This was the most beautiful condo I have ever stayed in. The master room bed was so so comfortable. The balcony was stunning. The hot tub was serviced daily. Only minor complaint..the furniture in the living room was not as pictured and at my age and two fusions I look at pictures to make sure it is comfortable. I walked in the condo and thought I was in the wrong one. We used the lazy river and the pool as well as the beach. Most relaxing vacation we have ever had. Thank you!!

Thank you for staying at Turquoise Place 1206D. I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations — that is unacceptable. We are taking these actions immediately: - Dispatch maintenance to diagnose and repair or replace the master shower so it is fully functional. - Inspect all bathrooms and plumbing in the unit to prevent similar issues for future guests. - Review our communication and on-call procedures, retrain staff, and implement faster response protocols so guests can get timely help. - Improve turnover checks and guest arrival instructions to ensure problems are caught and reported quickly. Please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates and any photos so we can review your stay in detail and discuss an appropriate resolution. Your feedback helps us improve. Liquid Life

Summer Vacay 2022

We love Turquoise Place! We’ve never had a room that we didn’t love, and this condo was no exception! The decor was high end, very comfy beds, and plenty of kitchen accessories to make ourselves at home and cook our favorite summer meals! Overall, we had a great stay and the process of checking in/out was easy as pie!

Turquoise Place is an amazing resort with a great location and so many activities and amenities for the kids. Our family really enjoyed the property and everything the resort had to offer.Unfortunately, we were very disappointed when we arrived at check-in and found that our room had not been cleaned and was still untouched from the previous guests. Thankfully, the cleaning staff did arrive, and the room was ready about an hour after the scheduled check-in time. The most disappointing part was the lack of communication. I sent a message about the issue that Sunday, and now, a full week later, I still have not received any response or acknowledgment. Mistakes can happen, but not responding to a guest after an issue like this is unacceptable. The resort itself was wonderful, but the communication and handling of the situation definitely need improvement.

Thank you for staying at Turquoise Place 1206D and for the 4‑star review. I’m glad your family enjoyed the resort’s location and amenities. I’m very sorry the unit hadn’t been cleaned at arrival and for the delay you experienced; I understand how frustrating that must have been. I also apologize for the lack of response to your message—that is not the level of service we expect to provide. I’m glad housekeeping was able to prepare the unit about an hour after check‑in, but we’ll be addressing both our turnaround procedures and communication practices with the team to prevent this in the future. If there’s anything that would have made your stay a 5‑star, we’d appreciate hearing so we can share it with our team. We hope to welcome you back to Liquid Life.

Lovely Stay

We really enjoyed the property at Turquoise. The amenities were plentiful which made the stay a great value. Everything we needed was supplied and we truly enjoyed the décor of this particular unit. There were a couple of things they can tweak or replace to make this property 100% and I will send those to property manager. These will definitely not stop us from a return trip to this unit. Looking forward to our next trip to Orange Beach!!!

Lovely with scattered disappointments

The condo is beautiful with exquisite interior design and a fantastic view. Some of the furnishings were different than those pictured, i.e. the couches and the dining room set, but still wonderful. There are great extras like the ice machine, wine cooler and high-end fridge. The W/Ds are installed backwards which is troublesome. Disappointments: the hot tub was out due to Legionnaires Disease and the jacuzzi tub was broken. Upside - lazy river, beach, facility hot tub and indoor pool

The property was wonderful. Only hitch was with check-in

We enjoyed our stay at Turquoise. The property has a terrific indoor pool, which was nice for November, as well as an excellent gym. We had beautiful views and wonderfully comfortable furniture on the balcony. The condo was spacious and nicely appointed. Our only issue was with check-in. Although I called twice to make sure the rental was all set for my husband and son to check in ( I came a day later), the check-in desk in the lobby of our tower didn't have my husband down and that resulted in delays and extra confusion. Nothing bad about the property - but just lack of coordination with the rental agency and the onsite check-in people

Overall great space, but the owner needs to fix some of their stuff ASAP.

Overall great space, but the owner has to fix some broken appliances and some tile. The “subzero” Freezer didn’t freeze anything and maintenance was called and it’s still not fixed. The masters jet tub is broke and we weren’t told until the day we checked in. Two tiles in master shower are separated from the rest of the floor. Very large space and nice but these items need to be fixed ASAP, kind of a let down bc of the price we paid for the room.

Good location, poor management

Turquoise Place is beautiful but this unit is managed by Liquid Life very poorly. The icemaker was broken when we arrived and was never fixed. After 4 days, they promised to bring ice, this happened twice in 7 days. They confirmed a sleeper sofa was in the unit but there was none. Pictures also don’t match furniture. Property management company was not easy to contact and did not take care of issues. They offered a refund of $50/day but reduced that offer after we checked out. Overall great location and unit but should be managed properly.

Almost perfect...almost

We have been staying at Turquoise Place for several years now and have loved each stay. We loved this one too and rated it a 5/5, but I have one request - please update your photos of the current furniture setup. A minor issue for us was the lack of the recliners shown in the original photos. We chose this particular unit for two reasons. One, I loved the bold, colorful decor but second and most importantly for me at that time, was that it had recliners. Imagine my disappointment when we arrived to find that the recliners were no more. The place was still lovely and the new furniture itself was comfortable for most everyone. It was just that I had a medical issue with my knee that required keeping it at a certain angle for comfort and a recliner allowed for that. So not having a recliner meant it was a little more difficult to totally relax during our stay. So please update your photos so that others can see what they are getting.
