La propiedad está completamente amueblada con muebles actualizados, ropa de cama y electrodomésticos de cocina. Really great little place! Restaurants and beach within easy walk, clean, comfortably furnished. Good communication with the owner, instructions very clear. We prefer a simply decorated space with focus on comfort of guests and this delivered! Bookshelf in the living room with games and books was a nice touch. Only complaint is they need a tea pot!

Property felt safe, everything was exactly as stated. Location was fantastic to be close to everything absolutely needed or wanting to explore. Communication was fantastic and they even were kind enough to add extra time to our stay due to poor weather. Highly recommend.

Great Host!!! Responds promptly! Condo convenient to grocery store, our favorite restaurants and our favorite destinations. The condo is roomy, clean, has everything we need for our short weekend!

Visited for Neptune Festival

We were very impressed with this property. It had ample parking. Handicap access ramp. The unit was clean and ready for our stay. It was a quick walk to the boardwalk and centrally located with shopping and places to eat close by. We would definately rent this property again if we visit here in the future.

Close to the beach with a pool

Great location close to the beach and boardwalk with its own pool. Clean apartment with room enough for 5. King bed in one room and full & twin bunk beds in other. Very cute and clean. Right in front of grocery store which makes it easy to get essentials. You have to bring your own towels and sheets, but wasn’t a big deal. Excellent owners and communication.

I’d stay here again

Very clean and comfortable two bedroom condo. Grocery store 1/2 block away. The boardwalk/beach about 2 blocks away. Ideal location in a quiet neighborhood. The convenience of shopping for and cooking the bulk of our meals at the condo was a big money saver, especially with prices of eating and drinking out. I would stay at this property again because of the great communication with the owner, the location, the condo amenities and easy access to the beach and shopping.

Easter Break

Property is just as listed. Very clean. Location is a very easy walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. Close to many attractions, such as aquarium and outlet mall. Owner was great at communicating prior to check in. No issues at all and would definitely stay here again.

Great visit

First visit to VA Beach and we were very pleased with the property and the area. Was quiet and private, even on the ground floor. Kid friendly with beach toys, booster seat, books and games. Building lobby had a funky smell and kitchen was tight with minimal storage, but did the trick for a few days!!

Excellent stay

We love our stay in Virginia Beach. The condo is just perfect for our family. Kevin and Stacie our excellent host. They promptly respond to messages and even incentivize returning customers.The condo is convenient to lots of locations and is always clean and the perfect size for our family. This was our second stay, and we will be returning many more times. We were in Virginia Beach for a wrestling tournament.

Beautiful Place in a Great Location

Very convenient to everything. We were there in the winter, but if you wanted to go to the beach, very accessible. Place was very comfortable. Good restaurants in easy walking distance.

Cozy family getaway

Our family was very pleased with this condo. It was very close to the beach, and the trolley stop. Everyone we encountered in the building was very friendly. We have no complaints.

Very nice condo

Condo was so nice, just as listed. Close to beach and boardwalk. It is located on first floor with easy access to pool! It was perfect for my grandson and I! Would differently rent again!

Perfect family beach vacation spot!

Kevin’s place was perfect for our family! We traveled to the area for our daughter’s dance competition but we also had some time to enjoy the beach too which was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing condo with a great location!

The property is on the first floor and very close to the pool. The balcony was so appreciated as we hung our wet bathing suits and towels out there on a drying rack. We felt very safe both at the condo and walking around Virginia Beach. Loved having Harris Teeter so close. Beach was a 4 minute walk away. Water tasted great. Beds were all comfortable. We did bring blackout curtains for both bedrooms and just swapped them for the curtains that were there during our stay and that helped keep our rooms cool during the day and also helped us sleep in. Kitchen was very well stocked but would benefit from a pizza cutter. Baking pans are stored in the oven so check before preheating! Air conditioning worked great, water pressure was fine even with both showers being used. We loved having a washer and dryer. We rented our linens from Washed- we rented one king sheet set, one full sheet set and one twin sheet set plus four sets of towels (each set was one bath towel, one hand towel and one washcloth) and the total was $88 for the week (they delivered and picked up!). We thought that was super reasonable and it definitely saved packing space. All in all, we deemed this one of the best condos we have stayed in and would definitely return! Highly recommend!

Nice place!

I haven’t been to Virginia Beach in 25 yrs. This location was perfect as it’s close to everything but set back in a quiet area. Communication with the owner was seamless, as was our check-in procedure. We had traveled overnight and arrived early. The owner allowed us to use the parking pass and head to the beach. We were notified as soon as the place was clean and ready to go. Great experience!
