We loved the property! We got super unlucky with the weather and it rained all weekend but the grounds were immaculate and exactly as advertised. We would stay again of our travels bring us back to dunedin.

Really unique property. Accommodations were spotless and very well maintained, beds were so comfortable. Like a little piece of Key West secluded in beautiful Dunedin.Grounds are very well maintained and the pool and turtle pond are so cool. You might find Ernst Hemingway sitting in a chair smoking his pipe. There were four of us with a small infant and we loved every second.

We loved staying here! The most enjoyable part was walking out everyday and seeing the turtles in the pond swim over to us because they knew we’d give them some food! The koi fish were absolutely beautiful too! The property was beautiful it was like staying on a tropical island!!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our time here! Our unit had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. It is a 20 minute walk downtown or quick Uber ride to many beaches and activities. Lori was very quick to respond to all our questions and needs. She gave us great advice for places to see and restaurants to eat at. The location of the units make you feel like you are in your own little oasis. The pool and hot tub are perfect! It was an extra treat to get to feed the turtles and enjoy the fish! We definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if we come back!

What a real hidden gem! The property grounds are a true tropical paradise. Wonderful pool area and we even had a koi/turtle pond at our doorstep. Accommodations were perfect! Luxury bedding, towels, and even toilet paper. Even though the thought of cooking on vacation never crossed or minds, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. One downfall…. You can hear everything from the unit above. I heard them flushing the toilet all night long. The property is so magical I easily overcame that. This is a fantastic place, I would most definitely stay there again and highly recommend. I give it 5+ rating.

My husband was in town visiting family and this property was perfect. The location, the property grounds, and the cottage were beautiful and well maintained. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, even their dog Grover! We would definitely come back here.

Wonderful Location

We stayed in “ Tropical Paradise “ and everything was as described and we felt at home straight away. Both Lori and Gary were great hosts and very approachable. The gardens and pond are beautiful and helps you relax immediately. It was our first time in Dunedin and everyone one we spoke too loved living there and you can see why

Literal Tropical Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay. The beauty of the property was magnificent! The pool, jacuzzi, the plants and flowers on the property were all just perfect! The little touches like the fish and turtle food placed on the outdoor table for us to feed the fish were evident throughout! We had very good communication with Lori about any questions we had. We had use of beach chairs for the beach. Honeymoon Island Beach was just a short drive away. Our cottage had everything we needed. We will be back again!

Short break with a friend

Excellent communication with the owner. Easy check in (asked if we could check in slightly earlier than usual and we could and did)!. The property is in a little oasis. Very peaceful. Everything in the home is perfect.

We absolutely loved this little oasis. Quiet, very clean, and comfortable. My favorite part was the little turtle. She would be there waiting for breakfast every morning! Owners are super nice and the place is just amazing. Can't wait to be back :)

Amazing place!

We had an amazing stay at this little slice of heaven. The hosts, Lori and Gary have knocked it out of the park! Their attention to detail and care for this beautiful place is absolutely top notch. Can't wait to return to this hidden gem!

To say we loved this place would not do it justice! You can tell that there is a lot of love, care and intension put into the grounds. The landscape is lush, well maintained and envelopes the property. We felt like we were in our own little tropical cacoon. The resident turtle and coi pond was a treat. At night, the lighting creates a cozy atmosphere. The units are clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed. There was a lot of attention to detail and little surprises! The location was close to main Street/downtown. A short drive to beaches. Dunedin provides options for transportation within town. They only thing we would note is that the pool was very cold. But it's November. It was still beautiful to sit around and enjoy. We utilized the hot tub! Can't wait to Return!

A tropical and relaxing place

We had an amazing time in Lori and Gary's home. The apartment was impeccably clean and had everything you might need for a vacation. The owners are working really hard to maintain a luxuriant vegetation, it feels like you are walking in a botanical garden. Wish we had more time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings! We would definitely return!

Simply the Best Get- Away!

Had a wonderful stay in spite of my husband and I not feeling well. Could not of been better surroundings for healing our bodies and souls . This place is quite the oasis and we hope to return. What a place! A hidden gem that is waiting for you. Everything you would want to relax, and enjoy some rest and relaxation. You are close enough to get to town by foot or by bike and the quaint little town with fantastic restaurants, ambience and scenery. A great place - pool, bubbling ponds, hot tub, bikes, and beautiful cottage style accomodations.

can't say enough about this property

I very much enjoyed my stay in Dunedin, FL and this property is most of the reason -- quiet, very (very) well maintained, with a great little pool, koi/turtle pond, big swing. The location is not far from downtown Dunedin, which is a great little city. We walked there, had great little breakfasts and dinner, saw their museum, and (of course) visited the beautiful beaches -- we chose Clearwater Beach over Dunedin Beach; they seemed equidistant. Really recommend for people looking for quiet atmosphere.

It was very nice and cozy but I couldn't enjoy the pool or the jacuzzi because I was too much worrie

Yes I book my trip on VRBO but I had it upstairs downstairs on the unit but when I got there they gave me a unit with a toddler bed and the bed was too small for me but I didn't say anything I just went on with the trip because I was there but they switch my unit because I had a Upstairs Downstairs and I didn't appreciate that

Beautiful and comfortable Accomodations. Even better than advertised.

Being the first renters of this newly constructed cottage unit, we were very impressed with its layout, styling and the thoughtful details that went into making this a turn key rental. Everything needed for our entire one month stay was available and in place. Just fill the fridge and get ready to enjoy the cottage and all of the terrific sites, sounds and tastes of Dunedin. The owners have done an excellent job landscaping their property. Flowers, trees, ponds and pool are well planned for and maintained.
