Disfruta de una escapada tranquila. Pesca desde su muelle privado o desde uno de los kayaks o la canoa incluida con la casa. Rampa de bote privado. Traiga su propio barco o alquile uno cerca. A pocos minutos del golfo y del banco de arena local. Bonito patio cercado, ideal para perros y niños. Dos dormitorios, un rey, una reina y un sofá cama de tamaño completo en el gran salón con 6 ventanas que dan al agua. TV con cable, WiFi gratis. Cocina totalmente equipada. Beautiful little property right on the water with a private dock for fishing, kayaking and personal enjoyment. Quiet neighborhood. House had everything you could need. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Visited relatives 1/2 mile from property. Fished off the canoe and kayak. Chartered a boat one day for fishing. Too hot for fish to bite - Caught 2 - Went to Clearwater Beach a few times. Some really good restaurants around property. Ate at Whiskey Joes - Great food and right on the water. Outside dining - House was very well stocked. Sharon and John very helpful with any questions and easy check in.

Great Spot

The place was very clean and roomy. My wife enjoyed sitting out by the canal watching the tropical fish in the very clear water. Overall it was better than expected. I would definitely stay again.

very clean . nice yard on chanel. no luck fishing off dock. if we had a boat it would better. nice local shops resturants clubs etc. weather was good but windy. still lots of damage to homes all around.

Month stay

Our stay at John and Sharon's place from the start of the booking to then last day was great! Great communication, helped with any needs, went out of their way to help or answer any questions. The backyard is really a retreat. It was so private and the fish cleaning table with the water hose was a giant plus for my husband. The canal was quite not a lot of traffic. I'd say it was a15 from a scale of 1-10. John told us where we could dock the boat. The master king bed was comfortable. We didn't need the 2nd bedroom. Comfortable furniture. Kitchen has enough room to cook in. Appliances were great. The carport worked great to store our boat in when we weren't using it and enough room to park the truck. Overall, our stay was fantastic and we were going to book the month ago when we got home on Sunday. Went to book on Monday and it was already taken. We will definitely be back. Thank you again John and Sharon!

Great stay

The rental had a great efficient washer & dryer. The WiFi was great. They provided ample supplies. The beds were comfy. Lots of stores and restaurants in area. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Perfect little getaway

We loved our stay in Hudson! This house is perfect. The beds are super comfy. The location is very close to beaches and other attractions. The house very clean and Sharon was super responsive with any questions we had! We look forward to returning! Thanks for a great vacation. Even our puppy loved it!

Very caring hosts

The house was extremely clean which is very important to us. Also upon arrival it was well stocked with necessities so that we did not have to immediately run out to the store. The house was lovely and the front yard was amazing. The hosts were extremely friendly and called a couple of times to ensure that we were not having any problems. A very nice place to stay.

Winter get away

John and Sharon thank you for the great winter get away.Your home was very welcoming.Very Clean and everything you need was there.Full kitchen pots,pans, spices ,Towels,linens,paper products. Comfy beds nicely decorated, We loved the fence yard Georgeegirl loved it too.Fishing from the dock was cool too.The kyacks were nice Really quiet neighborhood,neighbors were friendly as well.John called made sure everything was going ok and that was cool.We would definitely stay there again.You have a great place on the water and we'll cared for.Stores , restaurants,church , plenty to do, Thank you for sharing your vacation home we had a great time we'd love to come back, Thank you Phil and DeeDee and Georgeegirl Rockford Ill

Splendid!

John was great to work with. Responded to any questions and was very helpful. The kayaks, canal and fishing were wonderful. The house was well stocked and clean. Neighbor was friendly and gave lots of fishing advice. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

John and Sharon are amazing hosts!!!

Great property and location for anglers. John went above and beyond by helping us launch the boat at the community's private boat ramp. The property is very well kept with great gulf access. We had an amazing time exploring the waters. Will definitely be back again.

Awesome place!

