Unidad ubicada en el nivel del jardín. No hay escaleras o ascensor para dirigir, entrada privada. Conveniente para los cochecitos.
A poca distancia de Central Park, el Museo de Historia Natural y el Lincoln Center. Excelentes restaurantes y bares a pocas cuadras. Toda la ciudad fuera de tu puerta.

great upper west side experience,

Excellent location, pleasing decor, comfortable beds, well-stocked with toilet paper, knives, etc. Front stairs are uneven and shower could use a grab bar for older guests.

Manhattan Vacation

The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well stocked making meal preparations easy. The apartment was in an ideal location with close proximity to Central Park, museums, shopping and restaurants. We will be returning to this apartment for our next NYC vacation.

Great family spot on the UWS

This is such a great rental for anyone who wants to have more home amenities than hotel. The apartment is super cute and very clean and comfortable. You definitely get the NYC living experience. It’s pretty loud in the morning from the upstairs foot steps so bring ear plugs for sleeping.

Family friendly unit near central park

This was a perfect location for a family of four to visit New York museums and Central Park. Access to tons of restaurant options, shopping and activities. Fully stocked apartment with everything we needed for our family.

Great Location and Apartment

Our family of four loved this apartment. It was clean, nicely furnished and in a great westside area. It was a very short walk to the subway and we could be in mid-town or Broadway in a very short time on the 1 Train. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

It has everything!

Secure and modern ground floor apartment with well supplied kitchen. Includes washer and dryer. It was nice to have coffee, spices, dishwasher tabs etc supplied. Very convenient to subway line 1. The linens were nice, beds were comfortable. Great bathroom. My only suggestion to the owners would be two single beds downstairs rather than the trundle which is pretty awkward for adults. I have never lived in an apartment, so the early morning running around of children woke us up. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Great location for small family.

This is a terrific location to see Central Park and grab the subway to all points in Manhattan. Great neighborhood! The owners were easy to work with and the place was clean.

Great location and accommodations

Very suitable for a family with accommodating owners (they provided high chair, pack and play and gate). We stayed for one week and have a toddler. The location is great and the unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of storage space upstairs in the bathroom and master. Full kitchen and laundry and some toys/books for kids. We enjoyed our stay.

Home sweet Home

We had the best week in this apartment! We didn’t want to leave. Everything we reached for was at our fingertips. The kids (5 & 7) loved their downstairs room and made a sign that said “kids only.” The location is perfect - easy to load and unload luggage. We have found our new NYC home and look forward to booking this place again! *also the living room is great and had plenty of seating :)

A home away from home

This apartment provides everything that you need from comfortable beds with lovely bedding to a modern bathroom with toiletries and chunky towels to a kitchen with all the dishes required for cooking. The owners were most accommodating and friendly. We love the location as the subway and shops are close by. For a few days there were four of us staying and then three and finally only two of us enjoyed the apartment. Downstairs is ideal for children but we oldies also managed. The extra bathroom with a basin and toilet there is very useful. A lovely home as a base for tourist activities and for relaxing.

Great property, great location

This was a great spot for four women on a seven-day trip -- not easy to find 2 bedrooms, much less more than one bath. Downstairs is a pull-out trundle and lacks places to put things (suit cases, purses, etc.), but it worked. Very clean and comfortable. Living room could use one more chair and a side table. Very well equipped kitchen. Subway station, market, liquor store nearby. Walking distance to cool bars, several restaurants. During the day you'll hear the patter of little feet above, which we found amusing and in no way disruptive. TV didn't work well, but we weren't in New York to watch TV. Host Jed was extremely accommodating. Definitely recommend it!

Great spot

My Family of 4 spent a week in this apt. It was a great homebase for our NYC adventure. Close to get markets,restaurants and the subway. Having a washer dryer made packing so much easier. Our kids loved the fast WiFi. Has everything you could need.

Perfect location!

Our family spent a long weekend at this fantyapartment. The neighborhood was quiet with great restaurants steps away, and perfect location, only a couple of blocks from the subway. The owner was wonderful to work with and very prompt with responding to questions. I would highy recommend to anyone is looking for a place to stay in NY.

We had enough space for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, and coffee filters, & there was a generous supply of toilet paper, which we really appreciated. Shopping, cafes, and restaurants in the area are good. It could use one more comfy chair in the living area, or we would give 5 stars. We recommend it!

Excellent Stay in Upper West Side

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped for cooking some meals at home. The location was convenient to the subway, Central Park, grocery stores and restaurants. Our friends stayed at the nearby NYLO Hotel which was only a 5 minute walk away. The downstairs bedroom is more suitable for children but the couple we were travelling with made it work while we enjoyed the king bed upstairs.We highly recommend this apartment.

An unbelievable rental!

I have never wanted to write a review more then after staying at this amazing apartment. It was so perfect for two adults and two small children. They have really gone out of their way to make it a perfect place for adults and children, from the toys, baby castille soap, highchair, pack and play and trundle bed. The TVs are fully equipped with everything you would want from Netflix to Hulu and PBS etc. It was pristine and in a great location, one block from a wonderful park and in between two great playgrounds. The owner shared great notes of restaurant recommendations, transportation options and suggested things to do. I would highly recommend this accommodation!!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in New York.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, well furnished and accommodated both children and adults. The kitchen is modern and has everything you need. The neighborhood is easy to get around and the subway is quite close by. The air conditioning worked well. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone traveling to New York. I’m sure we will be back!

Perfect place for couples or families

This is a gem of a rental in NYC. It’s extemely spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and you can’t beat the convenience of walk out accessibility. It was absolutely perfect for our young family as the kids could sleep downstairs and we could still be up and about upstairs. The hosts were extremely gracious and helpful and the place was very clean. Couldn’t rate this higher. Will recommend to friends and would book again.

It is a great apartment for families to use as a base for discovering NYC. Everything is in walking distance, including both parks and Museum of Natural history. Restaurants and shopping are one block away.
The 79 st (at broadway) is 2 minutes walk for the 1 train.
The 81 st (at Central Park West) is 6 minutes walk for B and C trains.
The 72 st (at Broadway) is 6 minute walk for 1,2 and 3 trains.
