Bienvenido a 39 Cypress Ave! Para el primero en VRBO, esta casa abre sus puertas esta temporada para los veraneantes. Ubicada en el atractivo vecindario de Sand Hill Cove, esta acogedora casa ofrece un diseño abierto, 5 habitaciones / 2 baños, dos deslizadores y un montón de espacio en la cubierta. En el interior también encontrará un televisor nuevo (no en la foto) con cable y una cocina completamente equipada.

En la parte trasera, encontrará sillas de playa para su uso, una ducha al aire libre cerrada, una cubierta más nueva, una parrilla a gas y muchos asientos al aire libre. Todo esto a solo 5 minutos a pie de la popular playa estatal Roger Wheeler.

Spacious and Cozy at the same time!!

This is our second year here-we love this home!! The backyard, decking and outdoor shower are just the best!! We were wondering what happened to the shrubbery/landscaping in the front of the home but the backyard is just so great!! We love the spaciousness of the bedrooms both up and downstairs! The living room, dining area and kitchen are great as well-the one thing we all noticed is that this lovely home needs normal wear and tear repair in places such as where the the kitchen cabinets are peeling, the outdoor table is chipping and peeling, ceiling needs new painting, etc, just the normal "sprucing up" that every home that is well lived in and well loved needs. Thank-you so much for another great year here!!

great for families

We loved staying here with three generations, including young kids. The deck has an excellent view and you can't beat the short walk to the beach.

Great Rental

This house was exactly what was advertised! Roger Wheeler Beach was a short 5 minute walk, the house was spacious and had lots of recent updates. The two A/C units were are bonus too! A great house for families. Local restaurants, ice cream and Block Island were all within 1-2 miles. A great time!

Spacious Sand Hill Cove Home was indeed...spacious and cozy!!

We loved staying here and hope to come back next year!! The location is perfect and the deck, outdoor shower and yard was a hit with all of us!! So many things beach related are readily available, and we so appreciated the many beach towels, beach wagon to transport our littles as well as the beach chair and umbrella transporter type thing!! As always, Narragansett Properties was spot on and available for our needs (Abbie is simply amazing!!)-all we had to do was text and any concern was addressed so quickly!! To sum it all up, thank-you!!!! We loved our stay!! :)

Never stay here! Dirty and moldy!

The house was filthy upon arrival. The ceiling fans hadn't been dusted in months. The floors and counters were dirty. The dehumidifier smelled and clearly had not been taken care of. The house had black mold in a closet, the garage, and the water filter in the fridge. Unfortunately, we didn't discover the mold in the fridge until several of us had been drinking from it for a few days. This house has clearly not been taken care of over the years. The dishwasher was not installed correctly and we expected it to fall out of its space. And neither of the sliding doors locked. The front door lock was barely functional and the key continuously got stuck. And the outside of the house didn't look much better.

Valerie and her group were patient in allowing us to tend to her concerns. After deciding that a professional crew should be brought in to attend to the home, so a deep cleaning could occur, we worked to find her another rental that was listed well above her original budget that also included an in-ground pool. Narragansett Properties was in constant communication with the renter, and the homeowner graciously provided the funds necessary to rehouse the renter and her family for the remainder of her stay.

Summer friends vacation

The property was everything as described. It was spacious and comfortable. Close to beach, lovely deck, with cool breezes. Enjoyed dinner out there most evenings. Comfortable beds.

Excellent house but no sheets!

This property was excellent for kids as we could walk to the beach. It was big enough for everyone and very comfortable. The only thing we wish had been different is that we had to bring our own sheets. Somehow wrestling sheets onto beds when you first arrive is not really relaxing. Once that was done, it was marvelous!

Great location for family beach vacation.

Lots of room (5 bedrooms) if you need space - best for family with children. Large deck, outside shower for washing off beach sand, open living/dining/kitchen area, fans in every bedroom. Cooling ocean breeze later in the day and evening. And an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Short drive to other beaches and restaurants. Good location for day trips to places like Mystic Ct and Newport. Two things to be aware of before choosing this home: It is rented to URI students during academic year so adjust your expectations of interior finishes and furniture accordingly, and there is a dehumidifier in the lower level that must be emptied manually several times a day. Other than those items, this home worked very well for our family stay. The young boys loved it and the adults enjoyed the deck. It was a good value for us.
