Tarda 1 minuto y 20 segundos para caminar desde nuestra primera puerta delantera de piso a la playa. TOMA SOLO 20 SEGUNDOS PARA CAMINAR A SU COCHE ESTACIONADO BAJO NUESTRO CONDOMINIO. NO PUEDES ENCONTRAR UN ACCESO MÁS CERCANO A "AMBOS" EN OTRA PARTE DE OTRA PARTE EN MYRTLE BEACH !!!!
Shore Drive es un destino orientado a la familia muy popular. Shore Drive es una calle sin salida que no atraviesa el tráfico. Nuestro condominio junto al océano se encuentra en el primer piso con un cómodo acceso a la playa y al estacionamiento cubierto. Nuestro condominio está amueblado con colores brillantes y está recién pintado. Las sillas del salón y el sofá están tapizados para su comodidad. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para seis personas cómodamente y hay dos taburetes en la barra / mostrador. No se permiten mascotas.

¡¡BUENA UBICACIÓN!! Pelican's Landing está convenientemente ubicado entre Myrtle Beach y North Myrtle Beach, cerca de la nueva autopista 22 a Conway y la autopista 31 Bypass. Estamos entre Barefoot Landing y Broadway at the Beach, las dos atracciones familiares más grandes. Varios de los 100 campos de golf están cerca. Dentro de nuestro vecindario, puedes acceder a Super Wal Mart 24/7, a Kroger Grocery 24/7, al centro comercial Tanger Outlet, al campo de golf Arcadian, a la discoteca 2001 y a Restaurant Row, evitando el tráfico de la autopista 17.

Puede caminar por la playa a una corta distancia al sur de nuestro condominio hasta el Ocean Annie's Beach Club y disfrutar de su popular bar y banda frente al mar y 2 restaurantes. O bien, puede caminar una corta distancia hacia el norte hasta el muelle de pesca Apache, que es el muelle de pesca de madera más largo de la costa sureste. Además de caminar en el muelle o pescar, sus hijos pueden jugar juegos en su galería. También hay un bonito restaurante frente al mar.

Fun in the sun with family

Brian and Candice thank you again for a fun filled family vacation! We had a great time staying in your place again (our 3rd year in a row)! This condo has everything we need for our family. The location is great. Close to the beach (with a life guard at the public access) and pool. The elevator is helpful when loading/unloading cars, groceries, and all the stuff we take down to the beach. Love having our own washer/dryer. The kitchen is stocked with the necessity…plates, cups, pans, utensils, toaster, coffee pot, etc. The furniture in the living room is comfortable and we love the reclining couch! We did have an issue with the living room TV. I contacted the owners and they responded to me quickly. After Spectrum cable came we found out the tv wasn’t working. The owners were quick to remedy the problem. We will be back again!

Very nice beach stay for a fair price

Brian was great to rent from. Easy renting and check in process. Place is very nice and perfect for 4-6 person groups. Literally a 2 minute walk to beach and pool from the door. Will be renting here in the future!

Brian and Candace have done an amazing job updating their unit. As soon as we walked in it felt cozy and welcoming. Everything you need was available for us. The custom master shower was amazing! Great location and less than a minute walk to the beach with easy elevator access. Would highly recommend.

Mr. & Mrs. Watts always look for ways to improve their property and make it stand out. Their recent purchases in 2024 put smiles on the faces of our family, new appliances and furniture in the LV were immediately noticed and appreciated. Great place to stay in the Shore Drive area of MB. They are always looking for ways to improve their property to make you never want to leave.

Summer Fun

We had a great time staying at this condo! This was our second time staying here for our family vacation. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Cathy does a great job taking care of their place. It has all of the essentials in the kitchen. I believe they put in a newer refrigerator. There were garbage bags, paper towels, hand soap and dish soap supplied. All the bathrooms had hand soap and towels in them ready for us to use. We were so happy to see that they updated the living room couch and chairs from last year. They were so comfortable and easy to get out of unlike the old furniture. This condo fit our family of 4 plus my In-Laws comfortably. Brian and Candice were easy to get in touch with throughout the process of renting and if we had a question during our stay. We will definitely rent from them again!

Steps to the beach.

Our family had a great time. We loved that the condo property was on the beach. The kids loved the pool and beach. The property had everything you need. Parking was under the building. One flight up the stairs to the condo. There is also an elevator for bringing suitcases up. We enjoyed our stay here and would book again next time.

