¡Nuestra habitación privada con terraza y entrada privada está lista para usted! La habitación es parte de una adición de 2010 a nuestra casa de 1890. Vivimos en casi dos acres escondidos cerca del centro de Asheville. ¡A solo 15 minutos a pie de algunos de los restaurantes, bares, boutiques, galerías de arte y diversión más fabulosos de nuestra región! Nuestra propiedad interna el campus de la Universidad de Carolina del Norte en Asheville. También estamos muy cerca de Asheville Botanical Gardens, North Asheville Tailgate Market, Trader Joes y Whole Foods. Hay una cama queen y baño con una gran ducha. Se incluye una pequeña área con nevera / congelador, cafetera y tetera. También almacenamos café tostado localmente con acompañamientos y una selección de té.

Mary is wonderful and made our weekend stay in Asheville very enjoyable! The room and bathroom are beautiful and so thoughtfully furnished with everything you need or didn’t know you needed. Will definitely stay again in the Spring to see the garden come alive!

The property is lovely and well decorated and thought out. It was easy to get just about anywhere in town. Communication with the host was great and we found the whole experience to be very welcoming. It was a nice place to recharge after a day of exploring. The bed was comfortable and the porch was great for relaxing. We would definitely stay there again. There is a small fridge with freezer, drip coffee maker, several coffee mugs and sweeteners provided as well as ground coffee. No microwave or television and we did not miss either.

Mary is an excellent host.

Beautiful property located close to downtown Asheville. Mary is the sweetest person. She ensured we knew all the details of the room and property. The room is beautifully decorated with unique, gorgeous light fixtures. We definitely recommend staying here and hope to return again!

Secluded Get-A-Way

We felt secluded, even though we were within walking distance from the city.The flower gardens were a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed comparing the flowers in the gardens to the ones we have in Pennsylvania. I especially enjoyed watching the bees and butterflies fluttering around the Lavender.

Weekend in Asheville

Gorgeous place. ‘Garden’ doesn’t do it justice the Botanical Garden nearby wasn’t any prettier than what Mary has done with her amazing property. So private and peaceful and quiet. Yet convenient to everything fun, including breakfast at Sunny Point Cafe in West Asheville. Mary is a gracious host and if you show interest in her garden you might wind up with something sweet to take home to yours. The room and bed and bathroom are beautifully and comfortably appointed. We will return!

Short stay in Asheville

Delightful property next to downtown and arts areas. Walkable and easy drive to those locations as well! Mary was a warm host who made for easy check-in and check out. Intimate bedroom with beautiful bathroom which made our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful everything!

I have traveled many years for work and vacation.Mary and her warm hospitality are a very welcome respite from the same old of hotels. The property is comfortable, tranquil, scenic and perfectly located to travel near and far in the Asheville area. We will be back!

Photos don't do it justice! what a wonderful place to stay for a wedding weekend (guest) trip!

we absolutely loved staying in this lovely comfortable studio.. with private deck overlooking Mary's stunning gardens. and just a tiny stone's throw away from the best of Asheville. Beautifully furnished.. super comfy bed and linens.. spacious well appointed bathroom

Serene Getaway

The hosts were super nice and welcoming. The location is a great spot. Close to downtown but also away from the hustle nd bustle. We sat on the deck attached to the room and saw wildlife. Mary even remembered I told her it was our anniversary trip. anniversahusbabirthday

Small town charm in a convenient, serene setting!

The hostess, Mary, was warm and inviting. She gave us a quick orientation on the property and provided us with excellent customer service - from recommending local places to eat to making sure we had whatever we needed. She even went out of her way to print documents we needed in a timely manner that came to us via email. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed spending our evenings on our private patio. This is a perfect location for a couple! Be advised there is no TV, but we didn't need one! If you have a stay in Ashville, we HIGHLY recommend this venue. It is so much better than a hotel!!! 5 stars all the way.
