Great location with room to relax at midday or in the evenings. Close to subway for sightseeing adventures. Not a lot of kitchen items for preparing meals but the basics were there.

Lovely spacious apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance; coffee shops, restaurants, markets and of course beautiful parks. As a family of 5 we had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The place was fine and the location was nice. We had to book the apartment at the last minute because our other VRBO place was cancelled the day before we were scheduled to arrive. So I was grateful that it was available but I did not hear from the host until 11am the day we arrived even though I had messaged him twice through the app and called and left a message. I reached out to VRBO and they said that they could not get ahold of the host and that we should "self relocate". Then we scrambled to find a hotel. On our way to the hotel, the host messaged with the check in information. He did allow us to drop off our bags early which was very helpful. But the stress of not knowing if we would be able to stay there or not was not good!

Very nice apartment in a good location. The kitchen and bathrooms are very new and clean. Wifi generally worked well but some spotty periods. The whole check-in process and communication was truly excellent and very responsive.

Graduation trip

Property was great, we loved our trip and our lodging was a big part of that. The apartment is in the upper west side, so you are a walk from Central Park and the museums but my kids did fine with it. You are a few blocks from a bus stop and similar distance from a subway station and close to multiple pizza shops which was the reason for the trip! I rented this spot because of the square footage, I’m traveling with 5 kids so a little extra space is nice. The apartment was clean, easily accessible, well equipped, and was perfectly sized for my family.

Beautiful rental

The property is lovely, comfortable, clean, and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved being able to plug in to the monitor to work comfortably and having extra space for relaxing. You are close to both Central and Riverside Parks for great walks. Great food is minutes away, but you’re also tucked into a quiet street for the evening. Our only downside was that the AC wasn’t working and things got humid. Otherwise, comfortable and beautiful.

Just a lovely little flat in New York. Great size was wonderful to have the extra bathrooms and kitchen. Great distance to all of the areas we wanted to walk to highly recommended safe neighborhood. Great hosts very helpful very responsive would definitely recommend.

Quintessential snazzy NYC abode in UWS

I came into this a little weary because we were among the first to rent and it all seemed too good to be true. But all my worries were put to rest by Juan and his team who went the extra mile. The place is beautifully decorated in the classic 1920s Gatsby style and just as advertised. The living room is very spacious so while we didn’t need it, one could easily use that for extra sleeping space. The beds were the most comfortable! Its location in the upper west side was steps away from Riverside Park which was perfect for the kiddos. We learned that the posh UWS’s green spaces are a big draw for dog owners and that was apparent with every other person walking their furry friends. The patio was a lovely perch for morning coffee as we spied parents dropping off their little ones at the daycare below. The subway is steps away and there’s so much to do, eat and see in the area. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Stylish, spacious apartment in a perfect location

We stayed here for 5 nights in April 2025. It is EXACTLY as charming as thd photos suggest. Located on W92 St close to the subway (1/2/3) we consistently got to Time Sq in 15 minutes from walking out the door. At the same time, the area is very safe and quiet, making it the perfect retreat from the mayhem! The property owner is fully contactable at alm times and cannot be more accommodating. An excellent choise, fully recommended.
