Our Pink Flamingo is a perfect place for relaxing after a day out and about!

Truly a prime Dunedin location. This adorable home has all of the amenities you need on vacation from hot tub to washer and dryer and an incredible location.



Our Downtown Dunedin vacation rental accommodates 4 guests total with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed and they share a hallway bathroom. You will feel like being at home but certainly on vacation.



This beautiful cottage is equipped with all the necessities for your vacation.



The living room has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and lots of natural light. There is a table that seats 2 guests.



Kitchen offers stovetop, fridge, coffee maker, plenty of cabinet space (no dishwasher).



Beautiful outdoor space with a hot tub!



Settle in for a trip to the Heart of Downtown Dunedin with this comfy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home.



You could not find a better location in the heart of Downtown Dunedin.



There’s always more fun with a Saturday farmers market, festivals, mardi gras, highland games, craft shows, art exhibits, and weekly movies in the park!

We took walks with the dog in the neighborhood, walked around the corner for dinner and drinks, the new shopping area was a very short ride away at the pier. A few blocks away was the great downtown shopping area. Owner was responsive to any questions we had, we both talked about coming back with our respective families in the future.

No dishwasher,air conditioner went out for 3days -they brought in a portable unit that was so loud you couldn’t here the tvThey offered us another h unit in Indian rocks but couldn’t get us a place in Dunedin. I think they made an effort to help but it was a poor vacation for us

When the unexpected AC issue occurred, our team responded promptly by arranging a portable cooling unit and offering an alternative accommodation option in Indian Rocks Beach in an effort to minimize disruption while repairs were being addressed. Unfortunately, availability in the same area was extremely limited at that time. We do want to clarify that the home amenities are represented in the listing, including what is and is not provided. That said, we understand unexpected maintenance issues can impact a vacation experience and appreciate your acknowledgment of our team’s efforts to assist throughout your stay. We truly value the feedback and always strive to support guests as quickly as possible when unforeseen situations arise.

Great location and house. Was great to never worry about parking especially in the amazing downside. Only down side was the rule of not more than 4 people on property. We were in town visiting our in laws and it would have been nice to be able to chat with them in the back yard area even since we always met downtown area for dinner anyways. We would definitely stay again. Our kids love the “pink flamingo”

Great for our small family

My husband and I stayed here for our mini honeymoon with our medium sized dog. Location was great for walking around Dunedin. It seemed that the fence had some damage from the recent hurricane, but it was still safe for our dog to roam freely in the backyard. Hot tub was great too.

what a special little town, and this is the perfect location

absolutely perfect. ok, the beds weren't as comfortable as i prefer, but the house was perfect. with 3 coffee shops within walking distance and even the marina where we took the best boat tour around the area. everything including the hot tub was perfectly accommodating. And it was pet friendly, so i was able to bring my furry member of the family.

The washing machine does not work properly. It is very frustrating to use, sometimes it drains and other times it doesn't and you are left with a load of clothes in soapy water. They said to run it through different cycles to get it to drain which eventually will work but this is not a fix for the problem. The front screen door doesn't close properly, you have to manipulate it to get it to close.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall very nice accommodations but had to purchase bath mats & regular coffee maker. Not much storage space & no fan in shower.
