitely consider staying here again when it's just the 2 of us.

Nice, quiet location

The property is nicely located in a quiet area and has easy beach access. The room was as listed; however, is desperately in need of a new futon mattress. We could only feel the wooden frame underneath and it made sitting and sleeping on it nearly impossible. We cut our trip short after 2 nights of no rest. The cleanliness was better than most places but we did our own cleaning due to heavy dust. Other than the mattress, we would recommend this property.

This property’s location was perfect. We loved being so close to the beach and not having to drive or walk far. The condo was clean and came with a vacuum and broom which was nice after the kids tracking sand in. The kitchen was so handy to make breakfast and lunch in. We appreciated that there was a laundry place so we could wash most our stuff before heading home. The host always responded quickly when I had questions and they were so nice and polite. The place is small but perfect for me, my fiancé and 2 kids. The only complaint I had was that the bed and futon was uncomfortable to me.

Awesome Turn-Key Rental for a Traveling Nurse!

I am a traveling nurse and was in the area working at a local hospital last year. I really enjoyed my stay at Ocean Sands. It was very convenient to everthing on the island. The unit was exactly as described. I didn't have to bring anything. There was a fully stocked kitchen with enough plates, and silverware to entertain co-workers after work. I even had beach chairs, and an umbrella at my disposal. I felt very safe being on the second floor, and knowing that a manager was living on the premises was great as well. If I work in the area again next year, I hope this unit will still have availability!

Very clean and had all the basic utensils, towels, linens, etc. that we needed. Very nice beach chairs and umbrella supplied as well. Super fast internet for a rental (over 100mbps). Only complaint would be poor water pressure in the shower. Also, we had two young children with us. We made it work by bringing two twin air mattresses (the couch had a sleeper but we didn't use it). However, this was a lot of work picking up/setting up each day and space was tight. Definitely an efficiency unit more suited for a couple. Great rental nonetheless and you can't go wrong with the Crystal Coast!

Dated Property

If you want something with beach access and no frills this is for you. Property needs to be freshened up. The headboard was leaning on the wall. You barely had enough room to get out of bed on side, so it was easier to scoot to the end of the bed to get out. This might be difficult for someone with mobility issues. No night tables beside the bed, which to me is a big deal. I am not a fan of putting personal items such as phone, book, kleenex and sleep mask on floor. While packing car 2 men were smoking pot on balcony by the stairs, it was raining so i guess they couldn't go to designated smoking area. Gorgeous beach, nicepool. Public restrooms and laundry were great.

Pleasant Stay

The room was exactly as advertised. It's a simple, cozy space that was all we needed. The unit was spotless and well taken care of. However, there are a couple of things to note. There is no space on either side of the bed, which makes it difficult to get in and out of bed. We had to crawl from the bottom up. My husband and I are fit and have no health issues, so it was not a problem for us. But if you have difficulty crawling or have a lot of extra weight, it might be challenging to get into the bed. The futon, which serves as a couch, wasn't comfortable to sit on for an extended amount of time. This wasn't a big issue for us because we spent most of our time at the beach and didn't typically stay in the room for long periods. However, due to stormy weather, we ended up spending more time inside, watching movies or reading, and the discomfort became more noticeable. Despite that, the location was perfect, and the grounds of Ocean Sands were well-kept. Even though the complex was pretty full, noise was never an issue inside or outside the unit. We plan on going back!

Best getaway I've had in a while!

The property is as advertised. It was the perfect spot for me and my boyfriend to relax and decompress. This is a perfect spot for a couple or solo travel. The beach is about a 3- 5 minute walk. The apartment comes with enough kitchen equipment to make a meal if you choose to cook. If not, there's a lot of good restaurants in the vicinity to choose from. There's a Food Lion, Dollar Tree, and Dollar General less than 2 miles away for groceries and last minute essentials. The check-in process is simple. The atmosphere is relaxing and the building is quiet. My only regret is not booking for an extra day. Atlantic Beach/Emerald Isle is definitely our new go to vacay spot. This property was exactly was exactly what we needed.

Great place, great part of town

Had a great stay here. The place was super clean, had a full size stove, fridge and any other appliance you could need. My husband and I stayed for our honey moon and it was perfect, everyone was super friendly as soon as we got there, and very helpful. The atmosphere was great we will definitely book here again!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The property is right on the beach, and the people are friendly. The community offers a pool, 3 BBQ Grills, Outside Dining areas, a Fish Cleaning Station, and a huge area of untouched green grass. It's just the perfect place if you want to stay right on the beach and avoid the hassle of those crowded beaches. Did I mention the Surf Fishing is abundant and there is a little known sand bar just in front of the property which offers the perfect spot to catch that Red Drum. There are tons of fantastic restaurants in the area, the NC Aquarium is just minutes away and with Morehead City and Beaufort so close you will not run out of activities.

The Beach is Never-Crowded so it feels like you have it all to yourself. While the unit itself does not have an Ocean View, there are plenty of areas for outside seating that offer Marvelous Ocean Views. Pelicans and Dolphins can often be seen from our Beach Entranceway Gazebos. The Sunsets are out of this world!
