Pier Cottage .5 Mile from the Beach, Includes 2 Beach Passes!

Cute 2 bedroom cottage family owned for over 45 years being offered for the first time for others to enjoy!! Tucked away on a side street just two blocks to the Narraganset Pier, renowned Coast Guard House and less than a mile to the beach. This 800sqft cottage offers 2 queen size beds as well as a full size pull out sofa and can comfortably sleep 6 people. Though it is small is size, it more than makes up for it in charm. The front porch offers beautiful sunset views while the large backyard is prime for cookouts and smore's around the fire pit!

***Linens are included with the rental at no extra charge and include all bedding, bath towels and and a kitchen towel; beach towels are not provided.
***Hand, dish and laundry soaps are provided, other toiletries such and shampoo/conditioner and bath soaps are not.

Perfect in the Pier

Our family had a wonderful visit to Narragansett staying at this cottage. It was a perfect spot for our family to stay for a week to enjoy all that summertime in Narragansett has to offer. Thank you to our hosts for a lovely, comfortable home and a fantastic location!

The location is excellent and the neighborhood is quiet. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk to Narragansett Town Beach. The Coast Guard House, Pier Marketplace and more. The 2 beach passes included are great! Wed would definitely stay at this property again!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, right near the center. The house was exactly as described. It was clean, offered everything you could need and the beach passes were an added plus. We would highly recommend and absolutely stay there again.

The owner was very responsive and helpful. The outdoor shower was spacious and new. We enjoyed sitting on the deck for breakfast and some dinners too. The TV is large and new . Quality towels and bed too.

Excellent all around experience

The house was perfect for my family; a great location, clean and nice outdoor space. The owners were very quick to respond to anything we needed. The kitchen had all the little extras, and it was great to have laundry. We would definitely return!

My family and I enjoyed a truly wonderful week at the Pier Cottage! From the first day of booking, the owner was quick to respond and a delight to communicate with. The cottage was very clean and well decorated, with a lot of charm, and exactly right for our family of four and our pup! The big backyard with blooming flowers was lovely and we all appreciated the roomy and well appointed outdoor shower, The location was excellent, we walked to the beach every day as well as to the pier, the towers, and for coffee, bagels, and dinner most days, plus took our dog for long walks all around the beautiful neighborhood. Our first time at Narragansett Beach and we absolutely loved it! Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the neighborhood. Really quiet and friendly neighbors. Great location close to the beach. 2 beach passes were appreciated. Small home well equipped. A new outdoor grille would make it perfect. Thanks!

Best location and experience

Wonderful and responsive host. Location can’t be beat. House is on a quiet street offering much privacy with the ability to walk to beach, stores and restaurants. House was very clean and felt like a summer retreat. Everything we needed we had. The outdoor shower was clutch to use and is beautifully made. The beach is clean and amazing and all our meals out were excellent! Best stay!!

Fab find in the Pier!

Fantastic! This cute beach cottage was just right for our family of four this summer. The location cannot be beat - short walking distance to all the spots in the Pier we love. We had everything we needed to settle in for two weeks - including a lovely backyard with plenty of outdoor seating. Small dog friendly! Outdoor shower was great! Landscaping is charming!

Perfect Location!

We stayed for a week and couldn't be happier with the property. The location was perfect! Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. We loved Trio, a restaurant less than 5 min walk away. The beaches are great - we especially loved Scarborough beach, which was a short drive or bike ride away from the house. The house itself was very clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, nice yard to sit outside on the deck... the neighborhood was super quiet and peaceful, even though it was so close to the beach area. We loved it here and will definitely come back!

Just Right!!!!!

The property was just right for us, three teens and me and various other visitors. Pluses, nearness to beach, beach passes, super clean, this place has everything you need and I mean everything. We barbecued, had the fire pit going! Super quiet neighborhood. Beds are comphy and I bring my own pillow, w/d wouth detergent! Best place I've ever been. Response from the owner was quick. It was a wonderful time.

The PERFECT Narragansett Getaway!

This property was absolutely perfect for our first trip as a family of 3 (11 month old in tow!). First of all the house was CLEAN; every single inch of it was spotless and we felt so comfortable, much unlike most beach rentals. We were able to walk to the beach, the Coast Guard House, Monihans, Trio, Cool Beans and more! Jim was also beyond accommodating, friendly and on top of it ALL. We enjoyed every minute and wish every rental experience was like Jim's!

FANTASTIC BEACH COTTAGE!

Jim was an absolutely fantastic host and very attentive to our needs. The cottage was clean and neat and had everything we needed and was nice and cool with the AC running when we arrived! We enjoyed having a couple of small fires in the fire pit out back at night and it was a short walk to the beach and fine local restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a getaway in beautiful Narragansett!

Hospitality, cleanliness and so accommodating!

You couldn’t ask for a better property manager! I would like to give this property 5 stars due to the warm welcome, (including beach toys for the kids), the overall cleanliness and special accommodation we really appreciated having. We were grateful to land a last minute rental and Jim couldn’t have been more helpful. There are obviously updates inside and the beds were so comfortable! I gave it four stars, honestly because the outside needs sprucing up. The front porch and back deck need painting. The outside table and umbrella should be replaced and definitely a new grill. One safety feature was no railing on the stairs to the basement where the washer/dryer is. We didn’t use it as we were only there 4 days but had it been 7 it would have been better to have access to it. A small point - a mirror in the second bedroom would have been helpful too. Overall, with a few small changes the property could be a 5 star rental for sure. Thank you Jim!

Excellent value for a beach vacation

This is just the place a family of four needs to be comfortable visiting the beach. Very clean property that has everything needed (full kitchen/washer and dryer) to serve as a home base for vacation. I appreciated that it had a full suite of cooking appliances and pots and pans. However, you will need to bring essentials like coffee, oils, spices, etc., as there weren't many left from prior guests. I'll note that I took a flyer on this place given there was only a three star review before, but fortunately it did not reflect the quality of the property. Overall, the price was very reasonable compared to neighboring properties and it is located in walking distance to everything you need in Narragansett. Very fortunate this place was available given a last minute need and will be looking to book again for future trips.
