¡Entra al parque desde tu puerta! La hermosa cabaña nueva en el límite del Parque Nacional Zion te brinda la posibilidad de acceder al Camino del Borde Este, al Punto de Observación y a los senderos de conexión a pie. Cinco minutos a pie de los senderos de Zion; 15 minutos en coche de la entrada este de Zion Park.

Plano de planta abierto con 2 dormitorios, loft y 2. 5 baños; Cocina totalmente equipada (trae tu propia comida ;-). Cama tamaño queen en la suite principal, cama queen en el dormitorio de la planta baja, 2 camas individuales, 1 litera y futón doble en el desván. duerme 9. Lavadora / secadora, chimenea a gas, acceso a Internet de alta velocidad, colección de discos Blu-ray con dos reproductores Blu-ray; 5. 1 sistema de cine en casa y dos televisores de pantalla plana. Áreas de estar en la gran sala y loft de arriba. Cubierta envolvente de 600 pies cuadrados con vista a la puesta de sol. La parrilla de gas, la parrilla de gas y los asientos al aire libre le permiten relajarse y ver a las estrellas salir con la cena y una copa de vino.

Ubicado en Zion Ponderosa Ranch & Resort (denominado Top 6 Adventure Resort en la nación) con acceso a servicios como piscina y jacuzzi, mini golf, excursiones en quads, trampolín, paintball, minigolf, paseos a caballo, escalada en roca Muro, cancha de básquetbol, cancha de tenis, tirolina y visitas guiadas; ¡Todo a 5 minutos en auto desde la puerta de tu casa! Tanto si te gustan las aventuras de núcleo duro, como si estás de ánimo para descansar y relajarte en medio de un paisaje espectacular, esta cabaña te ofrece todas las comodidades del hogar en la ubicación perfecta.

NOTA ESPECIAL: nuestro camino de grava no es arado. Durante la temporada baja (de mediados de noviembre a mediados de marzo) puede ser difícil o imposible navegar en función de las nevadas, incluso con 4WD y un vehículo de alto despeje. Además, a medida que la nieve se derrite crea un lodo muy resbaladizo. ¡Es importante estar al tanto de las condiciones climáticas al hacer planes para esta época del año! Debido a que las condiciones climáticas a veces son impredecibles, permitimos cancelaciones / reembolsos hasta el día de su viaje DURANTE LA TEMPORADA DE DESCUENTO debido a las condiciones climáticas.

Lovely cabin close to the Eastern Rim of Zion with two trailheads- that have shuttles available from the local resort just down the hill from the cabin. full kitchen and coffee makers/blenders, fridge, and washer/dryer. Nice two bedrooms on the main level and a loft for the kids- which our two littles enjoyed. There was plenty of information about the surrounding area and maps even at the cabin to plan your activites. We would love to stay here again, we were limited by some rain/snow with our adventures, but really enjoyed the serene quiet- and dark skies for star gazing right at the cabin. It was a welcome retreat from the busy springdale/zion crowds down in the canyon. The road up from the resort was well managed with our 2 wheel drive rental toyota suv, but could see if it had snowed would have been difficult without 4wd.

Absolutely Perfect for a Peaceful Family Vacation!

This vacation home is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with no shortage of outdoor activities! We spent a day exploring Zion National park and another day hiking the amazing trails close by. We were given so much wonderful information from our hosts and it was amazing! I cannot say enough about this wonderful home and the owners!

Wonderful stay!

We had the best time staying at Tim's property! Loved the seclusion and the beauty! Spending our evenings on the porch was so nice and when it's clear out, the stars are amazing! The house was super clean and has every amenity you can think of. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again!

Great property with close access to Zion & Bryce

Everything we needed for our stay. The owners were quick to answer questions and made check-in and check-out very easy. The house was very clean and you can walk to some trails in Zion from the house. Highly recommend.

The "cabin" was amazing--clean, up-to-date, well-stocked, spacious. Communication was amazing. It was the perfect place to unplug, enjoy Zion, and connect with others.

Beautiful house on the East side of Zion

Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful home! It was clean, very well maintained and well stocked. Tim & Jenn are great hosts, easy to communicate with and thoughtful. The house is a little bit of drive to get into the main portion of Zion so plan accordingly(!) but the house setting is quiet and very peaceful.

Since we are situated on the eastern park boundary, we are indeed a bit removed from the "main," busiest area of the park - ideal for when you want to simply hike into the park from your doorstep. :-) It is, however, important to plan ahead for drive time when needed! Just a few small things

Cabin was just as described. Very clean.I would only cite a few things.There was not a box of tissues in the entire house.There is not a comfy couch for everyone to watch DVDS or TV.The road is dirt and when it rains it is so muddy.Definitely, we could not have made it in and out without 4 wheel drive.

Guests chose to book our cabin knowing full well that our roads are unpaved. Additionally, we ALSO let them know ahead of time that temporary road work in our neighborhood has made road conditions a little rougher than normal. This is outside our control, and was communicated ahead of time. Regarding the furniture, we have chosen seating pieces that are smaller so as not to impede the flow of foot traffic, yet still quite comfortable. We are working to design a few custom pieces that will combine comfort with size requirements for the future. We generally have a very positive experience with our guests, but unfortunately this group left red wine spilled all over the counter and dripping into the drawers and cabinets, as well as spills left to stain the deck. Not a very positive experience, unfortunately.

Incredible Property

My friends and I had an incredible cabin experience just feet from Zion National Park!!! The cabin was fully stocked with essentials and it was obvious that the owners took very good care of the property. I'd like to add that the owners are very knowledgeable of the area and updated us on much needed Zion Park information. would definitely stay here again!!!

Nice place near the East Entrance of Zion. Owners were responsive and knowledgeable about the area and provided great insight on things to do in the area. Overall, excellent.

Family getaway Zion National Park

Jenn & Tim were awesome to work with. There home is in the prefect location to explore Zion, yet stay in a private retreat away from the hustle and bustle. They were able to quickly answer any questions that came up before or during our stay. We've stayed in multiple VRBO's and this one by far was the best experience all around! If you're thinking about exploring Zion with your family, you must stay Here!

Beautiful luxurious and quiet place

Wonderful house, in perfect condition - see pictures. Very quiet area, but still close to Zion with hiking options starting right from the front door. The hosts are great and they do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, I would say. Full 5 stars.

Amazing family secluded cabin!

If you are looking for a secluded family getaway cabin this is the place for you! The cabin is tucked away in the wilderness, but yet close enough to Zion National Park. The home was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The owners were great with communications before and during our stay. The cabin has every amenity that you can imagine. We will definitely rent this cabin again when we return to Zion!

We LOVE Zion! We have been exploring this area for over 20 years now, and consider ourselves very fortunate to be able to split our time between here and WA state. When we built a home here, we designed it with our ideal adventure base in mind. Since hiking and exploring are some of our passions, we chose a location where we could get to the trails without having to wait for crowded entrance lines or shuttles. It gives us joy to be able to share a place that we love with others!

It's the perfect spot! Right on the border of the Park. Away from the crowds, but with easy access to all the amenities in the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort.

Peaceful, quiet setting within walking distance of some of the Park's most amazing trails. Easy access 15 minute drive to Zion National Park's much less-crowded east entrance. Short drive to a multitude of resort amenities like horseback riding, climbing wall, zip-line, Jeep tours, rappelling, resort-style pools & hot tubs, 4 wheelers, guided tours, basketball, restaurant, etc., five minutes away.
