The Guest Cottage está situado en la muy popular zona de Shore Drive en Myrtle Beach y es una cabaña independiente y espaciosa con los beneficios de un entorno complejo pero con la privacidad de una casa. Las cabañas de huéspedes están ubicadas muy cerca de la playa, a unos 150 metros de la playa, y con la unidad cerca de la carretera, se puede caminar hasta la playa. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, TV y baño completo, el dormitorio dos (2) tiene una cama king size, TV y un baño Jack y Jill, el dormitorio tres (3) tiene una cama queen size, TV y un completo cuarto de baño y dormitorio cuatro (4) tiene dos (2) camas gemelas, TV, y parte del baño Jack y Jill, sala de estar con TV, comedor, cocina completamente equipada y un balcón frontal y posterior, y debajo de los columpios del porche y mesa de picnic. La unidad también tiene una lavadora y secadora grandes.

El Guest Cottages cuenta con piscinas al aire libre.

The Guest Cottages NO PERMITE motocicletas, remolques, carritos de golf o mascotas en las instalaciones. Estos serán remolcados a los propietarios de motocicletas, remolques, carritos de golf, etc., y se les pedirá que desalojen la propiedad sin reembolso.

Spectacular stay

We have been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for over 30 years and adore this location. It’s between North Myrtle and Myrtle. Everything is minutes away by car. My wife and wanted a family vacation and as luck would have it everyone was able to take the same week off. Our grandkids range from 10 to 2 years old and this house was perfect for all of us (10). Plenty of common area and the kitchen and dining area was spacious and perfect for everyone to sit and enjoy meals. The bedrooms all have attached bathrooms (3). Underneath the house is parking for 3 vehicles and plenty of room to sit and relax on the outdoor furniture. The owner provided some beach equipment which made it easy to load up the family and walk the 1/2 block to the beach. This location is amazing, you have restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk and entertainment on the beach at Ocean Annies.The owner (Marcia) was very helpful and answered all our questions (via) text within minutes. She also responded to our phone calls and emails prior to the visit. Upon arrival we were blown away by how modern the design and how clean the entire house was, the pictures don’t do it justice . this place makes planning the next vacation easy.

Amazing Guest Cottage!

We have been staying in the Guest Cottages since they were built. This one is amazing! It has undergone a fabulous renovation and has everything you need. The host is very communicative and available if you have questions. We will definitely stay again!!

Great Accommodations

We have stayed in the Guest Cottage area many times. GC85 is the best experience we've had to date. The renovations and improvements were tasteful and accommodating. Would highly recommend this property. The owner was very easy to deal with, would not hesitate to rent here again. Thank You for a great vacation.

Beautiful beach cottage

This 4 bedroom / 3 bath beach cottage was very spacious and in an ideal location. Amenities were great too.

New favorite

Loved the layout of the cottage. Big living room with an island to make your sandwiches or set up for meal preparations. Plenty of space for 8-10 people to hang out out together. Then if you wanted privacy each bedroom was in a corner. Great space for our two kids and then 6 adults. Location to the beach was very practical. We had some senior adults in late 70’s that could make the easy short walk to the beach and back. Short drives to anything, but never a hard drive. The manager was very accessible and provided timely information. Highly recommend trying this location for a great accommodating vacation.

Great Place and Location

Our stay at this beach cottage was perfect. We are four golfers who come to Myrtle Beach every year and struggled with places to stay. This place was one of the best we’ve stayed at. Description was very accurate but the place is much nicer than the pictures. Beds were comfortable and everything that we needed was there for us. Talked directly with the property owner as well prior to our arrival and she was awesome as well. Highly recommend this place and owner.

Family Beach Vacation

This property was perfect for our family of eight. Adults, teens and child were all every satisfied with the accommodations. Also, the short distance to the beach , pool, major attractions and restaurants was awesome.

