PRIVATE apartment with Bed, Full Bath, Living area, Kitchenette. Great Marietta Location convenient to 120 Loop, I-75, Roswell Rd & Barrett Pkwy. Entrance door outside detached garage. Full tiled bath with bath/shower. Granite kitchenette with mini fridge. Has its own thermostat, chest of drawers, walk-in closet, TV & more! Wifi included. Perfect for business trips or your own space while visiting family. 1 person max & no visitors allowed. No smoking on the premises inside or outside.

It is totally private, not a shared space. Apartment is separate from main house.

Guests have access to the garage apartment above our detached garage from our home.

I am available anytime you need me.

Tons of restaurants, the interstate, shopping, and White Water.

Getting around is best by car, but there are always tons of Uber’s around too. :)

Home owner is a licensed real estate agent in the state in which the property is located.

A small white device in the apartment is a temperature sensor for the Nest thermostat. Please do not move or tamper with it.

No smoking allowed inside the property. A $500 fine will be charged for any violation.

It was in a beautiful location near Atlanta which had great access to downtown and Truist Ball Park. We were on a ball park trip and enjoyed every part of our stay. The hosts were wonderful as they responded immediately to all my questions, but gave us plenty of room. I strongly recommend this VRBO property.

Would definitely stay again

Great place to stay !! I would definitely stay again. Great property- clean and safe. Communication with the host was incredible. My wife and I could not say enough positive things about our stay.

The Perfect Getaway

The loft was exactly as advertised. It was clean and had everything you needed for your stay! The host was more than helpful and responded to my texts promptly. What I liked was that they gave you privacy as well. Thanks, and I will be booking again! PS- Need a bigger signing board due to the one you have hanging is full!! (Pics were taken during my check-out)Thanks for having me.

TV's in every room with streaming services.
Beds were super comfortable!

Mid week stay

I had a great stay, the private loft apartment was a great getaway and it was very cozy. The host was very accommodating and if I needed anything or messaged, he would answer right away.

A nice place to unwind

The place was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfy. Some thoughts for future renters:There was an air purifier in the closet. Set that up to drown out any noise. We didn't hear anything except the garage doors below.Fill up the ice machine with water asap. There's a Publix 1 mile away if you need anything.I'd suggest bringing some bottled water. Enjoy your stay!Thank you very much to the owners!

Didn't stay, canceled the day of

I booked a 7 day stay. Received a text at 5am the day of my stay stating that my booking was canceled. I was told the ac went out the night before, so why was I informed the day of my stay? Mind you I was flying in from California so if it went out that night in GA there's a 3hr difference, I feel that I should have been notified earlier. I had no other place to stay, which I informed them. I was offered 10 percent off of I decided to book with them again. Naw I'm good, I understand things happen but the day of is unacceptable. I ended up scrambling to find another place to stay as soon as I landed in GA, never again. My experience wasn't good.

Marietta Business Trip

This apartment was perfectly located for a business meeting. It is situated in a peaceful, beautiful & upscale residential area. If you are a daily walker or runner there are miles of safe sidewalks throughout tree lined neighborhoods just down the street. The apartment is spacious, airy, well equipped & comfortable. Everything was also impeccably clean. I highly recommend this apartment &will definitely return.

NO AIR CONDITION

The property manager told me that the AC went out the day before my check in, but no one made me aware of this new development. I was allowed to fully unpack and get my 9yr old daughter settled and service animal situated while simultaneously sweating my balls off because of the excruciating heat. Not to mention the tv did not work. Shortly after getting situated the manager came in and told us the new AC unit he purchased because no CENTRAL AIR, had just tripped the breaker making the room unbearable. I would never recommend this unit to anyone.

The Location is awesome, close to lots of things. It would have been nice if we didnt have to bother the neighbors for a working door code to get in and even better if the AC actually worked. Thank goodness for the brand new window unit they had installed. The second day got worse! After being gone for 12 hours we came back to an 82 degree inside temp. No response from a property manager at all... i guess they dont work weekends. Wife had to bother the neighbors again and they told her the ac folks had just been out 2 days ago. Im thinking they knew it was broken. Then while packing up, she found mouse feces on the bed sheets. Will be back to the town, just not here. My advice to the owner is find a new property manager.

Good stay

The property was quiet and in a nice neighborhood. Over garage so did here property owners go in and out. Woke me up on weekdays about 7:30. Bed very comfortable. Plenty of bath towels but no hand towels or wash cloths. Would stay again.

affordable and comfortable

very affordable, plenty of space for 1-3 people. close to restaurants. great if like me, you needed a place while working out of town for a few days. only issues: parking is a hassle if you have a lot of stuff-you dont park near the door. also, you're above a garage so the garage door will wake you at 6:45 a.m. (i am not a light sleeper, either.). but still worth it for the price.
