Buscando unas vacaciones con mucho espacio y muchas actividades para todos en su fiesta. El condominio es una unidad frente a la playa ubicada en Crescent Shores y cuenta con 4 habitaciones, 3 baños y está completamente equipado con todo lo que necesita y ¡algo más!

El área de North Myrtle Beach es perfecta para familias / familias extensas. Todas las comodidades del hogar están aquí, cada habitación tiene TV / VCR / DVD. Y hablando de habitaciones, todas son grandes con mucho espacio para extenderse. No hay cuartos estrechos aquí! Todas las habitaciones tienen colchones con pillow-top.

El balcón mide 27 pies de largo y puede acomodar fácilmente de seis a ocho personas para cenar (nuevos juegos de patio) con vista a una hermosa playa. Las cocinas y los baños tienen encimeras de granito. El baño principal del Crescent Shores es una bañera de hidromasaje y hay una ducha independiente. El dormitorio principal se abre al balcón. Todas las habitaciones tienen armarios y están amuebladas para familias numerosas. Todos los muebles son de primera línea y elegantes; No hay hoteles baratos frente a la playa aquí.

Hermosas vistas a la playa y al mar. Puedes ver por millas incluso desde las otras habitaciones. No te sientes como si estuvieras en una cueva aquí. Mucha luz y vistas diurnas y nocturnas.

Al lado de Crescent Shores se encuentra Molly Darcy's, un excelente bar / restaurante, por lo que no tiene que ir muy lejos para tomar una copa y un bocado rápido. Esta área de playa se utiliza para lanzar parasailing y paseos en bote banana. Los precios son negociables con ellos ¡pruébalo! Hay al menos una ubicación de mini golf a poca distancia. Sabemos lo que es alimentar a un ejército e intentar hacerlo con un presupuesto limitado. Hay un Super Walmart cerca. Un poco más lejos, en South Myrtle Beach, se encuentra el Costco and Sams Club. Nuestro refrigerador de tamaño completo será útil.

Si prefiere comer fuera, las opciones siguen y siguen. Desde Barefoot Landing hasta los numerosos restaurantes individuales, tiene cientos de opciones para cada paleta. Hay muchas tiendas en minutos. Family Vacation 2025

We had a wonderful time on our vacation and the condo was a great place to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. We had several dance parties with the family in the living room.I was amazed at how I did not hear anyone else around us and I enjoyed the trash chute being right outside our door! It made taking out the trash so easy. The view was so beautiful and being the last unit increases the view. Thank you for sharing!

Amazing stay, amazing views. Great quality condo. The only thing i would say would be a good upgrade would be the mattresses and maybe put a blackout curtain in the bedroom woth the window looking out into the hallway. The hallway light was shining through the blinds at night

Family annual vacation

This was our annual vacation we take our kids in every year. We live north Myrtle Beach!! The unit was nice and large, it was well stocked for the most part. Nothing to start with as far as pods for dishwasher or dish towels, no paper towels and no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. The bath tubs and shower needed a little more cleaning, there was mold on the shower head and on the drain plug. The couches are worn and needed to be vacuumed. They seem dirty. The unit location was awesome, the size was perfect for our family. The location was good and the outside of the condos were lovely and clean. I think for the cost it could have been cleaner, the flowers on the table were wilted and had no water. Overall it was a good week, just needed some cleaning TLC!

Above And beyond

Didn't realize we would be on 15th floor and a corner unit. The view was spectacular. The unit was spacious and superbly equipped. The elevators were quick and with minimal waiting. The pools were well maintained. Our party was 5 adults and three active children. We had a wonderful week, and we would love to do it again next year.

Great location

The condo was large and in great shape. Check in was extremely quick. The only issue we had was the lack of linens. There were not any hand towels in the bathrooms or dish towels in the kitchen. We have rented a lot of condos in Myrtle Beach and always had hand towels/dish towels. We purchased them and had a wonderful vacation!

Great Family Vacation

Lacked basics on arrival

Arrived after a 6 hour drive, assumed we would shop for groceries after we brought in suitcases and got kids settled. No toilet paper in any bathroom. No paper towels, overall furniture, beds, etc were as expected, but several areas were not cleaned well. Water bottle under dresser, tissues under bed, piles of sand on deck from kids playing. We enjoyed beach, pools and family time once we got settled with basics and food.

Great location

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property! Damian was easy to work with and answered all questions we had prior to our stay. Condo was very spacious with beautiful views! The corner unit was perfect! The building had a wonderful pool and lazy River as well! Our boys visited the workout room too. There is a bar/restaurant next door, and a souvenir shop across street within walking distance. Parking garage was tight but so close to condo. Checkin was smooth (at a nearby location), and unloading went well for us. You can park temporarily under building and carts were abundant. There were several elevators so slight wait, but staff on hand to help guide. Small details of Things we wish we knew ahead: Not provided were bathroom/kitchen towels, potholders, or TP (other rentals in past we’ve had those were provided). There are some pans stored in the oven drawer (didn’t think to look there when needed). The storage closet for unit is in hallway and had sand toys as well as boogie boards (may change weekly depending what others leave/take). It was a wonderful vacation- loved the condo- the view- the facility/ and location!!! We had family pics taken just out front by a local photographer and they are perfect! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks again Damian!!!

