Virginia Beach Retreat was exceptional! The property is well cared for and well stocked with all the essentials. We cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner while there and never needed anything the kitchen didn’t have. A great location too. Boardwalk and beach are just steps away and easy to access. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes again!

The Virginia Beach Retreat was a 10! The home was extremely warm and welcoming! I have to say impeccable with cleanliness! Our family loved being so close to the beach and close to Waterman’s restaurant. My husband loved being close to the inlet so he could fish. This home is definitely one we will return to stay at again!

Perfect Spot

This was a perfect spot for our end of summer getaway to the beach. It's in a quieter area with little traffic and just a short walk across the street to the beach. There were beach chairs available to use and a well stocked kitchen. The host was easy to communicate with and the place was super clean!

The location was great for beach access and a few beach accessories were provided, which was a plus. The property was clean and well laid out. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen for cooking meals in. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great beach location

Highlights of the property were the proximity to the beach, the graciousness of Miriam, and the extras that she allowed us to use (beach chairs, umbrellas, etc). Would highly recommend! Only thing I would adjust/change is potentially putting in some skylight blinds...woke us up a little earlier than we would have chosen. ;)

The stay at this Virginia Beach property was fantastic! The condo was everything and more beautiful than the photos suggested, matching its online description.The location was unbeatable, with easy walking access to the beach, several fantastic restaurants, and all the other activities that are part of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. The host, Miriam Gennari, was incredibly responsive and helpful. She proactively provided detailed check-in information and ensured all necessary items were provided during the stay. Providing beach chairs and towels in addition to letting us get into the property a little early was very helpful. The house was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything needed, from kitchen supplies to comfy bedding and plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep.The outdoor balcony with a view of the ocean was a great spot for morning coffee and hanging out with family.Overall, this was a 5-star experience for our family getaway, and this property is highly recommended for anyone looking for the perfect. Can't wait to return!"

Home away from home!

This place had everything we needed. They had beach towels shovels for the kids bikes, security at the house outside shower to wash yourself as well as your items from the beach. They have their beach blankets. They had toys, games, icemaker, dishwasher, toiletries, sewing kit. They provided laundry detergent. There’s a wash washer and dryer two balconies to go outside paper towels, a whole set of all kinds of dishware from wine glasses to simple cereal bowls, pizza cutters, and the bathrooms they provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash kid friendly neighborhood was great looking out of the view the beaches cross the street sunlight in the bedroom woke you up. It was beautiful. What a beautiful gem of a place home away from home all that you need and more recommend this place to family and friends coworkers and anyone else reading this you will love or stay here and the owners are beautiful and wonderful people they are down to earth very kind and they’re there when you need them for anything recommend them 100%.

Everything was as stated

We enjoyed our weekend stay at 207, fourth.The townhome is clean, orderly and well supplied with towels, paper towels, toilet paper and tissues. The beds were made up nicely and comfortable and there are plenty of toiletries available onsite. The kitchen is fully supplied with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. There is coffee available for the coffeemaker, as well as seasonings, in the kitchen. Our only challenges were getting in and out of the parking space.. tight for our SUV. Also I did not see an iron on the premises .. so need to bring. Otherwise the hostess was lovely and communicated with us as needed at the start of our stay.

Time for tuna

Our second time staying here and we absolutely love it. Ideal location and the decor is just lovely. We thoroughly enjoy being able to walk to the marina, restaurants and shopping. Plan to return next summer!!!

The location was perfect for our family of four. A short walk to the beach (which was never crowded) and restaurants. My kids were thrilled with all the beach toys and it was nice to have beach chairs since we flew in. The home was well maintained and clean with all the amenities we needed. Miriam was very communicative and kind. We had a great stay!My only suggestion was the beds. We thought there was a pull out trundle bed in one of the bedrooms. Once I went back and read the description, I saw where I was wrong but it might be helpful to have two beds in one room for families like us. This wouldn’t keep us from staying again though.

Amazing stay

We really enjoyed our stay here !! By far the best beds we have had in a rental !! Very clean and cozy home in a great location away from all the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk!! We will definitely be back !!!

Awesome Location plus parking

We snagged this property last minute when another family canceled and we feel we truly hit the jack pot. We are a family of 5 (6, 4, 21 months) and the layout of the house was perfect. We set up the pack n play in the master bathroom which was dark and quiet. Our other two loved having their own room next to our room and my husband and I loved having the space downstairs to drink wine and relax after they went to bed. We walked to the trolley stop, a playground and the beach in under 5 minutes. It was perfect for relatively quick trips to all of these places. Miriam was so responsive and the place was in great shape. It’s tucked away from the craziness of the boardwalk. Huge plus to have two covered parking spots. We will definitely be back. Thank you Miriam!

We fell in love with this house the minute we saw it. We love every season, and with the city hosting year round activities, we decided to share the dream. Join us at the sweetest spot in the oceanfront.

This is the most unique property on the oceanfront. We have views of both the ocean and the marina. We can walk from our front door onto the boardwalk for 3 miles and never encounter a car. At the extreme south of the beach, there is fishing, surfing, shopping, and dining without the chaos. There is no need to drive with something for everyone. Fully outfitted gourmet kitchen, large capacity washer/dryer, larges screen TVs, comfortable leather recliners, and so much more.
