¡Sea nuestro huésped en nuestro renovado, ideal para familias, con 2 habitaciones y 1 baños para sus vacaciones en la playa! Como se ve en la búsqueda de ganga frente al mar de HGTV!
Fantásticas vistas del hermoso golfo! Camina hacia la playa desde nuestro condominio en el segundo piso. ¡De Verdad! ¡Estamos JUSTOS A LA PLAYA y experimentamos la hermosa arena blanca! La piscina es el espacio perfecto para relajarse después de un día de sol. La ubicación tiene mínimos elevados, por lo que sus vistas y áreas de playa están menos concurridas. Excelente ubicación para relajarse y descansar de su ajetreo y bullicio cotidianos. A solo minutos de la avenida principal de restaurantes y entretenimiento.

El condominio incluye Wi-Fi gratis y todas las comodidades básicas para el hogar en nuestra acogedora unidad. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen. En la habitación de invitados hay una litera de dos plazas x encima de la reina. También hay un sofá cama para invitados adicionales. ¡Lavavajillas, microondas Y lavadora y secadora apilables para su conveniencia! Electrodomésticos como licuadora, olla de barro y cafetera están a su disposición. Tendrás una bolsa de hielo gratis esperándote cuando llegues. Se incluye 1 plaza de aparcamiento asignada gratis. Beach wagon, 2 sillas de playa, sombrilla de playa y algunos juguetes de arena están disponibles para su uso.

El servicio de conserjería está disponible para la recogida y entrega de comestibles. Simplemente envíenos su lista y la tendremos lista y esperando por usted. Este es un cargo extra de costo de comestibles más un 20% de tarifa de conveniencia.

Clean and convenient

Probably the cleanest most comfortable place we have stayed. Right on the beach with chairs and supplies included. Host was responsive and beach was much less busy than farther east! We loved it and would stay again

Great location

We’ve stayed at Orange Beach before, but decided to try Gulf Shores this year, and this was our favourite rental and location so far. Perfect for a family getaway!

Right on the beach

My husband, 11 month old daughter, and myself enjoyed our stay at Jami’s unit. We wanted a quiet, relaxing stay that was right on the beach, and that’s what we got! I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella in the unit for guest use, so we didn’t have to pack ours. It was a little bit humid in the unit (turning the air cooler helped a little, but didn’t seem to take it away), but that won’t negatively impact my plan to stay here again next time we are at the beach. Looking forward to our next stay!

Fantastic

Our family of 5 had a great time at this particular beach location. It was family friendly, not incredibly crowded, peaceful and comfortable. This specific condo was very clean, modern, and had everything you could want while in a home away from home.

Perfect Family Getaway

Perfect for a family getaway! Jami did a great job of preparing us for our trip with packing lists and recommendations while in GS. She informed us of check-in/out procedures and expectations while on the property. The condo is tastefully decorated and well-stocked with soft linens, kitchen supplies, and beach toys and chairs. This place was "park and play"! We unloaded, did our scheduled WalMart pick-up, and started having fun. We walked everywhere--beach, pool, S&S Seafood Market, The Beach House restaurant, and Island Ice Cream (what a treat!!). I enjoyed sunrises on the deck watching dolphins swim in the surf. Our kids are ages 9-19, so it can be hard to keep them all happy. They each found a way to indulge in their favorite things while staying at Three20s. We will definitely schedule our next beach trip at Three20s!

Perfect on the beach condo

There is so much positive things to say about this property, great location right on beach front and across from convenient shop, the condo itself was clean, bright and had everything we needed! The beds were all extremely comfortable, the local was a safe location, also has a pool for condos. The condo owner had great communication and was super fast with reply’s, the housekeeper for condo was very thorough and provided amazing recommendation on a dolphin cruise with The sunny lady at the wharf which I highly recommend everyone do!! Will be staying here again.

Great place

Cozy, clean place. Beds were soft and had all the comforts of home. Store across the street, and the beautiful beach was just a few steps away. Would return.

Beautiful little getaway

The condo was perfect. It was just the right size and had everything we needed. Loved the decor in it. We loved how close it was to the ocean. The kids loved the boogie boards and sand toys provided. Owner was very helpful and made sure we had all information and some. Only sad part was we weren't there long enough! Would definitely book again!

Awesome Family Place

This place is great for a family vacation. I was a bit skeptical at first being on the 2nd floor with kids, but you can't hear anything inside or out even when people are walking by. The space is cozy and the decor fits right in with visiting the beach. Communication with management (Jami) was GREAT!! The check in and out process was super simple and the location to all of the things to do is perfect! The best part about this whole trip is that you can walk to the beach in less than a minute and you can sit in chairs at the end of the walkway and enjoy a beach sunrise/sunset! Best family vacation we have had in a LONG time! Great job and we will definitely be back!!

Excellent Host

It's one thing to provide clean and comfortable accommodation's, its another to go above and beyond for your guests. This place had beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys. it has a grill. They have condiments in the fridge and coffee filters. They go above an beyond to make your trip easier. Can't wait to go back! Dan and Lisa

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is in a great location, right on the beach. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the beds comfortable. We appreciated being able to have the beach chairs and sand toys to use. The HEATED pool was also great on the days that were cooler when the kids still wanted to swim. The only thing I would be aware of if staying is that the condo isn’t set up the greatest of you have toddlers as the bedrooms a quite small and finding space for a pack n play is challenging and the only seating available for eating is at the counter. But it was doable and it wouldn’t stop us from staying again. Would definitely recommend if staying in Gulf Shores.

Cute accommodations!

Everything a couple needs is provided in this cute property on the beach! Jami was very responsive to my questions, provided digital access, and texted/emailed with updates during our stay. We enjoyed the beach chairs that were provided too. You can walk to a grocery, restaurants, and the beach in 2 minutes.

Better than pictured! Host thought of everything.

The photos and description were great but when we walked into the condo, it was so much better than expected! The check in process was easy and they even had it ready before the check in time for us. They seriously thought of EVERYTHING. There was nothing that we needed for our stay. From the beach toys to the condiments available in the fridge, to the laundry soap, toilet paper, and the garbage bags, we had everything. There was storage under the beds for our suitcases, hidden power strips on either side of the bed legs, and a binder full of restaurants/things to do (including their distance from the condo and menus). The unit was exceptionally clean. We will definitely be staying here again. Our kids are already asking to go back! I HIGHLY recommend staying with Three 20s condos.

We fell in love with visiting the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area for family vacations! We are so excited that we get to have a part in your vacation!

Our goal is to get you to want to come back and we know that that will not happen if things aren’t perfect!
