The cabin smelled horrible. The blow dryer was cover in something gummy and sticky. The hot tub did not look like the one in the picture advertised and there was no WiFi. Other than that it was tolerable for 2 nights.

Cozy, Perfect stay in Bear End

The cabin was exact to its listing. It was even more beautiful in person. It was cozy and spacious all at once. The open layout of the kitchen/living room with the loft over the bedrooms made for a great space. The decorations were cute and inviting. Hot tub was as-pictured and functioned great (but we only got to use it once). Host was thorough in explaining what they provided and what you may want to bring along. Did not expect the coffee machine to come with filters so that was nice! Everything was clean and prepared for us. Check in was easy, and even finding the place was, too. I did not lose service thankfully so I could find it easy. The roads were windy and narrow but not bad, and totally accessible. Overall, this cabin added to our wonderful trip and made the experience more amazing. Thank you!

Charming and easy to find

Really wish I could do 4.5 instead of just 4. It was super easy to check in, affordable, and not hard to find. We stayed in Bear End. The cabin was clean, but the cabin made me feel claustrophobic. It's decent sized for our needs, but everything inside is spaced in a weird way and I hit my back and arms on the rounded back dining chairs multiple times. There is a small spiral staircase leading up to the loft where there's a small seating area with a pool table. The stairs are so narrow I had to go up and down sideways and I'm not that big. The pool table wasn't in the best condition, the dishes weren't in the best condition, the hot tub buttons don't function like they're supposed to. However, the yard outside was nice and the drive wasn't bad! Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was super friendly. We loved our time here, and will likely rent from them in the future.

Cabin was very nice and cozy perfect for family of 6

Very nice cabin but need WiFi for safety and communication also a cage for trash is need we had to clean trash every morning which made an unpleasant stay.. with no phone service for communication on what’s the trash process when you guys know the animals come out at night. If that problem is fixed I think there would be a better stay

Great get away

We enjoyed our stay away from everyone. Loved the hot tub, the convenience of having everything from (with exception of the microwave not working) . Being able to pick an activity to do daily was awesome. Management was easy to reach and very helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great cabin

Cabin was the perfect size for our family of 5! Very clean and secluded! The alarm tripped me up I wish there would have been better instructions on the check in email about that but after 30 seconds of blaring sirens we figured it out! Great experience and would definitely book again we loved it!

No free Dollywood ticket

I rented this property months in advance for our vacation. A few months before the arrival date TN had a bunch of closures due to COVID 19. I didnt cancel my reservation hoping to stick it out and thankfully it worked out. I had intentionally rented this cabin because I was interested in the free Dollywood ticket. When the time came to visit the property, Dollywood was reopening the same week we were going to be there, so I went online and made reservations for my family at dollywood. Upon arrival at dollywood I had to purchase my own ticket because I called xplorie 3 days in a row and didnt recieve a call back about the dollywood ticket. This is my only complaint. Also we went to dinner a show in which the reservation was supposed to be for a party of 4 but when we got there the reservation was only for a party of 2. However, the lady at the dinner show was very accommodating and gave us a better table free of charge to compensate for the mix up. The cabin was clean and quiet. The property looked as listed on the advertisment. I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the cabin. It was quiet cozy.

Bears End

When we checked in at the office, we received excellent service, directions to the cabin, and an more than helpful staff. While the cabin was somewhat hard to locate due to the cabins names not standing out on the signs, the cabin was located where I was expecting it to be located...nice and quiet area. Once I got inside and settled in, I noticed there wasn't a remote for the TV. I called the office and they immediately put me in touch with the owner of the cabin. She stated that she would bring one out as soon as she could. She arrived within 2-3 hours with the remote and programmed it making sure it worked. Within a day or two the electricity went out. I called the owner about the electricity, she immediately called the electric company and had the electric restored within an hour or so. Basically what I'm saying is this the customer service one expects when on vacation and what is suppose to be a relaxing time, even when everything is closed due to the pandemic. Our stay was the best it could be from the location, customer service from both the office managers and the owner that makes me want to stay again in the future.
