Este es uno de "Los mejores pequeños condominios en Daytona". ¡La vista desde esta unidad de un dormitorio en el océano es espectacular!

El complejo de condominios linda con un parque frente al mar con mesas de picnic cubiertas, instalaciones para cocinar al aire libre y área de juegos infantiles.

Harbor Beach Resort se sometió a una restauración multimillonaria que se completó en 2010. Además de las mejoras cosméticas, el complejo reemplazó todos los balcones, barandas, puertas corredizas de vidrio, ventanas y aires acondicionados. Nuevo papel tapiz de revestimiento, molduras de riel para silla y corona, nuevos muebles de sala de estar de ratán del mar del sur, nueva suite de dormitorio estilo cabaña y nuevas verticales y persianas. Perfection

Everything was EXACTLY as described. Perfect place for my husband and I, while getting our son set up in his apartment for college. I spent so much tome onnthe balcony enjoying the view. Would definitely come back!

Daytona in July

Communication with owner was wonderful. My daughter and I had a great trip and the accommodations were just what we needed. We used the pool daily and loved it. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay again

Very convenient and cozy. Excellent owner communication.

I was visiting with my son to attend Rockville 2024, and we really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location - best of two world in terms of getting to the venue (~15 minutes) and being able to hang out on the beach right there. Balcony is overlooking the beach, easy access all around. The condo is very cozy although the building is a bit dated, but very clean overall. Great communication from the owner, we were able to call and speak directly when needed. Security deposit returned very promptly. No issues whatsoever, would come back without a doubt!

Our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location, amazing ocean view, and our host Bill is great. Every time I emailed him he would respond very quickly. The apartment is cute. It’s small but has everything you need. Beachy decorations which I love. Only thing I would probably suggest would be to include beach chairs or beach towels for customers. Aside, from that would stay again.

Cheer Competition

We came to Daytona for our daughter’s cheer competition. Check in was rough. We arrived very late due to a flight delay. The owner did answer the phone at midnight, which we were appreciative of. Unit is small, but served its purpose. Nice pool, view of ocean from small balcony. Right on beach and close to many restaurants and bars, many within walking distance. Unit was clean and had most everything we needed for our stay. I would not recommend for more than 2 people, as anyone sleeping on the pull out couch needs to come through the bedroom to use the bathroom. About a mile walk to the band shell. Overall, we were satisfied for the price, and we would book again. The owner is very communicative and accommodating.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful 1 week stay. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. Perfect location right on the beach and the pool was always warm. Condo residents were extremely friendly and we were able to walk to many restaurants that were close by. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location with a few hiccups

Excellent spot on Daytona Beach and lovely north view from upper floor condo. We had a few maintenance issues that had to be addressed, including challenge with television control and access to TV in the bedroom which were handled promptly the next day after check-in. The unit is quite small but adequate. There is plenty of storage for longer stays, but the cushions on the sofa could stand to be replaced.

First time in Daytona Beach

Property is right on the beach, outdoor pool is heated so warm enough to swim even on cooler days. 2 restaurants practically next door and several others within easy walking distance.

Perfect vacation

1 Bad Thing

The hot tube was down the first week we were there. I got to enjoy it the second week however I ended up with a horrible staph infection on my skin and had to seek medical treatment. So my last 4 days were miserable.

October Florida Visit

Hard to believe Florida gets cool but it does. Still a great trip. I was worried about the bedroom being right inside the door to the condo but the property was always quiet so no problems sleeping at night. I also usually like a balcony directly facing the ocean but the view from this unit was awesome. Everything in the unit was great and we enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful time

Our apartment was clean and just as advertised. The view while not directly facing the ocean allowed a terrific view of the beach and the city. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to any questions I had. It’s within walking distance of some really good restaurants (my favorite was Crabbys Oceanside). Really enjoyed our time here and Would definitely stay here again.

Liked the ocean view

It was very quiet and everyone was so nice and always ready to help. We had so much fun we did not want to leave . Would love to have a full ocean view next instead of a side view.

Golf trip

My dad stayed here while we played the local golf courses. The condo was really kept up. Tv went out and I emailed the owner. He was quick and responsive and replaced in a very timely manner. I recommend staying here.

June stay in Daytona

This is a great deal for the price. I enjoyed being able to have close access to the beach, splash pad park, pier, and shops. The check in/check out process was a breeze. The owner was great to deal with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He also provided me with clear and concise instructions for my stay! We are definitely planning a return trip!!
