Regency Isle 608 es una unidad de 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños ubicada en el sexto piso con vista a las playas de arena blanca y al Golfo de México. Disfruta de estas hermosas vistas desde el amplio balcón privado de 300 pies cuadrados. Se puede acceder al balcón desde la sala de estar y desde el dormitorio principal. El salón tiene un sofá cama Queen y un televisor de pantalla plana de 59 pulgadas. La cocina está completamente amueblada y cuenta con mostradores de granito, una amplia barra de desayunos, una despensa y un bar. También hay un medio baño y un lavadero con una lavadora y secadora grandes.

La suite principal cuenta con una cama king size y TV de pantalla plana. El baño principal cuenta con tocadores dobles, una bañera de jardín y una cabina de ducha separada. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama King, dos literas, un televisor de pantalla plana y un baño privado.

Family Vacation

We had a great stay at this condo! It was very clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The space was cozy and well-stocked, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Highly recommend!

Beautiful View!!!

The property was excellent. Nice having 2 1/2 bathrooms. The distance to the beach was the perfect distance/walk. Balcony was so perfect. Loved the patio furniture and the view. The ice maker at the wet bar was so appreciated!!. The only thing missing was a screen door on the living room sliding door. Beautiful place. Would definitely return!

Beach convenience

The convenience of access to the beach makes this a great property. Coffee or drinks on the balcony listening to the sounds of the waves is the perfect start or end to your day.

Regency Isle - Orange Beach.

Condo was clean and beautiful. Balcony was large. The shower in the guest bathroom was not working. Would have liked to have a small pantry to store our food , snacks, etc. all and all- fantastic

Beautiful view-Easy access to beach

Perfect place for our family of 5. We enjoyed being right on the beach and having a clean and safe pool/hot tub. The condo was very spacious and clean. Had everything there we needed. Wet friendly people all around.

Great condo

Condo overall was absolutely wonderful EXCEPT the primary bed was awful. One side was visibly sagging. I wouldnt stay again unless it was replaced. Balcony needs a good scrubbing. Beautiful views and great condo.

Fantastic Property

Our first time staying at this property and it exceeded our expectations. From the booking to the check in/out, this was the easiest transaction I have ever had. The property was very well-maintained and the condo itself was fantastic. We will definitely book here again in the future and highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great place in Orange Beach.

Comfortable unit

We always enjoy our annual trip to Orange Beach. This was no exception, but it was our first stay at Regency Isle. The unit was comfortable, everything in working order, and nicely decorated. We were disappointed by the dirty floor. It looked clean but within hours of our arrival, walking barefoot in the unit, our feet were black. Looked for a mop, but found there was no mop, no bucket and no broom. Instead, there was a squeegee on a pole and a scrub brush on a pole. Had we encountered any small mishap, there was nothing to clean up with. A laundry hamper would have been useful too. The pool area and BBQ area very nice. Loved all the grassy area. Housekeeping could be better and the few missing items mentioned above. Enjoyed every minute. Forgot to mention balcony. It was huge.

Overall, pretty condo, larger than I rented before. Good location. Cleaning crew could use more discretion in making sure everything is clean. Kitchen towels lacking and bath tissue only in two bathrooms. Second bedroom had sand in the bed. If this seems picky it is because I am a retired private domestic house keeper.

Amazing Condo

Awesome place and awesome location!

We lucked out and were able to book this for a last minute vacation with the family. Very clean. The location is awesome (about a half mile from the Flora-Bama) and 2 miles from the bridge and Publix. The only issue we had was the coffee pot stopped working on the 2nd day - but after I sent an email, a new coffee pot was delivered in about 90 minutes (and on a Sunday). I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very spacious and clean. Easy instructions to get in to condo and got all information ahead of time. We were there during Hurricane Ida and when the wind picked up the sliding balcony sliding glass doors started whistling extremely loud, this unit has storm garage roll downs but we could not find the key. We called to find out where key was and was told it should be there and they could not control the weather and we would just have to deal with the whistling. 😳So making sure key is in Condo would be great. Other than that we had a great stay.
