GOLF VILLAGE # 206 - RECIENTEMENTE REMODELADO. Te encantará este cómodo y limpio apartamento de 1 habitación, 1 baño y frente al golfo en los condominios de Gulf Village. Esta propiedad se encuentra directamente en la playa con una hermosa vista frontal sin obstáculos del Golfo de México y la piscina. La cubierta de madera de tamaño completo está justo afuera de la puerta de entrada de esta unidad.
Esta gran terraza tiene mucho espacio para cenar y entretenerse en lugar de un pequeño balcón. Este complejo tiene una fachada de playa muy amplia que está convenientemente ubicada a solo unos pasos de su unidad. Además, esta es una de las pocas propiedades que tiene derechos sobre The Little Lagoon, así como una segunda piscina, que se encuentra en Gulf Villas.

Beautiful, right on the beach and the room was very well stocked and clean. Would definitely stay again. Do wish the pool was heated though.

Perfect for a couple's getaway

The condo was clean and cozy. Perfect location directly on the beach. The check in and out process was very simple and communication with the owners was outstanding. Will definitely comsider staying here again and highly recommend for a couple's beach getaway.

Love the location and the room!

Great Stay!

We had a great vacation. It’s close to everything around. Perfect views. The place was perfect size for our family and the host were very communicative and even let us know of an event at that time. We will def book again in the future!

Celebrated the 4th of July at the beach!

We had a great stay, only regreat is not being able to stay longer. Quaint, clean, great beach and pool access, and most everything you need for your stay. Perfect for two. Parking can be tight so consider using midsized vehicles if you have a choice, also you'll be using stairs to access your unit, pack accordingly. Thanks!

Enjoyable stay

The unit was very clean and close to beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony which is a direct overlook of the beach. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond. We will be back.

Fabulous place - right on the beach!

I booked this trip for my daughter for her college graduation trip getaway! She loved this place! It was right on the beach. The balcony was big and cozy and the place was so clean with all the amenities you would need for your stay. Great communication by the hosts. After her stay I’m ready to book next. Definitely would recommend.

Great weekend!

Scott and Tina are amazing hosts! We had a very brief power outage overnight (nobody’s fault) and Scott even communicated with us and looked into it at 1:00AM. The condo is amazing and the perfect size for a great trip away together. The view from the deck is unreal, make sure to have breakfast outside each morning!

Efficiency condo close to everything

Our condo was small but well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped also. The bathroom was larger than most condos at Gulf Shores so that was a bonus. The bedroom only has a divider wall with louvres between it and the sitting area with no door to close, so it's best for two people if privacy is important. We had a lovely view of the Gulf from our balcony. The condominium was quiet at night too. A nice place to stay for our four-day mini vacation.

Excellent Experience

Condo was exactly as described! The view of the Gulf was beautiful and the location was perfect. Close enough to everything, but not in the busier area of Gulf Shores. Space was recently updated and has everything you would need. Spent 6 nights at a different condo before moving to this one, and I wish I had booked this condo for the entire vacation. Host was exceptionally friendly and gave very clear details on the check-in/out process. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely stay here again.

Location Location

This studio condo was perfect choice for our stay due to location! It was oceanfront and offered a view with direct access to the beach. The owner made the checkin process flawless and was very responsive to any questions or issues during the stay. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean. Beach chairs were provided as well and we were able to use this as a nice base for all the places we visited - Pensacola, Perido Key, Orange Beach, National seashore, Gulf Shores State Park- during the one week stay. This is very close to many good restaurant options. I would return here on another visit to the Gulf Shores area.

Long trek with repairs.

The property was under repairs upon arrival. We had trouble locating stairs to access our second floor room. After 20 minutes of looking in the dark, we finally found usable stairs at the opposite end of the building from where our room was.

We're from Southeastern Wisconsin and traveled to Gulf Shores, AL for a vacation and found that this was a great community for us to keep coming back to visit. We've been married for 37 years and raised four children. We recently retired and decided we'd love to share our property with our friends, family and guests.

Gulf Village is located right on the Gulf. There's miles and miles of beach frontage. This beach is great for taking long walks, swimming, or simply relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. This town has many nearby venues for eating, drinking , and entertainment. Our condo is located right on the beach!

We recently remodeled the Kitchen and Bath. The Kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. This unit has a large wood deck overlooking the pool and beach front. The deck has plenty of room for outside dinning and entertaining. The Little Lagoon has a long pier for our guests to use for fishing and crabbing.

Guests at Gulf Village - unit 206, have easy access to the beach, two pools, the Little Lagoon, BBQ grills, and, a coin operated laundry room, which is located on site. This complex is conveniently located near shops, bars and restaurants. You can purchase up to two parking passes for Gulf Village, if needed. If you don't have a vehicle you can call Lyft, Uber or a Cab, if you need transportation. We have a keypad entry door for your convenience, which eliminates the worries, of carrying or losing your key. This area is very close to the The Hangout which has a music festival held every May, and also the shrimp festival which is held every October.
