Perfect vacation!!

This is the perfect Disney Trip condo! We were close to Disney, shopping and dinning. Not to mention the private and public pool was a major plus for us!

So comfortable and convenient!

Easy check-in process. Plenty of room for three adults. Great communication with our hosts. Everything was neat and clean. A breeze getting to the parks each day and Walmart minutes away! minutes away.

Great spot to stay... would stay again!

We had a great stay. Loved there being a main floor bedroom that makes it accessible for seniors or anyome with disabilities. My daughter loved the theme rooms and has begged to go back. Loved the small pool it was perfect for my daughter who was just learning to swim. No issues at all for the whole stay. I would recommend and would stay again.

Princess house trip

Took my granddaughter and family for her 2nd bday. She was so excited walking into the house to see all the Princess decorations. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. The house has everything you need including a crib, small strollers, and child utensils. The clubhouse pool was her favorite. The pool is heated and clean and had no problem getting lounge chairs each day. Communication from the hosts are top notch. The location was great being close to the parks with a Walmart just down the street for anything you need. Would definitely recommend for anyone with young children going to the Orlando area

Enjoyable but has some issues

Prior to booking we double and triple checked that the place had a heated pool. We paid the extra for the heated pool and that was our primary reason for booking this property. In our first week we experienced a bore line temperatures. It was somewhat ok, not warm but not freezing. The second week it was simply very cold. Despite the owner and our attempt to connect with the property management no one bothered to show up, fix the issue neither connecting any resolution. Except of that the place is decent. The wear noticeable, but we were expected that this is not going to be a brand new car pace to stay. The cleaning was not through. There was no dish soap, no liquid soup of any kind, no samples for coffee pods, no detergent, no shampoo.in addition we had to buy scissors, garbage bags, foil paper, kitchen towels etc. we were staying in many other places and there was some basic stuff for the first day, here we got really nothing and we checked in at midnight. I would not return as I have higher expectations but it’s ok for what we were paying.

Communicating with Jon was a challenge. He demanded refunds over and over and was not easy to work with. We apologized right away when Jon informed us that the pool heater wasn't working. Our property manager addressed the issue in messages and in person, technicians came to fix the problem but John was not more understanding that it takes time and money to fix things. Very demanding. Would not have them back

Perfect Location when visiting Disney!

We stayed here recently while we were visiting Disney World. We loved that we were close to the parks and we still had a lot of space for our family. We had one rest day between parks and my children loved the water park and pool at the resort. My daughter’s favorite part was sleeping in the princess carriage bed! Also, the owner of this property was very easy to communicate with whenever we had a question.

Comfortable Stay

Great location for Disney trip. Kids loved the pool on the patio. Everything was great except the kitchen is not fully equipped as it says. Unlike other places we have stayed it has the bare minimum on cooking hardware and no other supplies. We ran out of trash bags, dish soap, and laundry detergent etc.

The house was darling and just the right size for our family of 6. Proximity to Disney parks is fabulous. Owners are great and respond promptly to questions and requests and even helped us to extend our stay when we asked. The property has a nice little pool and the community has a wonderful swimming/water park facility. Our only minor issue was the gate check in. We struggled to clear the gate into the community daily. The card we were issued the first day rarely worked, for us or the gatekeepers, so entrance was a slight struggle (which was frustrating after a long park day and cars lined up behind us.) Regardless, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! It was such a positive experience!!

Stayed early June 18 Pros: Owner is nice. Place was clean on arrival. Great location for Disney. Kids loved it. Great value. Cons: Older property and resort. Walls paper thin. Old kitchen and wares, old towels, old sheets, old couches, old tvs, etc. Owner says plans are in works to update since they just purchased at beginning of year. Note, we have seen this same property listed three different ways in Vrbo.

This was guests first booking on VRBO site and did not understand review system. Reviews are based on experience in the home, which guest agreed was excellent - clean, close to disney, kids loved it, owner nice etc. Guest attempted to change review to 5-star but was unable. Wonderful!

My girls loved this home! They were amazed when we first walked in the door and saw the Mickey Mouse room. Immediately they were deciding who would stay where.:-) When they say the Disney princess room they immediately loved it and were thrilled to be staying there! They said this was the greatest place they have ever stayed. The furnishings in this home are great. All pretty new and very comfortable. The master bedroom was beautiful and having three bathrooms is a wonderful luxury! The owner has equipped this home for everyday living! I liked that the furnishings and kitchen items were what I would use in my own home. My lifestyle did not have to change for vacation, plus there were extra things like the pool! The pool in the backyard was so much fun! Deep enough for playing and large enough for several to swim in. It was always warm, even when the night air was cool. I really liked that I could send the kids out while I was fixing supper and still keep an eye on them. This pool and the Disney room were what enticed me to this property. We loved how close it was to Disney and that it was in a safe, gated community. Everything about this home was exceptional. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying near Disney and would stay again if I travel to Orlando.

Great place for the family to stay

Great place for the family to stay in a great location! This property was so clean, spacious and having the small private pool was a bonus. But the biggest plus for this property is how close to Disney it is. The home and the resort are lovely, inviting, and exceptional. Location of the neighborhood his fantastic. We had fun going to the club house and the large pool. The community pool area was awesome with a water slide and little snack shop with beverages. The community is very clean and secure. The convenience to Disney parks was such an asset. The princess room was just perfect , our daughter loved it . If ever in the area again, I would definitely stay there.

We looked at many homes to purchase in Windsor Hills but Ethan's Little Disney had the character and maintenance we appreciated. Brand new a/c, washer dryer, appliances etc. The Princess beds and Mickey room made it so special for little ones. The perfect family experience. * End unit backing onto Mystic Dunes golf course - no neighbours watching as you relax on the patio or in the pool
* Closest resort to Disney - our little ones can't last a full day at the Parks so being able to come home quick for a nap was essential
* Resort amenities - Windsor Hills has all the bells and whistles. Pool. Water slide. Gym. Movie Theater. Tennis. Volleyball. Convenience story. etc etc. Everything you need!
