Super cute, very very clean condo - easy walk to Old Town & Fashion Square .. Stocked with (more than) everything we needed ! Loved the big ‘ole ceiling fan over the bed 😊

Lots of attention to details

This studio condo is a perfect size for two people. Owner takes the time to have some necessary items in the condo for use such as COFFEE, cream, and sugar to start your day off. Walking distance to downtown and Old Town Scottsdale and plenty of places to eat. Condo was clean and the bed comfortable.

Good Place

Pros: Perfect location, easy walk to everything in Old Town. Place is newly remodeled, with new smart appliances. Host provided lots of nice little touches - coffe cups, laundry pods, kitchen essentials. Cons: there is no pull-out couch in the living room, although the listing says there is. The listing also says that cable tv is included, but there isn't any. Streaming only, so if you want to watch anything, you need apps and passwords. All in all it's good place for one person, and fair value for the price; I'd stay there again in the future.

Location was great. Quiet and clean property.

Property is very nice and has everything you need. It was very quiet and an easy walk to downtown. Everything was as described in the listing.

Good Location

Easy walk and to Old Town for shopping and eating. Two blocks from a really nice paved walking path. Apt was small, but had everything we needed. Owner responded quickly when we had an issue the thermostat. Quiet complex. Pool wasn’t heated, so water was pretty cold yet in early April. Pool is small with only a few loungers, but there was never anyone but us out by the pool so it didn’t matter. Weather was in 90’s when we were there, so beautiful for walking and laying in the sun. Love Scottsdale!

Cute place!

Everything was as stated when we booked the place. It was clean and very manageable. Close to Old Town and in walking distance. Felt very secure in the unit and surrounding area. The neighbor does have a barking dog she lets out in the afternoon till about 8.... and barks and whines almost the whole time. Overall though would definitely stay here again!

The locations was critical. I could walk to my son's home.

I liked it a lot. The wash machine is crazy loud and it actually never actually finished a cycle. It is in the spin cycle I believe. You cannot control the weather, but didn't get to enjoy the pool or patio. I would definitely consider staying there again. I would recommend when replacing the area rug in the living area to get away from the shag as it didn't give me a feeling of cleanliness. The upstairs guests seemed as though they were wearing wooden shoes. I suspect that they do not have carpeting and the construction was not of the quality that worked on sound abatement. Thanks and probably more than you want to hear.

Perfect girls weekend stay!

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay during our girls weekend in Scottsdale. Beautiful condo, with everything we needed, in a very safe and convenient location! Also, with plenty of mirrors and space to get ready! Would definitely recommend and stay again if I am ever in the area !

Great location to Old Town Scottsdale!!

We really enjoyed the location. We walked everywhere since the unit is close to many activities. There was a garage spot available and that was nice. The unit had everything we needed for living, cooking, and relaxing.

Not a good experience

I wanted to stay in a VRBO because I thought that it would be better sanitized than a hotel room. I booked on Tue 12/29 for two nights, arriving on 12/31, leaving 1/2. I drove over from Santa Fe, NM. I arrived at 5 PM, went through all the gate codes to finally open the door AND THE PLACE HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED!!!! Pillows were on the floor, the bed unmade, trash bags and recycling and dirty towels from the last guests were all over the bathroom floor. I nearly vomited. This is in the middle of a freaking pandemic. I was being so careful so select a place with great reviews to finally get a little rest from the horrid 2020. Remember - it’s after 5:00PM on New Years Eve. Now I have to try and find another room. I wanted to cry. I called and sent Austin pictures of the room. He said: “Well, you booked this late.” I said you had 48 hours to have this place ready. I booked it on Tue. This is Thur and it’s after 5:00PM. Check in was 3:00PM. Like this was somehow MY FAULT. He couldn’t get the cleaning company in there until 7:30PM which meant I couldn’t check in until about 9:00PM. I had absolutely nothing to do for 4 hrs to wait for the place to be cleaned and after seeing the refuse from other people no way was I staying there. I said please just issue the refund. I was issued a refund MINUS the cleaning fee and the VRBO fees. THAT is not a full refund. Austin assured me that I would be fully refunded. However, emailing Mike through VRBO he said: “I’d have to take up the rest of the fees with VRBO after all they did for me.” EXCUSE ME? WHAT????? You haven’t done anything for me. I paid for a place to check in on 12/31 after 3:00. The place was filthy at 5:00PM. What did you do for me??? My trip was ruined. No, I did NOT stay there. After a few attempts to find another place to stay I gave up and just drove the 7 hours and 500 miles back home to NM. Happy New Year. The place I’m sure would be darling if it was clean. I’m sure they won’t make this mistake again. But I’d call before coming over to make sure. I was hoping I would like this place and could come back several times and stay as love Scottsdale. It was more trauma that I didn’t need. PS. I did notice that only about 30% of people in Scottsdale were wearing masks and restaurants were NOT setting tables up 6 feet apart. Visit literally at your own risk. I will be staying home for quite awhile. I hope “you” reading this will have a better experience than I did.

We really felt safe at this condo. The pool was steps away from front door. The grill was huge for us because that’s how we cook most our meals. Minutes away from anything and everything. Mike was great to deal with. Will be staying here again when wife comes down for more treatment. Very quiet neighborhood. Again felt really safe at this place!!!!

Amazing!!

Awesome space! Very roomy and loved the kitchen! Had Netflix and board games in case you want to play. Really cool fireplace and the place just felt like a lovely home. I would definitely go back :)

Scottsdale Free Trolley operates from 10am - 9 pm, every 10 minutes, www.scottsdaleaz.gov/trolly. Plenty of bike share and the golf carts will give you a ride for a fee-plus tips.
