De buen gusto y cómodamente amueblado y actualizado en el último año. Crujiente limpio y administrado profesionalmente como una unidad de alquiler a tiempo completo. Te encantará el plano de planta abierto y brillante y te sentirás como en casa cuando llegues. Abra las puertas de su patio y disfrute del maravilloso espacio fresco para tomar un café por la mañana o leer un buen libro. Hemos preparado un montón de pequeños extras como especias, café molido, filtros, cremas, tazas Keurig K, etc. Incluye un rey en el maestro y un doble más un gemelo en el segundo dormitorio (se pueden juntar para que se formen más cerca de una reina; por favor, comuníquelo al propietario). WiFi gratuito, pantallas planas en todas las habitaciones, muchos canales y Rokus en cada TV para que puedas verlos usando tu Netflix u otras suscripciones. Very central location and convenient to everything we needed. Pool was great. Small issue with noise from neighbor above walking around or working out many days in their condo. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great location, Great Condo

Very nice and quiet complex. Location is excellent with many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. Access to the major freeways also very close. Owner was kind and helpful.

All around great rental

The location is as nice as it looks in the photos. Very well kept, modern condo unit in a nice neighborhood, centrally located, with easy parking and access. Would gladly rent again if I ever find myself in Phoenix.

I can't say enough about the condominium! It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, clean, and close to restaurants, shopping, the airport, and tourist attractions. I would definitely stay again. Paula was very accommodating and made sure everything was ready for us when we arrived. The pool is wonderful, too!!

This is the second year in a row we've stayed here, and enjoyed it thoroughly, once again. The location is terrific--close to shopping, restaurants, etc. The pool and fitness center are real assets. Paula, the host, was very responsive to all of our needs. We'll be coming again.

Great location

The pool area was amazing. Walking distance to Safeway and other restaurants. The only suggestion I have is more towels. There was only the decorative ones in the bathroom with a few pool towels.

Perfect!

This condo was the perfect rental for us. It was spotless which is always number one on my list. The location was great. The condo was well stocked - we had everything we needed. Safeway was just outside the gate which was very convenient. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio, many walks around the area and just being lazy by the pool. The grounds are beautiful just like a resort. Just can't say enough about our experience - we highly recommend this property and would rent it again.

Couldn’t be happier! Spacious. Great location in the development close to pool. Enjoyed the outdoor deck and comfy couch in living room. We ate in so appreciated kitchen. More food staples and pans would have been nice but we made due with the salt and pepper. Laundry was handy. Work out facility was great. Soooo quiet and clean! Rooms were spacious. Beds were a little hard but nice bedding. Great location near amenities and hiking. Owner was so gracious. Would highly recommend to all ages and two to six guests. Highly recommend and would come back.Thanks!

Spacious Condo in Resort Setting

Paula’s condo allowed us to be self-sufficient for 2 weeks in her very clean, spacious unit yet it felt like we were staying at a luxury resort. We spent hours on the large shady, quiet balcony complete with area mats & wicker furniture. In her well stocked kitchen, we were able to cook many meals with easy access to a grocery store next door & bbqs nearby. The pool was only steps away and often empty of others. There’s even a washer & dryer within her unit. Paula is the ultimate host who responded quickly to our inquiries (from restaurants to walking tour suggestions) and thoughtfully provided many extras from tv tables to bathtub nonslip mats. Next time we’re in Phoenix we will definitely return to one of Paula’s properties.

Quality Is The Operative Word

This place is fantastic. I stayed here with two friends and used it as a base to attend two Diamondbacks games. We are all in our mid-seventies and we appreciate amenities. Well, we had that here. Coffee on the balcony in the morning, extremely comfortable beds, TV in every room, close to restaurants, extremely clean---this place has it all. And, our host, Paula, was gracious and willing to go out of her way to help us enjoy our time in Phoenix. This condo is a winner. Here's one note---we were not able to open the vertical blinds in the smaller bedroom. That was certainly not a big problem. This rental is a winner.

Second time staying

This was our second time staying at this location. It is by far the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. If I could give this a 1000/10 I would. It is in a perfect location close to hikes, downtown, restaurants and walking distance to a grocery store. Whenever we go to Phoenix we will always stay here!

Checked all the boxes for our kick off to summer 22 vacation

This was a great central location to all the areas we visited in Phoenix on our start to summer vacation! The pool was amazing temperature, size and very close to the unit. We dined at a great restaurant and shopped at Safeway that are walking distance from the unit. We enjoyed the fashion show mall not far from this location and caught a baseball game at Chase field. We also visited friends that live in Chandler. This location worked great! The check in process was easy and the unit had smart tvs in each room, plenty of towels and was clean.

Definitely Going Back!

This was my first time staying in a VRBO and felt I was pretty picky choosing a property. This location was perfect for my needs. All you need is really within walking distance from the unit. The Meridian condo community had nice amenities and I especially loved the pool area. Neighbors were friendly. I loved having the parking underground out of the hot sun. The condo itself was well appointed and Paula even shipped me a few items that were needed during my stay. Paula was responsive to my needs during my stay. It is a second story unit and I had a renter above me who I could hear walking the floors. But it wasn't a big deal to me for a temporary stay. The unit was clean. I loved the location of the unit in comparison to the elevator and the stairs to go to the pool. I was able to unpack and not live out of my suitcase with great closets to put things away in during my stay. The master bedroom is definitely warmer than the rear of the condo. I love to be cold but remedied this with a fan from the closet. For most people, I think the temps will be just fine. I booked my next stay already and am looking forward to my next return to the area.

Safeway within walking distance. We didn’t spend much time inside the condo, but can say it was clean and a very easy process. We weren’t able to get the fireplace to work, other than that the overall process was smooth. Garage parking was a plus.

You can walk through secured pedestrian gates back and forth to a large shopping center with grocery, diverse restaurants, salons and other shops or you may alternately select another pedestrian gate that goes directly into the Arizona Biltmore Estates. We are a part of the Arizona Biltmore Estates Association and as such, are part of a larger community of subdivisions and businesses that flank the famous Waldorf Astoria Arizona Biltmore Hotel and the adjacent Arizona Biltmore Golf Course. Quiet and demure, you'll love this property and yet be in the heart of it all. Garage parking makes for a dream during our hot summers, by the way.
