Elegantemente decorado, amplio condominio de 4 dormitorios en el edificio de 4 Diamantes con calificación AAA de Mar Vista Grande ubicado directamente en North Myrtle Beach. La propiedad cuenta con piscina cubierta climatizada, bañera de hidromasaje, piscina para bebés, piscina al aire libre, bañera de hidromasaje al aire libre, pequeño río lento, bar Tiki (abierto en verano), gimnasio y spa con cita previa. Disfrute de las maravillosas vistas al mar desde la suite principal y el balcón que se extiende a lo largo de la sala de estar.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size junto con un vestidor y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje y ducha a ras de suelo. El segundo dormitorio también tiene una cama king size y se encuentra junto al baño completo. 3er dormitorio con 2 camas matrimoniales, mientras que el 4to dormitorio también tiene baño completo adentro y 2 camas Queen.

Otras comodidades incluyen cocina completamente equipada con encimeras de granito, piso de baldosas de cerámica, cocina autolimpiante, microondas, refrigerador de dos puertas verticales con máquina de hielo, triturador de basura, lavaplatos y lavadora y secadora estándar.

The condo was exactly as described and was very accommodating for our family of nine. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with ample dishes, pots, and pans. The view was fantastic! While we appreciated the generous supply of glassware, it limited cabinet space for our Thanksgiving grocery haul.Owner was very responsive and check in was seamless! Would definitely stay again!

Excellent vacation home we all wish to have! Corner unit with good balcony view. Master suite is awesome. Balcony has generous space and seating. Nice open concept living area, everything you need is supplied in the kitchen. The pools, hot tubs, and beach accommodations are great. The lazy river is small, but still nice if you want to just drift without getting lost at sea ;-D

Excellent Stay-Would Recommend

From booking to check-out communication with the owner was 5 out of 5 stars. We really enjoyed this property and would come back. Everything we needed was in the Condo and the building is located in such a great area. The pool and beach were never overcrowded in July and it was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of towels were available for all our guests. Thanks for a great stay, it made our vacation even better.

We searched very hard for a four bedroom with a lot of space, an oceanfront property with lots of pools for the kids; this property matched all our needs!

Could have been better…. But I don’t know how

This property is amazing. Exceptionally clean. We traveled with our two daughters, two son-in-laws and three kids under the age of seven. This four bedroom three bath condo accommodated all nine of us with ease. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The beds were comfortable as well. I felt like I was at home in my own bed. The area was safe and close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. We will definitely stay here again. Almost forgot to mention the contactless check-in. Absolutely loved not having to wait in line to checkin or checkout. The price was very reasonable. Parking was easy too. We highly recommend this property.

Family Time

It was a much needed quick get away for the family to reset before the summer rush comes in. The unit was nice, the view is more ocean view than front but still beautiful! Property is quiet and full of accommodations! Would definitely go back!

Very Clean

This property is amazing! I was blown away at the cleanliness of this condo and all of entire resort. I own a cleaning company and I always notice when things aren’t cleaned properly, and it really surprised me. The jetted tub and balcony was fabulous and felt like I was comfortable in my own hime. Great choice for any family to safely stay and walk 10 minutes to food, ice cream, bars, etc…One of the best places I’ve rented here and would love to stay again.

Nice but needs updating and maintenance

Location is great. Loved the pool areas and the access to the beach. Building appeared clean. The new deck furniture was nice. The living and kitchen area was nice and stocked. Bedrooms and bathrooms need updating and a refresh. The toilet in the back bedroom did not flush correctly. The door to the hallway bathroom locked stuck. Just overall maintenance is needed. The cleaning was not complete. There were leftover clothes in some drawers and used tissues behind the nightstand. The bedrooms with the two beds in each were too crowded with 2 beds each and dressers making it hard to maneuver. We did appreciate greatly the locker full of beach equipment and chairs.

The unit was very clean. We did not need for anything. Very well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. The balcony was wonderful to sit at night and watch the sunset. Will definitely stay again.

Great Location

Brad was an excellent host. He was quick to respond with any questions we had. Location and place of the property was perfect. Short walk to main street with a variety of restaurants, bars, & shops.

Great condo and views. Beds very comfortable, nice table and chairs on the balcony, good tvs to watch the olympics. Unfortunately storm Debby cut short our vacation but the ownerworked with us .

Exceptionally nice condo

This was a very nice, clean condo. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Check in was easy. We didn’t use the beach items provided in the storage locker but it was nice to have them available if needed. The new outdoor furniture on the balcony was very comfortable. I would definitely not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

Wonderful vacation spot - quiet & clean

We enjoyed staying at the Mar Vista. This was our fourth visit to Mar Vista. The unit had a lot of room which was nice and was also very quiet. The beach equipment was plentiful and useful too. Thanks for a great stay.

Family vacation

This was by far our best VRBO property experience. We had 6 adults and 3 children, 3 separate families. The condo was clean, spacious and the layout was perfect. The balcony big with a great ocean view. The pools were wonderful too. It was easy to connect with the property owners as well.

This was our second stay at this property, and if our dates worked we’d stay again! We are long time NMB visitors for family vacation- this was year 26- and we LOVE Mar Vista. It is a beautiful and very clean building with good security. Owner is easy to work with, property is well-supplied and has comfortable beds (I often don’t sleep well when I travel but did here!) Everyone was happy here, even with our group’s wide age spread

Sun, Fun, and Family!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much! The condo is equipped with everything you need such as blow dryers, an iron, pots & pans as well as items for a day on the beach. We enjoyed our stay on the North end of Myrtle. It's a little more relaxed environment at N. Myrtle Beach. There's easy access to great restaurants and shopping from Tanger Outlet to the local flea market. It was a great week for my family! The Barnhill's

Family Spring Break

We had a fantastic time at this condo! The layout of the unit was perfect, with adults in the front bedrooms and kids in the back bedrooms (allowed everyone to have some space and privacy). Kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, etc. Owner was very responsive, which was great. The building was very nice and all privately owned units so it was quiet and very well kept up. Indoor/outdoor pools were fun and not too crowded. Only suggestion would be a way to stream Netflix from the main TV, even if using our own account (it seemed to only have basic cable, unless I was just too IT illiterate to figure it out! :) We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Just bring yourselves (and your beach towels)! Our place has everything you need - if you are flying in and can't pack beach chairs or you are worried about whether there is a coffee pot and what kind, don't worry, we have you covered! (Keurig and regular coffee pot)
