Perfecto para una reunión familiar, esta unidad ofrece a los huéspedes una vista espectacular y única de la playa en una hermosa terraza en la azotea con césped artificial, varios asientos y, por supuesto, una bañera de hidromasaje para usted y su grupo. para relajarse Al caminar en la propiedad, los visitantes se encuentran con una pintoresca cocina y un comedor secundario y sala de estar. Relaxing

There was 8 of us spending some time in Southern Cal to play golf. The location of the property was perfect for us to play in San Diego and Orange County.It was perfect waking up to the sound of the ocean and walking down the street to grab a cup of coffee and a morning walk on the beach. Highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Southern California. We would definitely try to make this an annual event.

Oceanside Vacation

The place was amazing! Our only concern was the parking, it was very tight for 2 regular size SUV’s. The elevator would have been nice if it was in working order. I understand it was not listed as an amenity however when we saw it we were happy for a moment. Other than that it was a great place!

Perfect House for our Team

This was a perfect house for our soccer team (teens) that was in town for a tournament at Socal Sports Complex. The house was exactly as advertised with plenty of room for everyone and well stocked for all our basic needs (even including beach towels!). Property manager was very prompt with communication and has a guest portal with all the info in one place. The detailed parking and floor plan info was especially helpful! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great getaway

Wonderful location and views. Dolphins watching morning and evening right outside window Well appointed home and comfortable. It did have Lots of stairs but nothing unmanageable.

Lovely location and spacious property

Great location, with amazing views. The property was clean and spacious. The property manager was great. The only issue for us was WiFi bandwidth as we have 10 of us online at the same time, and it was a little slow (20mb download) Otherwise a great property.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We had a house full and it never felt crowded. Having 4 levels adds to the tranquility of the space. We had 14 people from 4 families and worked great. Bring your own coffee and you are all set. Shopped before we got there and didn't have to leave the house for our weekend away. There is an elevator but you need to make arrangements ahead of time to have use of it. We needed it for my mom who couldn't navigate the stairs. Company was reasonably good about getting this handled. Having everyone together was worth it.

Gorgeous Property - Very Responsive Hosts

Can't say enough good things about this gorgeous home and location. Sweeping views of the ocean and the best little breakfast spot right down the way. This home was not directly on a sandy beach, but the girls who were there for my daughter's sweet 16 had fun exploring the shore and the rocks and taking sunset photos. The beautiful sandy beaches are a VERY short ride. It is worth it to stay at this location and drive to the beach. There is plenty of parking even on a prime beach day. The host was very responsive and sent someone over a couple of times for helping to heat the hot tub and fixing the A/C -- which didn't even seem like issues because they were resolved so quickly! This place was worth everything, and literally saved my daughter's birthday since we had to pivot quickly and book last minute.

Beach Dream Home

We stayed at this property for a “siblings and spouses” reunion. It was the perfect place to get away and enjoy each other and the luxuries of being near the beach and have non-stop ocean sounds and beautiful views. We had a few checkin issues that were VERY quickly resolved, and we were compensated with a late checkout which was really what we needed with our big group. I was VERY impressed with the ease of communication with property management and their responses. As the one who signed the agreement, I also made use of the great app which makes everything even easier. Take advantage of it! We addressed small repair items with the management, expressed that they could be done after our departure, and we trust they will be done. I would highly recommend this particular property and Beachfront as the property management company. Thank you!

Beautiful view

Beautiful view, as you can tell from the images in the listing. Lots of bedrooms for us to spread out. Two washer/dryer sets were helpful. Mentioned a couple of minor maintenance items and they were right on it. Lots of stairs were a workout. Garage has car lifts which made getting in and out of the garage a bit tricky.

Large property for families

We very much enjoyed our stay! The house is on 4 levels. Lots of stairs. There is an elevator which we did not use. I am very particular about cleanliness. The house is well maintained & was very clean, especially the kitchen & bathrooms. The kitchen had everything! We cooked frequently & appreciated the selection of pans & bakeware. The appliances are new. The beds were comfortable & the rooms were spacious. The only reason I gave it four stars was a lack of hot water for showers. We did have 14 people, but we never took showers at the same time. There is a nice path in front of the property for walking. Every morning we had coffee on the deck & watched the dolphins. I would definitely recommend this property!

Must Stay in Summer!

This place was all about comfort, accessibility, and stress-free. Every inch of this place was well-organized to what exactly you need to make it like your home and MORE. It was a well-thought setup especially the kitchen and entertainment area where we mostly stayed as a family. Entering the site was already a show-stopper. Literally, my family sat down instantly and watched the view. Yes, they forgot to help out. We had to snap them out of it and get them to finish unpacking, but it was truly mesmerizing especially the fresh sea breeze. Every room was all about comfort plus it each has its own bathroom, accessories, fan, heater, and towels. Seriously, the organization is impeccable. The kitchen was so clean, fully-functional, plus with a dining that was truly accommodating. It was so ideal for our big family to celebrate. You just have to see it for yourself. ... few thorns from those roses... well, parking is tight, but doable. No biggie. There was a clicker, which I found out just before we left. I wish a knew since it was a nice touch. (I blame the gorgeous view when we first came.) The beach was few minutes walk, but lots of rocks and crowded perhaps try going on the left side not sure if its better. I'm glad how it all turned out. I even got lots of praises for finding this place, but pretty much I wouldn't look good if the place wasn't so phenomenal. Thank you to the staff as well, they were responsive before, during, and after our stay. Impressive service.

Family beach house

The view was really beautiful! However, if you want a home that is directly at the sandy beach this isn’t it. There is a small area to go down to, but it is filled with rocks. We didn’t mind making the drive, it would’ve been a 25-30 min walk. Also, the home is very beautiful the a lot of space! They do have an elevator in case there are people that can’t go up 4 flights of stairs. We would definitely come back here to stay.
