I chose to invest in the Ocean Walk Condominium and Resort because I’ve always focused on offering high-end vacation experiences. As a long-time VRBO host since 2011, I’ve prioritized properties that combine luxury, amenities, and entertainment. For example, I’ve hosted guests at the Fontainebleau, a renowned 4–5 star resort in Miami Beach, along with other premium properties. Ocean Walk meets that same standard, which is why I’m proud to offer this unit here in Daytona Beach.
In my opinion, Ocean Walk is the top vacation property in Daytona Beach. It’s located directly on the beach and features exceptional amenities: multiple outdoor pools with jacuzzis, a lazy river, indoor pool, hot tub, and a full fitness center. Guests enjoy direct beach access and a convenient connection to the Ocean Walk Entertainment Mall via the fourth-floor Skywalk—just steps away from dining, shopping, and entertainment. The nearby boardwalk also offers live concerts, family-friendly attractions, and plenty to explore.

What truly makes this unit unique is the care and attention that went into updating it. When I purchased the property, I saw its potential—but knew it needed a full refresh to meet the high standards I expect for my guests.
We replaced all of the furniture, from the beds and couch to the bar stools, with brand-new, stylish pieces. Several appliances were upgraded as well, including a new refrigerator and a new washer and dryer for added convenience.
The bathroom underwent a complete transformation. It originally had outdated vinyl walls and a tub that didn’t feel inviting. I brought in a professional to install elegant, floor-to-ceiling porcelain tile around the bathtub and added a high-end Kohler tub to create a clean, modern, spa-like experience.
I also upgraded the flooring to luxury planks—not just for their beautiful, elegant look, but also because after a long day at the beach, you want something soft and inviting under your feet to complete the perfect vacation experience."
We also brightened up the entire unit with fresh paint in cheerful, welcoming tones and added new baseboards to complete the refreshed look. Even the balcony—one of the best features of the space—was updated with high-end outdoor furniture and a new floor finish to enhance the oceanfront experience.
These thoughtful upgrades were made to ensure that every guest enjoys not only the beautiful location, but also the comfort, quality, and charm of a truly special vacation home.
