Nice value for the money. A lot of activities to do at the resort. I will mention that the peddleboats, bowling alley and water park are a additonal cost.

We loved it

We did love our stay. We ended up getting a renovated room which was a great surprise. Only thing that I was disappointed with was that the pizza place and the bistro were closed due to renovations. We would have liked a courtesy call letting us know. Also the mini fridge in our room did not get very cold. And the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. Other than that it was great.

My wife and I were attending at FABTECH 2024, this place was near and it was a great experience to stay at Westlakes. We also enjoy the food and a market that they offer there, it was good

The stay was great, check in was easy, all the staff were so pleasant. There were so many things to do on property, we didn’t even have to leave. We did go to universal and it was so close and convenient.

Safe Home away from home

This was a beautiful location that was located halfway between Universal Studios and Walt Disney World on Turkey lake Rd. The location truly makes it wonderful and easy to access the parks and any attractions that you're looking to be at in Orlando. One thing that I did find out is that during the hurricane they are right next door to a hospital and they are on the hospital's power grid which is very protected and safe they also have access to four generators. Even though the restaurants and convenience store at the hotel we're running on minimal hours and a limited menu it was great to have a place to grab hot food rather than being confined to your room. The rooms were Immaculate the check-in process was easy I would highly recommend using verbo to book a stay at any of the Westgate lakes or Westgate properties that way you do not have to do a timeshare presentation but can still enjoy the facilities and have beautiful accommodations!

Awesome girls weekend!

It was really nice with lots to do! It was overwhelming at first, but once we got our bearings, the resort was amazing! It's like being on a cruise on land! Definitely will be back with rest of the family! We had an issue with our ac when we checked in, but it was resolved within an hour of calling them. Had no other issues after that with it. Definitely would recommend.

Good stay... terrible parking

Everything was as advertised. It would be nice if the stay would come with a parking space. I had to park in the garage after looking for a spot for a hour. Then i had to carry everything to my room from there. Evryone should get one parking spot and the extra vehicles should park in the garage...... period

Convenient close to everything

I enjoyed my stay at Westgate Lakes. The jacuzzi was great because it was kind of cold when I was there so I stood in and took advantage of the jacuzzi. I thought I lost my wallet but I found it in my rental. Security went above and beyond to make sure I didn't drop it on the property. They took the time look at the cameras to help trace my steps. It was a great stay and I would stay there again.

Non-working essentials.

45+ minute check-in line, no A/C, no hot water, inop ceiling fan, no lock on sliding door. Had nice parking, friendly parking gate attendant, nice furnishings.

Great but...

It would have been a perfect stay had we not had to listen to the high lift and construction work at bldg 2600. The continuous beeping of the lift all day long from 730 am to 700 pm wasnt good.

Nicely kept facility. This unit was on the ground floor which made for easy access. Close to the convention center where we had our meeting. Would stay there again.

You Get What You Pay For

1. It took at least an hour to check-in 2. People loud all hours of the night. Couldn't sleep until around 1 to 2 am 3. Couldn't enjoy the pool or hot tub (too many people). I guess that's not the resorts fault. 4. Ice machine didn't work. Had to go to a different building unit to get ice. 5. Restaurants in the resort had a 3 hour waiting list. I guess if I had to say something good about this place, it's a cheap place to lay your head and get a shower, although I'm not really sure if some of the bed linens were changed, as there was hair in the bed before we even laid down.

This was a very nice condo. Owner was very nice and all was well!

Very nice end unit. Very clean and stocked well. Wish we had restock of towels during the stay but otherwise bed was awsome and shower was very roomy
