Turquoise Place 1206D es una unidad de 3 dormitorios, 3. 5 baños frente al Golfo con acceso al balcón privado desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. Relájese y sumérjase en la increíble vista desde su jacuzzi privado ubicado en su balcón con vista directa al Golfo. Este amplio balcón también está equipado con una parrilla de gas.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el gran baño principal está equipado con una bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha independiente a ras de suelo. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de tamaño completo, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD Blue Ray y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje. El tercer dormitorio también tiene una cama de tamaño completo, TV de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD Blue Ray y baño privado con una cabina de ducha con azulejos. Esta unidad tiene capacidad para hasta 6 personas.

Su cocina totalmente equipada incluye encimeras de granito, un refrigerador Sub Zero y enfriador de vino.

Fall 2024 trip

The property was very nice. The only critiques we had was that the carpet needed to be cleaned and the shower door in the master bath needed to be repaired. Everything else was wonderful.

Lovely Stay

We really enjoyed the property at Turquoise. The amenities were plentiful which made the stay a great value. Everything we needed was supplied and we truly enjoyed the décor of this particular unit. There were a couple of things they can tweak or replace to make this property 100% and I will send those to property manager. These will definitely not stop us from a return trip to this unit. Looking forward to our next trip to Orange Beach!!!

Great trip for daughters birthday

This was a great condo for my daughter’s birthday party. I took her and several of her friends for a long weekend. They had a great time and I was able to relax.

Good location, poor management

Turquoise Place is beautiful but this unit is managed by Liquid Life very poorly. The icemaker was broken when we arrived and was never fixed. After 4 days, they promised to bring ice, this happened twice in 7 days. They confirmed a sleeper sofa was in the unit but there was none. Pictures also don’t match furniture. Property management company was not easy to contact and did not take care of issues. They offered a refund of $50/day but reduced that offer after we checked out. Overall great location and unit but should be managed properly.

Great location & plenty of space. Hot tub on patio was an excellent bonus. Definitely would stay there again. Only bad thing I would say is that the carpets could use a steam cleaning.

Almost perfect...almost

We have been staying at Turquoise Place for several years now and have loved each stay. We loved this one too and rated it a 5/5, but I have one request - please update your photos of the current furniture setup. A minor issue for us was the lack of the recliners shown in the original photos. We chose this particular unit for two reasons. One, I loved the bold, colorful decor but second and most importantly for me at that time, was that it had recliners. Imagine my disappointment when we arrived to find that the recliners were no more. The place was still lovely and the new furniture itself was comfortable for most everyone. It was just that I had a medical issue with my knee that required keeping it at a certain angle for comfort and a recliner allowed for that. So not having a recliner meant it was a little more difficult to totally relax during our stay. So please update your photos so that others can see what they are getting.

Lovely with scattered disappointments

The condo is beautiful with exquisite interior design and a fantastic view. Some of the furnishings were different than those pictured, i.e. the couches and the dining room set, but still wonderful. There are great extras like the ice machine, wine cooler and high-end fridge. The W/Ds are installed backwards which is troublesome. Disappointments: the hot tub was out due to Legionnaires Disease and the jacuzzi tub was broken. Upside - lazy river, beach, facility hot tub and indoor pool

! Week at Turquoise

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Needs Alot of Attention!!

The photos online-Beautiful and Our first steps walking in Beautiful-......But nothing after that was pretty! This condo needs so much attention -here we go...Dirty carpet, I mean black traffic areas, the freezer did not freeze so our ice cream melted, microwave broken, stove hood did not work, took oven over 30 minutes to heat oven, master bath shower head full of mold, shower glass door did not close so water puddled outside of the door, the MB closet had a dirty rug stored in there, the closet carpet had not been vacuumed, no dressers in guest or master bedroom for clothes, the guest bedroom had 2 large beds so you could not even get to the closet to store your clothes and this closet was dirty also-more stored rugs, no blankets or extra pillows, the guest rooms were dark-poor lighting, the patio was nice but the furniture cushion were overused and very dirty.

Summer Vacay 2022

We love Turquoise Place! We’ve never had a room that we didn’t love, and this condo was no exception! The decor was high end, very comfy beds, and plenty of kitchen accessories to make ourselves at home and cook our favorite summer meals! Overall, we had a great stay and the process of checking in/out was easy as pie!

Loved there was a daily/weekly beach rental right in front of building on the beach for lounge chairs and beach umbrellas. Negatives about this particular unit, 1. The auto ignition lighter gas grill didn't work and maintenace couldn't fix it. 2. Mold in master shower. Needs extra attention on grout. 3. Two bedrooms without windows very dark. Lighting in those rooms very dark and gloomy. 4. Master bedroom mattress needs replaced. Very soft with little support along with all the bed pillows. If those items were addressed would rent that unit again. Overall, great location for activity, restaurants, shopping. Property management staff were awesome on site and also after hours staff via phone contact.

Not worth the Price

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall my Family enjoyed their time at the beach. However several things were wrong with the Condo and Amenities. The master tub did not work!!! Big disappointment. The dryer door needs fixed. During a pandemic you would think the cleaning would be spot-on, but when you find Women's undergarments you know the cleaning was not done properly! Even emailed Liquid life about the issues, but no response. Some of the kitchen cabinet doors needed repairs, lamps missing light bulbs, and the master shower had broken tiles. The master closet was half unusable due to several mattresses being stored in it. In addition we located extra blankets only to remove them and find out they were wet! We have rented from Liquid Life in the past and stayed at Turquoise Place but this was unsatisfactorily, especially during a pandemic! Definitely not worth the cleaning fee they charge!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy, because we had great instructions. We received a text when the room was ready. The condo was clean, very satisfied with my stay. The only thing I didn't like was that the jacuzzi tub on the balcony had too much chlorine in it. But I was able to go the indoor hot tub and enjoy myself. We traveled in April. The weather was warm, but windy. So we didn't get in the water on beach, red flags were up on the beach.

Overall great space, but the owner needs to fix some of their stuff ASAP.

Overall great space, but the owner has to fix some broken appliances and some tile. The “subzero” Freezer didn’t freeze anything and maintenance was called and it’s still not fixed. The masters jet tub is broke and we weren’t told until the day we checked in. Two tiles in master shower are separated from the rest of the floor. Very large space and nice but these items need to be fixed ASAP, kind of a let down bc of the price we paid for the room.