This was our second time visiting. We love the property and the house was very clean and well stocked. The fence surrounding the yard is sturdy and we wanted to make sure our little kids (2&3) were safe, so that was a huge draw for us to the property. It was so easy to communicate with Sharon about anything. There is a brewery right down the street we’d walk to some nights. We picked up some food at Philly’s, ate at Get Hooked and Inn on the Gulf, and had way too much ice cream at the Hudson Ice Cream Shop! We traveled a little north to go to Weeki Wachee Springs State Park to see the mermaid show and south to go to Honeymoon Island State Park. We also went to the Hudson Beach near the Inn. My husband fished as much as he could and we had enough for two fish dinners! Of course, we enjoyed paddling out to a little sandbar right outside the canals and playing there - great and shallow spot for our kids at low tide! We loved it and can’t wait to return!

Perfect for us!

It's hard to find places that will allow a large breed dog so we were so grateful to have found this listing! Our family of 4, plus our Great Dane, thoroughly enjoyed our week at Sharon & John's place! We had plenty of space for the 4 of us, the place was clean, well stocked, and as described. The true gem of the property is the backyard/dock! It's right on the channel (w/ direct access to the Gulf), completely fenced in and set up for socializing. We absolutely loved the availability of the kayaks and canoe...used them daily! Husband did some successful fishing and crabbing off the dock. Hudson, the location of the house, is outside of the big tourist areas (which we wanted!)... but still very conveniently located. We day-tripped to Clearwater beach, Weeki Watchee area, and enjoyed outlet shopping in Lutz on a stormy day...all within an hour or so. Beaches are more limited in this area, but again, we were plenty happy day tripping for beaches or just enjoying the channel/nearby sand bar. If you are looking for a good sit down meal - try Whiskey Joe's or Sam's on the Beach! Both were very good and had relaxing outdoor seating. Sharon was incredibly accommodating and informative. She went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed and even thought ahead about our kids and dog. I cannot say enough good things really.... THANK YOU again Sharon & John. We have already recommended your place to other family who regularly come in and out of the area!

Peaceful Relaxing Getaway

My husband & I along with our 3 pups spent a week here & it was amazing. Perfect size house for us with an amazing yard right on the water & we were grilling every night. The pups ran around the yard playing & looked out off the dock while we were fishing. They LOVED it & so did we. We also went canoeing EVERY day... it was absolutely wonderful & i can't say enough about the incredible sunset view. It was a MUCH needed relaxing & peaceful getaway!! We were sad to leave but already planning our next trip back! Thank you John & Sharon We WILL be back!!

Fantastic!

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay! Went Kayaking nearly every morning and evening to watch the sunrise and sunset and can’t describe how stunning it was! Loved hanging out on the dock fishing and letting the dogs swim whenever we weren’t out. House was incredibly clean and well maintained as well! 100/10 would recommend! Hope to make this a yearly trip so will definitely be staying again!

Excellent Host/Hostess

Had an amazing time kayaking and watching the sunset. Property owners were excellent and made our stay most enjoyable. The home was good size for our 3 adults and 2 dogs. Would highly recommend staying here.

Tie a boat to your private dock located on a channel with direct access to the Gulf. It doesn't get any better! Canal is on a cul-de-sac, so it is nice and quiet with almost no boat traffic. As your are having a meal outside on the seawall, no telling what might swim by. Anything from a large snook, manatee, dolphin or just watch the snappers and sheep head that are always around the dock. If it's hot just jump on in.

We purchased this home because we have vacationed in Hudson for the last fifteen years and fell in love with everything about the area. We love to spend time on the water or just hang out with friends and family. . Nothing taste better than your fresh catch cooked outside on the grill.🐠 In the evening kick back and watch all types of birds going to roost, as you’re watching a beautiful gulf sunset.
Hudson, is a quiet town close to everything. Orlando/Disney/Seaworld, Tarpon Springs, Busch gardens/Tampa and many other exciting places are all within an hour or so. Great for the young and old. All water sports available, from Deep sea fishing to paddle boarding, and anything in between. Make some wonderful memories🐠🦅🐬🐡☀️🍺🍷🛶🏌️⛵️