Sometimes it’s the little things we appreciate the most. This place had all the little details and more…cute notes around the house with helpful tips, an extra fan in the master bedroom, elevator, carts for hauling luggage and beach gear back and forth. Quiet and friendly location away from the crowds. Kids said 10 out of 10!

Great location and stay

Very spacious condo with a screened in porch and an unscreened porch. A short distance to water’s edge was perfect for kids and older generation. The pool was often crowded but spacious enough for a quick dip. Loved staying at this condo. Only suggestion would be blackout curtains in the front queen bedroom.

The property was nice but definitely needs some upgrades. Biggest complaint was the bed in the master bedroom. Worst mattress I have ever slept on. My husband and I both had back pain all week. The master bath shower was very small and problematic if you are short. Beach chairs, once opened, would not close properly. I had to wipe down the dishwasher handle, outside of one cabinet and some countertops because they were sticky. And I did not catch when booking that the laundry room was separate from the main living area. Overall, not bad and did the job. But many things would have made the stay nicer.

The owners have you covered with all the details you could ask for. This was our third time at this property and they consistently exceed our expectations. The facility made a much needed switch in providing shopping carts(heavy duty plastic) to replace the rusty chrome finished luggage cart you would find at a hotel. Great detail to support the customer to help convince us that we are ready to go back.

We had a great time staying at this 1st floor condo. Check in was so easy and convenient. We didn’t have to stop at a rental company. Went straight to the condo and we were in at 3:00pm. The kitchen was very well stocked with all kinds of cooking supplies. We loved the complimentary coffee that the owners leave for the guests! The beds were comfortable enough, the rooms are of decent size, there are plastic hangers in all the bedroom closets, power strips/ extension cords to most of the outlets that are blocked by furniture and I really loved that each bedroom had a fan in it (for those of us with hot flashes :) The washer and dryer are in great condition and I could t get over how deep the washer is! The only thing I would give a negative to was the chairs in the living room are a little hard to get in and out of. Other than that we have a great week staying at this condo. We would definitely rent your condo again Brian!

Family experience

Myself and my family had a great time at your location. The kids enjoyed the beach and swimming at the pool. We all enjoyed being to down to south myrtle at the boardwalk. Good location to food and places to have fun. Thank you again for letting my family use your place.

We have owned this condo since new -- 40 years ago this year. Our adult children grew up with vacations here and now their children are reaping the benefits today as well. Now we enjoy our vacations with our children and grandchildren. We are retired and enjoy family get-togethers, traveling and visiting our other vacation property at Jefferson Landing Club, Jefferson, NC off the Blue Ridge parkway in the mountains.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We bought Pelican's Landing because it is on a dead end street with no flow through traffic. It is situated directly in the center of the Grand Strand halfway between all major tourist sites and destinations. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths so that you can bring grandma, grandpa, mom, dad and the kids. The entire neighborhood is well kept with no dilapidated buildings. You can access a Kroger 24/7 grocery store and a Wal Mart supercenter 24/7 without having to get on the highly traveled business highway 17.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Most importantly, we are consistently blessed with one of the largest ocean front beach areas on the Grand Strand. Your use and the close proximity of our amenities are understated benefits for our condo.
Our building is oceanfront, but our condo is not facing the ocean -- it is on the side of the building with limited ocean views, and this is why it is called oceanside. A limited view of the ocean from bedroom on the north side and a view of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony on the south side of the building. We are on the first floor with a very short walk to the beach. It takes 1 minute and 30 seconds to walk to the beach from our front door. It takes about 20 seconds to get to your car. You can park your car directly beneath the condo and walk up the steps directly to our unit. As opposed to parking a far away and taking an elevator to the 12th floor when the kids are through playing with it. Can you imagine carrying your luggage, groceries and beach stuff these distances? A quarter of a mile walk north is the longest wooden fishing pier in the southeast. Four properties south of us is Ocean Annies, an outdoor bar and band on the beach for you adults. Also, there are two ocean front restaurants at the same location. Across the street is a convenience store, shops, restaurants and FLIP FLOP'S BAR. Our condo complex has a low-density population. It is a four-story building ocean front and 3 story buildings across the street (not a 25 story). You can actually find a vacant chaise lounge by the oceanfront pool or second pool across the street and have some elbow room by the pool and on the beach.
