Amazing location in the heart of beautiful downtown Scottsdale. Every inch of this condo was renovated with all of the perfect upgrades. Light wood floors throughout, brand new soft-close cabinets, Quartz counters throughout, stainless steel appliances, luxurious lighting, and designer touches everywhere.

This luxury condo is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen with everything you'll need. Coffee maker, Keurig, blender, microwave, and other essentials. Large refrigerator and a separate beverage fridge for all of your food/drink stocking and cooking needs.

The living room has brand new furniture with a huge 75” Flat Screen TV with expanded cable channels, and full streaming channel access. Beautiful Dining island with seating for 6. A great place for dining in or to play one of the many games available in the unit.

Dual Master Bedrooms each include brand new Tuft & Needle memory foam mattresses with additional mattress toppers for perfect firmness.

Fully remodeled Bathrooms have oversized showers with new plumbing, new fixtures, and quartz counter tops.

We were disappointed in this rental and, in fact left for a hotel after being in the unit for only about an hour. We felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The location shown for this unit on the VRBO site is misleading should be adjusted. We would not have rented the unit if we knew the location beforehand. The pictures of the unit on the VRBO site are also misleading. The owner was very quick to respond when contacted but the listing overall was not a realistic representation of the property. As long time customers of VRBO this is the first time we’ve been disappointed in a listing.

Perfect ladies weekend away.

Enjoyed a wonderful girls weekend at this adorable VRBO. Plenty of space and within walking distance to grocery store, shops, and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable and patio was relaxing. Kevin was able to answer all our questions and allowed us to drop and store our bags at the apartment when we arrived early from the airport.

Great Spring Training Home Plate

The condo worked great for a week of spring training with friends. Condo was clean and comfortable in a great location especially for Scottsdale stadium games. Easy to get to all the restaurants and shopping that Old Town has to offer Host was great with keeping in touch just in case we needed anything at all Would definitely come back

Beautiful renovated condo and clean. I would rent it again in a heartbeat

The owner did a great job posting pictures of the inside of the condo, because when we walked in, it looked exactly like it did on the website. The location was also excellent…close to everything you’d need and more! The owner went above and beyond by leaving some great recommendations on the kitchen chalkboard, for drinks and dinner. I would highly recommended this VRBO!

A great find

We loved this property. Walking distance to a number of restaurants and into old town, also well located to a ton of golf courses. Very nice furnishings, and we really enjoyed the covered porch.

Great Condo!

Older condo building but don’t let that stop you. Inside is completely remodeled. Modern feel. Everything is comfortable and kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses etc. Easy check in. Great communication with owner.

Great location

We stayed here for a girls trip to Scottsdale. Property owner was fantastically accommodating for the fact that we arrived very early in an effort to avoid a snowstorm and possible canceled flight. Property was very close to Old Town Scottsdale (probably could have walked but we did go with rental car). Starbucks was directly across the street which was a great treat. Beds were super comfy! Property is on a loud corner (why does everyone in Scottsdale want to rev their engines!) but the white noise machines in both rooms were a great touch (totally considering buying one for home). Thanks for a great weekend!

Beautifully appointed condo in excellent location

This condo was exactly as pictured: beautifully decorated with high end accessories spa-like touches. What a great place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring Arizona. Kevin was delightful and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