Great vacation rental for our family

This was a great place for our family. Grown children and our grandbaby. We loved the large living space and the four bedrooms in the four corners off the living space. We were happy to have a nice washer and dryer to use while there. The galley kitchen was a little small but we only cooked breakfast and lunch there so it was fine. We will definitely rent this again next time we travel to Myrtle Beach

Annual Golf Trip

The four of us decided to rent a house this year instead of staying at a resort, it was a very comfortable place, close to activities and was a great place to kick back after a round of Golf. The layout was great and having the center gathering area was nice. We would stay there again.

Wonderful week

Property was just wonderful. Close to everything we wanted to do. Layout gave privacy and center gathering space. Space under house great in the mornings while others still asleep. About one block from beach. Definitely want to stay here again.

Spacious Stay at the Cottage

Our stay was spacious and quiet. It was our first time to Myrtle Beach and we really enjoyed our stay here. In the middle of May it was quiet and not crowded. Our complaints are the pools, the rooms being ready on time and the dryer working. The pools are confusing because there aren’t any signs telling you which one you can go in. The pool that was directly under our balcony was not for our use. However, the owner gave us a map of the pool areas and there are three we could use, though one was being repaired our whole stay. The dryer was broken when we arrived. The owners apologized and sent a repair man, but he was unable to fix it. We understand things happen, but one of our guests relied on the washer and dryer due to another trip right after this stay. We drove over 10 hours and we’re hoping that the cottage would be ready early. We asked and understood that it wasn’t available yet. After check-in the owners were still there getting the place ready. They explained it was due to their cleaning lady not working on that day. Overall, we loved the place and had a great stay. Every room has very nice beach decor. The kitchen is stocked with kitchen appliances, dishes and silverware. The activity space outside is a perfect sitting area with multiple chairs with stringed lights. We would recommend this place for your Myrtle Beach stay.

Myrtle Beach 2020

Second trip to the Guest Cottages, first time at this unit. We were all disappointed with our accommodations. When we arrived, two of the bathrooms had maybe two squares of Toilet tissue. The coffee pot had old grounds with mold in it. The sheets on the beds were worn out to the point they wouldn’t stay on the bed. The cottage seemed run down and not very clean. I don’t mind buying supplies, but when there is hardly any paper goods to start with its frustrating especially when traveling all day in airports and then having to hit the grocery immediately. Great location and floor plan. The owner needs to put some TLC into this unit.

Great location!!

The listing was as described and very comfortable for our group. It was a short walk to the beach from the cottage. Marcie was a great host and promptly answered any questions we had. No complaints.

Best cottage

My family has been vacationing in Myrtle Beach for over 40 years. We’ve stayed in one of the cottages for most of those years. This is by far the best cottage we’ve rented. Extremely clean, owner goes the extra mile to provide sheets and towels, and the updated decor is “beachy” without being over the top and tacky like so many of the others. The only downside is that the bedrooms are carpeted (this bothered everyone in our group), but the quality of this cottage far outweighs that little hiccup. Highly recommend!

Great Beach Cottage

The cottage was perfect, owner was very receptive to questions. Only issue is that we were swimming in the wrong pool that is behind the cottage. Also owner has a gas grill and we brought charcoal. I loved the layout of the cottage, we can see all the rooms in the main room. We were walking distance to the beach, stores, and bar and grill with live music. It was a great time.

Fantastic Setting for Family Get Away

Our extended family (7 people) had plenty of room in our cottage. We had room for more! The cottage was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed having outside areas down stairs and with a front and back porch. The short walk to the beach was great! Shore Drive had everything we needed and we never had to leave the area. Marcia was excellent to work with and quickly responded to our questions. I would highly recommend Guest Cottage 85 G.

A Great place to stay

This was a great cottage - clean, nicely furnished, and housing features were great. The locale was very near the beach and had access to several pools within the cottage properties. Working with the owner of the property was very professional. She was very responsive and answered all questions all questions. A real positive experience

Absolutely wonderful

Everything and more! The kitchen is truly well stocked-- crock pot, baking sheets, multiple pans, silverware, dishes, coffee pot, toaster Truly nothing lacking. Beds comfortable. Linens and towels provided. Great wifi and smart TVs with cable access. Five minute walk max to beach. Quiet end of Myrtle so definitely a plus for us. Convenient grocery store and fruit/ ice stand. Thank you so much for a wonderful week.
