Un estudio ideal para una pareja o 2 amigos, o para una familia de 3. Tiene una cama doble, una cama plegable extra pequeña, cocina y baño y una ventana con vista al mar. Cuenta con un jardín con terraza privada exterior donde puede sentarse y leer o tomar el sol. El jardín está afuera y debajo del edificio. Está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, con cafeterías y restaurantes, y camino a la hermosa Marina de Corniglia. Una de las mejores playas rocosas de Cinque Terre, con muchas rocas planas para tomar el sol y fácil acceso para nadar en el mar. El puerto deportivo tiene un servicio de alquiler de kayak de mar y una ducha de agua dulce. El estudio es de fácil acceso desde el centro de la ciudad, bares y restaurantes, supermercados y la estación de tren. Fabio, el propietario nacido en los EE. UU., Habiendo sido en su carrera uno de los planificadores del Parque Cinque Terre, podrá brindarle toda la información necesaria para visitar el área.

This is a great location in Corniglia with an absolutely stunning view of the Mediterranean! Property was exactly as descibed and the host was fantastic....easy to communicate with and very very prompt. We would highly recommend this property!

This apartment is a wonderful little place, perfect for one or two people. Fabio is a very good host, communicative and with lots of tips about the local area. The apartment itself has lots of character, simple but with pretty much everything you need, and grocery/pharmacy/etc nearby for anything you have forgotten. The absolute star point is the balcony overlooking the sea, we spent every morning and night here admiring the views. The walk down to the marina is also very short, although a little steep for some, and it is excellent for swimming.

Beauty and peace

Lovely location,we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! All you need, the deck with beautiful views and delicious treats from the local markets. The hiking was breathtaking with lots of great trails to choose from. Looking forward to coming again one day. Thanks Fabio!

If you want to waste time sitting inside watching TV instead of enjoying the Cinque Terre, this isn't the place for you. If you want a place with a a great view, and a great host, and the essentials for a relaxing visit, then I would highly recommend this property. The view was amazing, and that is probably an understatement. Because of the time of the year we went, it was cool and the rains were intermittent during our stay, but that didn't keep us from opening the door to look outside. The place has everything you need for a good relaxing trip. There are little markets near by and even during the winter there were little cafes open with good food and friendly people.

Small, quiet place to relax

Communication with Fabio was great. He provided a lot of helpful tips on where to go and how to get there which we used. He also provided alot of background info about the area which was very nice to know. The apartment itself is small but just fine for two people for a few days. It had everything we needed for eating breakfast in the apartment. Cooking full meals might be a bit more challenging, but doable. The view from the window was amazing, we watched the sunset from there which was a nice perk. The apartment and actual village were very quiet at night. Checking in and out were simple and the place was very clean when we arrived. The village of Cornniglia is properly the quietest with the least amount of amenities, which we liked. A few of the other villages in Cinque Terra were quit busy and crowded, especially during the day. The only issue was that the patio area had not been used for quite sometime (or appeared not to have been) and the grass was overrun, etc so we didn't use it. Not a big deal for us. We will stay at Fabio's place in Cornniglia next time round.

Great location in Corniglia!

We really enjoyed staying in Corniglia as a much quieter town of the Cinque Terre. Nice view of the marina from the window and the terrace below the apartment. Simple place but had everything we needed. Fabio was very responsive and informative.

The garden from the pictures - is difficult to get to. There are 90 stairs up to the apartment - and 90 stairs down. Not an issue if mobile - but feel people should know when they book.

Super séjour dans ce coin de Paradis

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Fabio, nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de le voir mais il nous a donné plein d'informations sur les Cinq terres, les balades à faire ou les bonnes adresses de restaurants. Sa petite maison est charmante et le petit jardin vu sur la mer est parfait pour voir les couchés de soleil. Je reviendrais avec plaisir.

Beautiful spot, Great apartment, Fabio was the best!

As a new traveler the owner helped me through out my stay and referred me to other areas through out my 2 week trip to Italy. Just a great guy! The apartment was very nice, quiet, close to the center of town. I will be back.

Fantastic stay in Corniglia!

We loved our little home away from home! It started with great communication with Fabio. Very clear instructions from how to find their place to suggestions on various hikes. Included is a great little kitchen space with all that you need for preparing meals if you want. There’s room to move around for two people comfortably. The bed was comfortable and you feel very little movement from your partner. The tap water in all of Italy is drinkable so that was convenient as you need a lot of it! Corniglia is a great village to stay in, especially in the evening to get away from the crowds. At Fabio’s you have your own little garden to relax in and soak up the view and the sunsets. We really loved it here and Fabio’s set up is easy and comfortable! I’d highly recommend it!!! The only thing that would have made it better is if we could have met our hosts in person!

Great views!

Great studio with beautiful view of the water in beautiful Corniglia(the best of the 5T in my opinion). Fabio provided step by step directions to get to the room and great recommendations for enjoying the cinque terre. Would have given 5 stars, but there is a slight basement like/musty smell to the room. We kept the door open when in the room for the fresh air. Otherwise, perfect place for our two night stay!

Fabio was born in New York in 1957, with a Masters Degree in Natural Resources Policy and Planning from Cornell University, becomes a protected areas planner for International Organizations. In 1988-89 after returning from the US participates in the process of creating the Master Plan for thr future Cinque Terre Park, this makes him an expert of what it's worth visitng at the Cinque Terre. In 1989 he's the founder of Europe Conservation, a European non-profit organization specialized in providing volunteers to small conservation projects in developing countries. In 1996 he first publishes Green Volunteers, the World Guide to Voluntary Work in Nature Conservation, now sold world wide and known as “The Bible of Conservation Volunteering”. He is also active in the humanitarian field by being among the founders of the First Italian Ethical Bank. He also edits and publishes other international volunteering guides: World Volunteers, The World Guide to Humanitarian and Development Volunteering, and Archaeo-Volunteers, the World Guide to Archaeological and Heritage Volunteering. He is now the Administrator of a chain of Hostels on Lake Como Italy. Silvia, Fabio's wife, is the President of a non profit humanitarian Organization (SOS Bambini) supporting orphanages in Rumania and free kindergadens for needy children in Milano. Fabio lives and works between Milan and Lake Como (Italy), but he's always available to give advice to any guest by phone, skype or whatsapp. Fabio and Silvia have a daughter, Stella, 16 years old.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

After working for a couple years at the Cinque Terre in planning the Coastal Protected area, I have been away from Cinque Terre for over 25 years. Corngilia it has always been my favorite place because less crowded than other places in Cinque Terre. But very close to the beach and to my favorite walk. The Corniglia Vernazza Walk. In a recent trip to cinque Terre I saw the "for sale" sign and I fell in love with this charming studio, his location but in particular his beautiful garden terrace.

The proximity to the Corniglia Marina, the vicinity to the best Cinque Terre walk (Corniglia Vernazza) and the spectacular Sea View and of the Cinque Terre sunsets that can be enjoyed from the balcony and Garden Terrace of the apartment.
