4th of July at Petit Jean

This property was gorgeous. The pictures advertising were very accurate. The house was neat and clean. There was plenty of room for a large group of people to visit and entertain.

Great Stay, gorgeous view!

We used it for our annual kick off meeting for work and it was perfect! Lots of rooms, beds, and enough privacy for everyone to have their own space. The view can't be beat! We will definitely be back!

Big, beautiful house

The house was so spacious! We are a family of 10 and and we never felt crowded. The kids liked the den with the TV, while the adults gathered in the living room or the huge deck with an amazing view. The house was spotless and the host was very responsive. We loved the privacy of the location while still being so close to Petit Jean State Park. Perfect!

Wonderful experience!!!

Sarah was such a great hostess! Communication was spot on, the home was fantastic and exactly as described! Plenty of room for all of us and the views from the back porches were breathtaking! We will definitely come back as our travels brings us to the Little Rock area!!

Large and roomy with a great view

Lots of room for our family of nine. Clean comfortable and well supplied. Beautiful view out the back. This was our second stay here. Most of the trails, lake, petting zoo, and ice cream were all within a 5 minute drive.

Beautiful

Everything you could want for a family getaway. Plenty of room to run for the kiddos, close to Petit Jean State Park and within driving distance of more great places to explore. Absolutely gorgeous view to admire from the deck while you drink your coffee. Host responds promptly to your questions.

Family Reunion 2024

Our family stayed at this property last year. 3 if my siblings, their spouses, myself, my husband and our 97 year old father stayed. We hosted the reunion on Saturday. 3 cousins, spouses, some of our children were there during the day on Friday and Saturday. There were 24 total in the house, plenty of room and the huge kitchen made it easy to take care of meals. Wonderful experience. FYI our cousins came in from Georgia and Conway.

fantastic, Sarah was friendly. House and view was amazing plus she told us ahead time to get groceries before our arrival .She even tried to address the road condition up to the driveway for us but the contractor wasnt able to arrive ontime so how about an A for effort. would come back again. Great location for motorcycle enthusiasts.

Perfect siblings reunion

My husband, his siblings and spouses enjoyed a long weekend here. There were 4 couples so we each had a bedroom with a private bath. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked. The gorgeous kitchen had every pan, dish, utensil, etc that we needed to prepare 7 meals there during our stay. The view from the deck was spectacular!! We enjoyed several meals out on the deck. The extra touches were so thoughtful — games, throw blankets, hand lotion, etc. The host provided quick responses to any questions I had. It is located close to the state park—which has a wonderful restaurant we enjoyed one evening for dinner. There is absolutely nothing I would change about this stunning home.

Perfection

Everything was perfect. Amazing location and the house left plenty of room for our large family. The porches and views are to die for. The pictures do not do any Justice !!!! The kids did complain that there was only one tv but that just gave us more of a reason to get them out of the house and out to some trails !!!! Also, super convenient that there were not one but two pack and plays. We had twins on this trip so it saved some room packing. We will definitely be booking again. The e tote family has decided this is out go to house for our annual trip ! Can’t wait to visit again.

All You Could Ask For!

We spent Labor Day week-end at Petit Jean Cliffside Retreat with our immediate family of eleven. The residence is private, well-maintained and absolutely beautiful. The interior was so clean and inviting. It met all of our needs with ages ranging from 8-years-old to 73. The house is well-stocked throughout. There is a large grassy area on which we played badminton, volleyball and our annual kickball tournament. The back deck is magnificent. We could have talked on the deck and enjoyed the unbelievable view for hours on end. Our host Sarah made the check-in and check-out process seamless. We will certainly return.

Family reunion

Spacious home with room for everyone! The view from the deck is beautiful. The kitchen is huge and laid out well for multiple cooks. Kids enjoyed playing with the toys and running around. The adults loved the two living rooms and big tables for games. The bedrooms all had direct access to a full sized bathroom and there is a half-bath in the hall.The beds were very nice, no complaints. Petit Jean is a great place to visit, lots of trails, short and long. The overlooks are just stunning. Park ranger talks were fun and very educational. Kayaks, paddle boats, and canoes were available but we just didn’t find time for them.

Spectacular View

This property was perfect for our family. We had 10 at any goven time throughout the week with some coming and leaving on different days. There were plenty of bedrooms, beds and bathrooms. There were a couple of sitting areas and two dining room tables, perfect for our evening meals and games! Of all VRBO'S I've stayed in, this one has been the most well stocked, including toiletries and paper goods. This house is located on Petit Jean Mountain with an amazing view that changed daily. We never tired of sitting on the deck and just taking it all in. If you like nature and the outdoors, there is plenty of hiking within 3 minutes, horseback riding across the highway and plenty of scenic overlooks. The Mather Lodge is a must a sunset. The view there is nothing short of majestic. Sarah

Spacious home on a beautiful property

The home is just beautiful, super clean and perfect for a large group/family. The back deck is huge with lots of seating and spectacular views of valley below. Very nice kitchen with large laundry room, and seating for lots of folks at meals.

Family Reunion

This was our second time in the property in last 3 years - for our Family Reunion. 7 adults stayed very comfortably. Many improvements made to the home since our last stay, and it was nice then! Love the location and the views off the south brow of Petit Jean. Every amenity you can imagine was available. Place was clean, comfortable and well managed. Will stay again!

Great stay

Great place to stay to explore the state parks in the area. I also appreciate the info from the owner before our visit of accessibility (or lack of it) in the area and for recommending Mather Lodge which was yummy! Would definitely stay here again for this type of vacation

Awesome place!

This was by far the nicest place we have stayed at to date. The rooms excellent and the views exceptional from the 2 decks and enjoyed watching the hawks fly overhead. The grandkids loved going down the driveway as they would see a herd of deer grazing in the adjacent field.