Awesome Condo

This was are first time staying here and it was fantastic! We had two families staying total of 9 people and we had more than enough room. Everything was clean and everything worked as should. It has an awesome view of the beach and ocean. Would stay again for sure. Thank You. We had a blast!!!

Was just “okay

Pro’s : Excellent location, beautiful pool, layout of condo very good, windows with a view in most rooms. Condo got a lot of sunlight and daylight which made it very bright and cheerful. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Very nice pots and pans, crockpot, and baking sheets , pans and plates. Had a very nice washer and dryer. Cons: Area rug in living room was very dirty and worn. It looked awful. Entire condo had tile floor which felt very gritty, like sand and was dirty. Didn’t look like it had been mopped very well……if at all. The beds were awfully uncomfortable ……all of them !!!! Very soft and no support. The couch had electric recliners on both ends but they didn’t work. And yes, they were plugged in. The loveseat was horrible for us older people to sit down in and try to get out of. They sunk down so low. The parking situation is not real good. There were only a handful of parking spots under the building. Most of them were for the condo owners. We have 2 handicapped individuals in our group and they had to park across the street all the time. Not an ideal situation. But we managed.. On Wednesday the water was shut off to the entire building for 8 1/2 hours for maintenance work This should have been done during a slower time of the year., when there weren’t so many of us there. It really put a damper on plans we had for the day. It would’ve been nice to get a refund back for one day, to compensate for the inconvenience we experienced. One more thing which I find alarming. We called GSR on Saturday to tell them the refrigerator didn’t seem to be working. We had already been to the grocery store so we had food in it. We were told they wouldn’t be able to send anyone to look at it until Monday. It finally started to work. But what if it had never started to cool ? All of our food would have ruined by then ? They should have someone available to come and check it out a lot sooner than that. That is the biggest complaint I have. That is unacceptable, in my opinion….not being able to check a non-working fridge for 2 more days

GREAT location, BUT could have been cleaner, AND have the basic supplies!!!

Our overall experience of the condo was just, ok! The floors were dirty, and filled with sand throughout the condo, as were both beds in the “fish room”! There was NO ceiling fan, or fan in the first bedroom, so we had to buy a fan. The air in the condo was stuffy, with 11 people staying there, so it wld have been nice to adjust the thermostat to our needs and not a “locked” pre-setting of 72! One of the keys didn’t work in the door, so that was not good having to wait for other family members with a key! AND, the kitchen had NO towels, pot holders or oven mitts, so that was another added expensive and trip to the store! Great location, and easy access to get the keys for the week! Dawn

Wonderful Unit For Family Vacation

This unit was exactly what we were looking for for our extended family vacation. This unit was spacious and very comfortable. The location was perfect, no heavy traffic or loud noise from the street. Plenty of options for outdoor fun as this condo has an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool, a large lazy river, a kiddie pool and two hot tubs. Damian was great to work with and always provided fast communication. He was amazing and was willing and able to accommodate a last minute room change to a lower level. I highly recommend this place for any family vacation!!

Overall the condo was as excepted but the hot water closet doors needed cleaning, wifi was sub par and there was ice cream container left in the freezer. Would rent again.

Very dissatisfied re checking in. Condo cleanliness was not up to par - floor felt sandy & kids feet were black walking barefoot when we got there. Hair in bathtub to name a few.

Nice family place

This condo was very nice and had plenty of room. All the amenities were comfortable. It had everything you needed for your stay, from kitchen items to extra blankets if you needed them. Easy to get to and located in a good area to be able to get anywhere you wanted to go in a reasonable time. The owner responded quickly to my call .

Amazing!

The property was amazing great views communication with the owner was perfect. My family enjoyed our vacation so much. Parking in the parking garage was alittle annoying with the right spaces BUT we were always gaurenteed a spot! FYI don't ever park under the building we seen many people with a big yellow block on their windshield. That's their version on a boot on your tire. But it was great and I will definitely book again.

Loved our vacation and would stay again!

We checked in on a Saturday night...couple things to note. We were not able to check in with the office for the “welcome bag”. (Maybe it would work better to place these bags in the condos for people who arrive after hours and on the weekend?) We did not expect them to provide supplies for us but when we arrived there was a half a roll of toilet paper in one bathroom (for 8 of us!), no trash bags, hand soaps, dish soap, or broom to sweep. We weren’t sure what to expect so we didn’t bring these items with, we assumed there would be a little of these items though to hold us over. But the owner was phenemonal with communication and getting back to us and we had a fantastic stay!!!

Beach front affordability with year round rentals. It is within driving distance of many major metropolitan areas. We are always improving or adding to our condos. It is close to everything and large to accommodate everyone with their own space.

We keep our condos in the best of shape replacing furniture, beds and electronics on a continuing basis. We also repaint and perform deep cleanings at least once/twice a year. this means you get updated and fresh accommodations.
