SORRY, BUT NO CHILDREN ALLOWED. This high-end resort style home is located on a secluded residential drive of the south brow on Petit Jean Mtn. Immaculately landscaped grounds with private hot tub and stone fire pit on the edge of the brow has 180 degree mountain, river and valley views. This beautifully scenic home has a large "one-of-a-kind" covered outdoor living area with TV, fireplace, and grill that is fully furnished and perfect for entertainment and dining. The breathtaking scenery from this home is unmatched by anything on Petit Jean Mountain. When sending a booking request please include a little about yourself and the guests who will be coming to stay with us. *** PLEASE NOTE *** With your booking request, you must submit the names and ages of each person that will be on the property - Please remember that no children are permitted on this property. This is a luxury vacation home with FOUR (4) person limit per stay. A maximum of FOUR (4) people are permitted on the property at one time. Each guest must be 30 years of age or older to be on the property. Copies of driver's license for each guest must be provided before booking will be approved. Our home is intended to be similar to a "Sandals" adults only resort. We do not allow partying or events of any kind. This beautiful vacation getaway is perfect for anniversaries, honeymoons, or just a peaceful break from daily life!!
(Must meet with Host for check-in by calling 5 min prior to arrival so Host can meet you for check-in.)

Fonda and Bryan are the best host. The Bluff Point Cottage is the most relaxing place that we have ever stayed. The views from the home are incredible.

Fonda and Brandon are the best hosts we've had. Not only is the location an absolute dream, but the property is clearly cared for to create the ideal experience. The view is unbeatable, and the little touches make the stay unforgettable - from cozy outdoor blankets to fully stocked kitchens and bathrooms, plus snacks. We eloped here and couldn't have asked for a better experience; we're already planning anniversary returns. Every part of the experience was above and beyond expectations.

From booking until vacating, Fonda and Brandon were wonderful! She met us for check in to answer any questions we might have and provide needed instructions. The home was just perfect! The outdoor deck, hot tub, fire pit with wood and starter sticks…every detail was attended to and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and EASY. Robes and flops were provided to get to and from the hot tub comfortably. Beds were comfy. Plenty of plush towels. Basic kitchen essentials like salt/pepper, seasonings, oil. A detailed guest book was available with instructions and all the info needed to enjoy the surrounding area and park. This was our first time to Arkansas. We LOVED Petit Jean State Park, Mather Lodge, and all the hiking trails and the cottage was AMAZING!

I’ve stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this is probably the most exceptional place I have ever stayed. The host go above and beyond to welcome you and make sure your stay is perfect. Everything was fantastic. Mornings on the deck with our coffee was so beautiful and peaceful. We hit the hot tub every night! Having the friendly hosts nearby was great. I have rented homes where you could not get in touch with anyone. Would definitely recommend this home

We feel very fortunate to have found this property, it was exactly what we needed to celebrate my wife’s 40th birthday. It feels as if you are miles and miles from civilization but just a 15 minute drive from town. The home is extremely comfortable while also feeling luxurious and high end. The amazing landscape coming through all the windows to the inside will stop you in your tracks when moving from one room to the next. If you’re looking for serenity and peace, the out door spaces here offer an abundance. The sound of the wind rolling through the mature trees along with the stunning valley below will have you pausing to take in nature and be present in the moment. It’s an environment that we will not soon forget, and dream of returning to in the future. The hosts are so sweet and accommodating, their love for this place is evident as they have covered every base and provided everything we needed. Truly a special place and we are so grateful that Fonda and Brandon shared it with us. Until next time Bluff Point, the Singleys.

We got to spend 5 days and all I can say is wow. What a beautiful wonderful house and property. From check communication to all the small touches making you feel right at home is amazing. The views are the best part and they are everywhere you look. The hot tub and fire pit are perfect for relaxing. We grilled out every night while watching the TV in the outside living area. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked well with cookware. Amazing hosts and wonderful property! The pictures are great but it is even better in person. Will most definitely look to return!

We had the most amazing time at Bluff Point Cottage.The pictures don't do justice to the incredible view and awesome grandeur of this place. We didn't want to leave even to go out to dinner, although we did one evening. Mather Lodge and Petit Jean Park are just minutes away and offer all sorts of various hiking trails and waterfalls. We can't wait to return. If you are looking for a great place to get away for a long weekend or an extended period this is the place to come. Fonda & Brandon are great Hosts.

Beautiful views. Lovely home. Outstanding ourspace.

We enjoyed being outside at this property so much. The back deck offers so much comfort and the views were great! The hot tub and firepit were very nice, with great views from there as well. We loved the whole property and will go back again.

The perfect Mountain top escape. This cottage is perched right on the edge of the mountain. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the patio and hot tub was breathtaking. The location was perfect for us, seclusion and convenience. You are tucked away in peaceful, natural surroundings yet only minutes away from the State Park hiking and bike trails. Inside was beautifully maintained with all modern touches. Everything was spotless. We can't wait to return!

I can not say enough about the effort and attention to detail that the hosts put into this place. Felt like we were the first people to ever stay in this home. Amazing views, wonderful accommodations! As soon as you drive up and set foot on this beautiful place you know without a doubt you made the right choice! Fonda and Brandon make you feel like you own this property for your time there! So peaceful and quiet and the views will take your breath away! Don’t worry over the weather conditions! We had a few rain storms come and go, rain was so calming watching from the deck, the lighting storm at night was a beauty to behold!

Just what we were looking for

Everything was perfect for our stay. Our hosts were gracious and welcoming. The property was private but easily accessible. The home itself was as spectacular as the view. We enjoyed every minute! Cannot wait to get to go back.
