Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay 100%. Only complaint was we didn't get to stay longer. The balcony is large and an enjoyable place to hang out and enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. Plenty of places to eat close by. Comfortable bed, clean, well maintained. No bother from anyone around us. Pool area was cleaned and comfortable. Parking was a bit tight. Small vehicles are no issue but full size pick ups have a very tight fit. Manageable though so that was okay. Had a great time and enjoyed the location as well as the beautiful setting.

Relaxing Getaway at Regency Isle

We loved the spacious balcony. The condo had all we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The property had gas grills that we utilized on several nights ( propane provided). Great proximity to restaurants, stores, boat rentals.

The condo was very nice. The dishes were not clean and there was some trash that wasn't cleaned up by prior guests or housekeeping. Otherwise, it was a great location and nice place.

Fantastic!

The location was perfect. The view was beautiful and the balcony was very spacious. I love that there is a covered parking garage with an assigned space just for your unit that puts you right by the elevator with easy access to luggage carts as well. It makes unloading luggage and groceries a breeze. When you get off the elevator on the ground floor, the pool, grills and boardwalk to the beach are right there waiting on you. Everything was super convenient ,well maintained and the grounds were immaculate! We loved everything about our stay! I would love to stay here again and again!!

Wonderful week!

Only had to call about TV reception because we could not get reception on any TVs the first day. After a call to Prickett Properties, someone came by within an hour. The service started just before this person arrived. Internet outage was the problem and once it was restored the rest of the week went very smoothly. Exceptionally clean inside and out.

Great balcony

Toaster and counter full of crumbs. Small toys found on the floor. A corner of the sitting room rug is curled and dangerous. My 97 year old mother was with me and had to be watched walking on the rug in case she tripped. Other than that very nice. Our 2nd time coming.

Very Corporate not personal

There are a LOT of rules that are not at all flexible. The reason for using VRBO is so you can be treated as a person and interact with a person. That is not what you get with this company. We were here for a baseball tournament and our last days schedule were completely up in the air. They were unwilling to do a late checkout because someone else was coming in but then they let me pay for an extra night and stay. All in all a great trip just know there isn't much flexibility with ANY of the long list of rules.

Hi Sarah, thank you for voicing your concerns with us. We apologize that you feel that we are unflexible, because we respond to every guest personally whether its through email or phone call, and we always strive to make any flexibility we can to make your trip the best and most personal it can be! I think there was a miscommunication about the late check out vs additional night, as our reservationist was more than happy to book either. We know that sports tournaments can be very tiring and up in the air! Regardless, we are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay, and we hope you give us another chance in the future.

Regency Ilse/ Prickett Properties

Our major problem was with lack of communication from the property management. They did not notify us the building was being painted and we would lose the use of the patio. All of the furniture was placed in the second bedroom which resulted loss of that room. In addition, there had been a flood in a unit above that caused damage in our unit, were we not notified and arrived to 6 industrial fans running and were told they had no where else to put us we had to find another place.

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. We understand how frustrating it must have been not to be notified about the building painting, the loss of the patio, and the furniture situation in the second bedroom. We’re also very sorry to hear about the flood in the unit above and the disruption caused by the industrial fans. Clear communication is essential, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations in this regard. Your experience is important to us, and we’ll address these concerns with our management team to ensure improvements are made. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future. Prickett Properties

Property owner not nice

Balcony was disgusting. Looked like kids stayed there before us and spilled colored drinks everywhere. Also looked like laffy taffy was stuck to the floor. Flatscreen tv in the master bedroom kept losing Wi-Fi signal. Bedroom sliding door made horrible sound when trying to open. Shower had soap scum all down the side of the tiles. We had to literally go to dollar general and buy our own cleaning supplies and clean the condo before we moved our stuff in. It took us 3 hours to get this done. Regency Isle is a decent place to stay, but Pricket Properties (condo owner of room 604) does not take care of their rooms. We’ve stayed at this same condo in different rooms for the past 5 years but we used different property managers. Will never use Pricket Properties ever again.
