Relájese y disfrute de las vistas panorámicas desde el patio trasero cubierto y la cubierta de esta hermosa casa de pueblo que se encuentra convenientemente ubicada junto a la autopista 306, cerca de Canyon Lake Marina, Canyon Park, y a menos de 10 minutos de la tubería 'Horseshoe' en el río Guadalupe. El plano de planta abierto del nivel principal con muchas ventanas permite una vista fantástica del lago desde la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina. El segundo piso tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños.
Dormitorio # 1 - Dormitorio principal en suite con vista al lago y cama king.
Dormitorio # 2: dormitorio de invitados con vista al lago, cama queen y baño compartido para invitados en el pasillo.
Dormitorio n. ° 3: amplio dormitorio familiar con literas, nido y futón.

El patio trasero y la cubierta están amueblados con cómodos y agradables muebles de patio, juego de comedor, pozo de propano, parrilla y ahumador eléctrico. Desde aquí, camine hasta la orilla del lago para disfrutar del acceso a la orilla del lago para pasear en bote, nadar, hacer kayak o tomar el sol. Por la noche, disfrute de s'mores en la hoguera abierta.

Disfruta de las siguientes actividades acuáticas:

Family Summer Fun

Great location with lovely view from all rooms! Kitchen had all we needed for making our favorite meals. Comfy beds, great family space in dining area and living room for TV Viewing of Olympics, games and conversations made our family time together enjoyable. Location made visiting local attractions easily accessible. Lovely and enjoyable time was had by all!

A decent home with nice view

Nice home in hill country with a lake view. Home is fully equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable and my family and friends enjoyed the stay. Patio was nice and weather was cool.

Nice little getaway

Nice house on the lake (when it’s full). The neighborhood was pretty with lots of deer to see. Short distance to the nearest grocery store and state parks. We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers and had plenty of space. Kitchen had everything needed. Having use of the garage was extremely helpful. The owners were readily available to answer any questions we had. We had a great time and hope to come back!!

Beautiful Getaway

We were looking for something close to Whitewater for a concert that was able to hold 10 people. This was the only property available for the dates I needed. Really enjoyed the location, the house, and the back patio area. The whole house just had a very cozy vacation feel to it. The rooms were great space for everyone, kitchen space was awesome as well. The owner was extremely helpful and communicated all inquiries I had quickly. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here whether it be a large group or even small group. The only downsides to this place were there was no trashcan outside on the back patio where we spent majority of our time, and the driveway incline was steep & unexpected, but that is NOT the owners fault. Just the design of the homes. Overall I would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend to anyone looking for a nice get away in Canyon Lake.

Great getaway location

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The owner was very responsive and wanted to ensure we were happy. The kitchen was well-stocked and a nice grocery store nearby. We enjoyed a wonderful view of the sunset from the back patio! The dam was just a few miles away and a great place for a morning walk - even on a hot day. Looking forward to returning again.

Great lake house with a beautiful view!

We had 2 adults, 3 teenagers, and a 4 year old, and everyone had a great time! The teens enjoyed kayaking. The scenery was beautiful and there were a ton of deer. We would definitely visit again

Staying with Family

This property was everything we were expecting and more. It truly was like staying at a family member’s home. Everything we needed for our trip was there. Some rentals have cheap mixed match things in the home, not this one. The home was decorated so nice. It smelled very good and it was so clean.

A Place For Memories

A fantastic cozy home for large families. Loved every moment. Super clean and well furnished throughout. Was pleasantly surprised about the massive fire pit downstairs below the back deck since it wasn't included in the pictures. Had to furnish our own firewood but a perfect feature to the perfect family hangout. The patio fire table with large sitting capacity and the party lights strung around made this covered outdoor spacious area fun even during the rain. Rene is a great communicator and very hospitable and expert host. Going to return soon.

AMAZING!

Loved the overall experience. The place was super nice, in a very quiet neighborhood. Although there is lake access, it's hard to get into the lake, so we didn't, but the rest made up for it. The view was great. :)

Super fun weekend with the best views

We were gathering for my son’s 7th birthday. With family living nearby we needed extra space for our friends. The location was perfect, space for everyone and the most amazing view of Canyon Lake from most of the rooms. Would totally recommend for adults or families with older kids.

Lovely lake house

I truly enjoyed our short time at this lake house! It is conveniently located close to both the Comal and Guadalupe rivers so we were able to float both! Only thing I would do differently is stay longer so we could enjoy the gorgeous lake! But the views from the house and spacious patio were definitely nice! Thanks for helping me have a great birthday Rene! Hope to be back soon!

Wonderful Lakeside Property

Our family spent a long weekend here celebrating a birthday. We absolutely loved the location. A short distance just out the back door of this beautiful home you can float in the lake. We also rented a boat and enjoyed Canyon Lake for a day and then on another day just minutes up the road we floated the famous horseshoe section of the Guadalupe River. We had so much fun and will look into staying at this location again. The home was fully equipped with everything you need to feel "at home".

Great stay!

Beautifully decorated, clean house with great outdoor space. Conveniently located close to the marina and live music on the weekends at brookshire brothers :) Owners were very nice and the house is very well appointed Enjoyed our stay very much!

Lovely Place

The rooms and living areas were great for our Friendsgiving retreat. There were 8 of us ( 2 families) and the place had plenty of room. The porch was our favorite place besides playing by the lake and seeing so many deer every day. Great stay!!

Awesome place to stay!

Had a great time! Minus the first night, the a/c went out the day we arrived. Rene was very helpful and got the a/c running the following day. Was very apologetic and refunded us for that whole day which was great too. Perfect house to stay in to get away from the city and enjoy the lake and float the river. House was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Thank you very much!

Perfect lake getaway

We had a fantastic time! This property has everything we could have wished for and more. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and impeccably clean, and the views from almost every room and the two decks are to die for. We especially loved the fully furshished decks, the huge backyard open space with a fire pit, and the lake access. All in all, an outstanding experience!
